  @MorganBroadcast I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I had my purse stolen in London and within 20 minutes they had spent my bank balances on each card- I was with @LloydsBank @santanderuk neither thought to question this, and neither would help to freeze my card. I was trapped in London 1/2

  @MorganBroadcast @santanderuk @VirginActiveUK You could try to sue the place your stuff got stolen, it sounds like they might have liability. Did the other people have the same problem? There are issues with Santander and scams but can't find any like you.

  @MorganBroadcast Genuinely shocking that @santanderuk provide a PIN reminder on the app with no further security. Looks like this security loophole has helped the fraudsters get access.

  @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Charlotte, so sorry to hear what happened to you. I joined twitter to specifically to complain about Santander. I’ve had compensation in the past due to their terrible security but had no idea its this bad. @santanderuk you need to address this urgently. Meantime, app deleted😡
