@SkyUK just called to change my direct debit payment date to be told I can’t because I’ve already changed it this month. I can assure you I haven’t! You’ve put me in a situation where I have to pay my bill before I get paid. Customer service on your phones are not helpful at all!

@SkyHelpTeam disgusted with your service. Q Box failed last night. Rang Tech who confirmed replacement sent DPD. No text, so called today same story - sent DPD If no text by 1pm - call again - now on call being told you wont replace box, need to wait to Friday for Eng.visit

@SkyHelpTeam I called yesterday and the lady was very unhelpful i pay a lot money to sky and my iPhone keeps disconnecting when people call me or I call them also my phone gets really hot when charging and it’s only a year old. She wouldn’t send me a replacement or do anything to help.

@SkyHelpTeam I see you didn’t answer the question Becca. Again point missed though, If I could get a faster package I WOULD!! You have sent people out and tested everything and said the speeds are 7.8Mbps - So when will someone fix the problem so i CAN get a package with faster speeds??

@SkySports Tbf allegri and deschamps pick him. He’s not a huge risk at that price and he can’t be worse that what we currently have. If he’s the only midfielder brought in then that’s a problem we need 2 minimum.
