    Do you know @SkyHelpTeam your links aren't working on your mobile phone page? When I go to mobile > Phones and try to click on the find out more button under "Ready to swap your phone!" It's not working and trying to load info on any phone is not loading.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi! Our internet has been awful since Mondays bad weather. OX29 area, are there any known issues please? Connection keeps dropping and it’s got rather frustrating today. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam I now do not have a date now for an engineer we all wfh and no broadband. Sky are in breach of contract not providing goods that I have paid for and doing nothing to rectify the problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Not sure, they've said the same thing 4 times already, then don't get in touch. One said, I'd get an email with an update 24 hours later, I didn't, this was 2 months ago. I'm fine with being patient and waiting for an update, but 2 months with my issue unresolved is pushing it.
