    @DriverWayne @skytv @SkyHelpTeam same here so you're not the only one yet another problem with the flagship glass what's most annoying is can't even access other services such as prime or Netflix while sky is down. Hopefully it's resolved by later

    @SkyHelpTeam tried 3 times to call and cancel sky engineer visit and got cut off. Can’t cancel on My Sky as the reschedule button does not appear on the right hand side of the messages and the visit does not appear on “my orders”.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi team, I have a problem with my Sky Glass TV this morning. Home Screen completely blank with the message “no programmes available right now”. Can I get some help please? I’ve done the usual unplug/turn off/turn on etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam hello, we currently have a sky installer here as we have moved house. He is telling us in the summer when the trees grow. We may no longer receive a signal. If this happens will we be able to cancel the contract? As you aren’t able to offer the service
