If those users' Signal accounts hadn't been phished, it's likely at some point in the near future those same users' accounts on some other service would be phished as the same vulnerable point of entry (the user themselves) remains.

I have however seen people putting in a lot of effort to get round our controls at work, for ease of use. I'll always try and have a chat and see what the actual issue is, and if we can do something.

Hackers use more than computers to steal the codes and then make them unviable before usage. @Google A lot of code numbers went to me, but were not useable during the timeframe. They also tried to get past my brick my password trick. I'm thinking that the three enemies I have are a tad bit more than three, and there is one other one who throws valueable hardware into a single vat, just to cause pollution and degrade reality [hardware]. Their main goal was to make every single number code unuseable. Including auth timed numbers. That is all.

Sooraj (@iAnonymous3000) reportedI use and recommend @signalapp - solid choice. But Signal still requires a phone number, which I don’t like. @SimpleXChat needs nothing. Signal’s infrastructure is also centralized, meaning one entity controls the network. SimpleX doesn’t have that problem. I would also add verifiability as a criteria. As independent researchers, we shouldn’t take privacy claims at face value. Open source code, reproducible builds, and third-party audit reports are the minimum. If you can’t verify it, you can’t trust it.
