@SkyHelpTeam No tele due to having sky glass WORST mistake ever! So no Internet or tele since 7am and then seeing it’s up to 5 days to repair?! But you’ll expect my bill to go out my bank in 2/3 days JOKE

@SkyHelpTeam Last time I had a similar issue about 4 months ago it was like 5/6 days to fix but included weekend, got zero compensation as only working days counted, and paltry few gb added to plan when probs went thru about 50. Don’t expect any accurate information from updates

@Murph1d @SkyHelpTeam I was told today that I wouldn’t get any for the services as the services are working. Even though it’s a streaming service and can’t stream without broadband. It’s ridiculous.

@LisettaWren @proberto_carlos @SkyHelpTeam It’s not rude it’s correct. I work fro home and it’s been affected all day and potentially tomorrow and they can’t even update their service pages with the issue. It’s clearly a serious problem to be down so long so we need more info.
