  • Jigs875 Jignesh Patel (@Jigs875) reported

@santanderuk what kind of customer service you are providing? In these tough times whr evry1 needs support in running their business, You block the account for 1 whole week just like that ? How can a business survive without access to the banking ? Such a horrified act.

  • sytaylor Simon Taylor (@sytaylor) reported

@mdudas @santanderuk The problem is crypto is a massive massive fraud risk and source of losses / chargebacks Banks have no instrument other than blocking transactions to try to limit losses Until exchanges and banks can share data on bad actors Which @sardine is working on

  • trialsincrypto trialsincrypto 🇬🇧 (@trialsincrypto) reported

@DeFi_RuNnEr_ @santanderuk Imagine if in 1997 BT restricted your phone service if you used the internet.... its kinda the same thing happening here, its so short sighted. Perhaps more effort should be put into educating people - but I guess that doesn't serve the banks well...

  • MrTattieLover Mr Potato Lover (@MrTattieLover) reported

@santanderuk as a customer I am disgusted. Today I received an email saying how in conjunction with tje fca your going to protect me by limiting the amount I csn send to cryptocurrency exchanges. And restrict all payments to binance the worlds largest exchange

  • 20wattbulb 20wattbulb (@20wattbulb) reported

@petadactyl @santanderuk Limiting customer exit points from the fiat debt-based system to hard money is a stable door already opened. It can never be closed.

  • manole_tiberiu manoleman (@manole_tiberiu) reported

@mdudas @santanderuk there are so manny other options, people just need to look for it.... and stop accept **** from the banks, this is digital era.
