    Dear @SkyHelpTeam, what is your damage? It is 2021 & I live in central London, I think it's reasonable to assume, with what you charge, I will have constantly working internet. Days now it keeps going down. Have you just forgotten how to internet, or what? Ridiculous. 😡

    @SkyUK No one seems to be mentioning all the ridiculous plastic waste, world wide created by home etc covid test kits etc! Also Week in week out many new products hit our supermarket shelves mostly in plastic packaging! We'll never defeat plastic waste realistically will we honestly!

    Can’t adjust package online, can’t be added as another named user, paying far too much Probably time to get rid of Sky, as I can’t do anything as even though I pay half the bill I can’t be named on the account, I’ll get the account holder to phone and cancel later @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam Don't want to tell you your job but when you call the number to down grade you leave you details on an automated call and then they hang up on you. I will try again today
