    @SkyUK any update on the outage... so21 area? Recently joined sky because Virgin doesn't operate in my new house area. Poor service for the past month... never had a single issue with Virgin in 3 years

    @matthicksonsfc @SkyHelpTeam Ours is non existent too. When I run a test on my broadband on my phone it says no problems…. Yeah right!! Done the test as per online and nothing is working! Unplugged, reset … nothing works! Please sort it out @SkyHelpTeam
