    @SkyHelpTeam just wondering why, after a phone call about my faulty wifi, i got an email about the new terms i signed up to. I didn't sign up to anything on that call. Never mind your inability to resolve my wifi issues consistently.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not wifi related i am hardwired into my router, the engineers have all confirmed that it is a problem outside of the property its actually the 3rd time they've confirmed it is outside the property. Ill continue to note the details when it does go down.
