@SkyHelpTeam The arbitrary and meaningless 72 hours you mean? Yes, it's been 48 hours. Clearly not long enough for your service provider to investigate. Probably best to push the pain onto your customers, continue to be afraid of asking Openreach for updates and hope the problem goes away?

@SkyHelpTeam This was also done on a mobile device which has never had sky go on it so it must be a problem that’s not related to the device I’m using ...is there someone I can speak to?

If a player is worth the value of £100m then they’ll spend it. If it’s £100m+ £80m for agents then they won’t. What’s hard to understand?
