    @jammierooroo @JamesMillerHi @SkyUK Sit with her while she calls them back. Put it on speakerphone, so you can hear. The contract was made over the phone. That is distance selling. She has a 14 day cooling off period to cancel it.

    @jammierooroo @JAU_4 @SkyUK Doesn’t help when the call centre is based outside of the UK. They just work off a script, no empty or emotions on that script. I do hope you get it sorted, they are the worst company for customer service

    @jammierooroo @timcaulfield @SkyUK Get the call time from your mothers phone. exact time, speak to cancellations department. ask them to flag the call for you and say you want that call listened to. Sky are under obligation to record all calls. If they have broken the rules OFCOM Complaint. Cancel contract...

    @skyuk continued to take money out my account without service, said they will refund . Until today nothing. No calls. Every time I call, they say the other person agreed to terms that’s incorrect.
