    @SkyUK Had awful broadband for weeks now. Fixed yesterday and it's already gone back to being unbearably slow. Your speed checker claims we are getting 70mbps when other speed checkers are getting <20mbps (I'm on a wired connection) and it doesn't even feel as fast as that.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have coronation street series linked, however the second episode on Monday & Wednesday never series links. I have to manually record it every week while the rest of the series link works fine. Any ideas why? It’s not clashing with anything else.

    @SkyUK do you specifically train staff to gaslight customers or do they take their own agency? Ongoing broadband issues since Dec everyone of the 15+ customer service staff tell me something different. I just want the broadband I pay for to work or is that too much to ask?

    @SkyHelpTeam how come if I’m an existing customer for 15 years it’s £10 more for me to re-contract with you than if I’m a new customer 🤔
