    @MickHarkin11 @SkyHelpTeam Also agree absolute load of rubbish. My renewal is exactly the same as I currently pay so to put my price up if I don’t renew has an admin cost too but there is no set up fee applied then. I shall be moving my broadband. Customer loyalty should be rewarded not exploited

    @SkyHelpTeam I called to log a fault before for a family member's broadband connection in Burnley but the internet has come back on now. Can we cancel the Openreach engineer?

    @SkyHelpTeam Having problems recently receiving texts and it has nothing to do with signal as got full bars on my phone. Please fix this issue NOW. Removed sim from phone and changed couple of times but this is absolutely ridiculous ,very upset. Compensate & fix!

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky Q recordings aren't stacking anymore. It’s a right mess trying to find anything that I’ve recorded. Are you working on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam If there was an experiment to see how long it would take to thoroughly piss off and / or lose loyal Sky customers, then Sky Glass is truly a work of genius. Even your online 'help' guides don't know how to navigate the settings. Truly awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Alexa not working, ring doorbell not working, sky not working, Phone wifi not working, yet on my sky account it says I have good signal but clearly not true. Please sort this! Sky gives me no option to book engineer and I am not paying for it seeing as sky are at fault
