  @santanderuk It’s not even the lack of advanced notice (which is horrific) it’s the fact that I’ve apparently not had access to my money since 18th yet nothing has been said to me, nor does the app reflect this. I’ve called the number & that hasn’t helped. I’m switching my bank.

  @santanderuk Went to Unity Place in Milton Keynes today to find my local branch, seeing as you thought it ok to close all high street branches. Had trouble finding and after asking discovered it was a room at the bottom if the building. Customer service atrocious. Walked out.

  Update day 7 @santanderuk have proved they are a joke of a bank and allowed a company @AirFranceUK @airfrance to take money out of my account for a service (flights)not provide any flights or confirmation regarding flights but because its not the banks money they are ok with it
