    @SkyHelpTeam customer service is a shambles. I'm trying to get through to someone because both my sky q boxes aren't working. The main box keeps freezing and won't turn on. If I ring customer service I get hung up on. Platinum vip member and get no help whatsoever.

    @SkySports Spends shitloads of money, has quality backups all over the field in a Corona season where everybody's down to their 4th/5th backup at some positions.. "Didnt expect to be in this position". Man **** off.....

    @Craigrowe_TV @PatrickHHoy @SkyUK I dumped Sky after an 'act of God' a few years ago. My semi detached house was struck by lightning. Sky TV at mine and next door stopped. Sky wanted to charge me and my neighbour £120 each to fix. Same roof, dishes together. I wouldn't mind so much but my neighbours are over 90!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. All over and over again. All green lights showing but no network connection to TV and wifi connection very poor or not connecting to devices.

    Dear @SkyUK it's been 3 days I am clean, it's difficult but I will overcome this internet addiction thanks to you. Your poor support make this dream come true. (Don't dare to send me troubleshooting steps, your guys just decided to send me an engineer after 3 days of begging)
