    @SkyHelpTeam Why does the sound keep dropping out for approx 5 seconds during your UHD coverage of football games ? This has been a regular issue for at least a month now. My settings are fine and haven’t changed. Box restarted but made no difference.

    @SkyHelpTeam Box sets and live TV show this issue regularly. A restart fixes it but it’s horrible customer experience.

    @SkyHelpTeam The problems Continue, now the sky q mini box doesn't work due to the broadband issues. Being told it could be 5 days is unacceptable

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks DF, i assumed all premier league games are in UHD, bad assumption on my behalf. As a side, are we likely to get BT sport ultimate on sky? Im subscribed through sky to BT sports but we're missing out on UHD for that channel. Please confirm.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your reply but that’s not the point. When placing an order, why isn’t the customer asked for the location of the dish & why aren’t the engineers trained for all installation scenarios? Wasted my time & the engineers. A very inefficient business model!
