    A service provider like @SkySports could voluntarily grant a subscriber portability rights but needs the consent of the content owner such as @premierleague or @ECB_cricket That means admin and cost /8

    @SkyHelpTeam I found the option to upgrade via the box, but £50 just to swap to a newer version?!?! You even want £25 for me to downgrade to a 1tb box?! Surely a customer of many years deserves a free upgrade? (Not even an upgrade really as it’s a standard feature nowadays!)
