    Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying. It's any of the Sky Sports channels where I am watching live - the worst hit seem to be Sky Sports Main event HD (401), Cricket HD (404) and Formula 1 HD (406). Every other channel seems to be pixellation-free!

    Hello @SkyHelpTeam i have no Sky for a week. Sky CS over phone made many promises to call back.. but.. you guessed it - NO CALLS.. Are these perks for being a Gold VIP customer? Annoyed.. Disappointed.

    Anyone else having trouble with the #skysports scores app not being able to view in landscape for match highlights? Always worked before but just gone into portrait only this season?
