    How does this work @SkyUK? My Sky Q box goes down, you say it’ll take 3-5 days to send out a replacement, and I pay full price throughout that period for a service I cannot use?

    @SkyUK why every time I call do I confirm all account details with the bot then have to repeat it all to the advisor?!?! Stop wasting my time and cut the damn bot out. 3 mins it takes for no reason. Pointless exercise
