    Yet again, more issues with sky internet. Paying for fibre optic broadband and can’t even stream a film without it looking like it was filmed on a potato. @SkyHelpTeam this really is unacceptable! Never had any issues with previous suppliers 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Yep done that, your help team need a bit of training by the sound of it though. Customer service wasn’t exactly your call operator’s strong point I feel. And now we have to pay for a weekend slot (as we both work full time) for an engineer to fix an issue that isn’t our fault 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Will do, it just keeps cutting out randomly and has been doing it for the past few weeks. No idea as to the cause, and it's usually only for a few minutes, but it's random. More often happens during the night. It also has issues where certain devices/programs reconnect quicker.

    @SkySports @GNev2 When are folks going to call out the real problem.....excessive player wages chasing the prem league dream. Unless that changes the game will always have problems.

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried that, yeah, it just says to try resetting the router. Nothing changed after it, as I tried that just a few minutes ago and it cut out again since.

    @SkyHelpTeam can you tell me when the Internet is going to be working again in the Redcar area? As I am not a sky mobile customer I am using a lot of my data!
