@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my box is connected to the WiFi buy when I try to download something it days there are broadband connection issues. It works sporadically and I've tried reconnecting the WiFi. Could scaffold cause the issue? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam That's just another complaint into a system moving just as slowly as your call centre system is moving. Everything is a 3-5 day turnaround, it would be nice if in situations like this where we are being seriously affected by your company there is a real person we can email direct

@SkyHelpTeam So I just have to make do without WiFi that im paying for until you decide it’s worthy of an engineer to look into it… Is there anything I can try to do here that may fix the problem?
