    @santanderuk morning, is there an issue with online payments today? Trying to pay @MeliaHotelsInt but keep getting message The issuing bank cannot be contacted. Try again later I’ve already authorised payment from the banking App ??

    I wonder how long il be tweeting about how awful @santanderukhelp @santanderuk is and how much more they’re going to lie & do nothing. 4 days in counting. Access blocked, they have information, they are to lazy to review, staff say right to complain. Full of 💩

    Appalling service at @santanderuk in #Oxford Ridiculous and unclear ‘queuing’ system for the counters. Left waiting despite there being no other customers.

    @santanderuk so disappointed that during a period of crisis the only support you can give a loyal customer of 10+ years is to put them in to debt. Please do better.

    @HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.
