4/ Had I talked to someone from @santanderuk on 240421, instead of waiting, totally stressed out for two days, I don`t think fraud claim would`ve been made & card wouldn`t have been cancelled - would`ve worked out was ATM problem. Shocking gaps in processes for customers abroad.

@PeterForsyth14 @VodafoneUK I am having similar problems have been asking for an email stating the problem to @santanderuk so my mortgage can move forward but a communication giant can’t email apparently

@santanderuk Would you be able to help me? I purchased a phone from @QuickMobileFix on Boxing Day last year and they didnt send me the phone. They have fobbed me off with different dates when they will pay me back and promised I wd receive funds today and haven't.#QuickMobileFix
