  @SkyUK was meant to get my internet installed a week ago, got told I’d have updates throughout the week, and i would have a definitive update by today, yet not heard anything and when I try ring customer service, I get sent a generic text with no help at all, awesome 😎😎😎😎😎

  So @SkyUk arrived to fit Qbox as our box doesn't work since new tv, on arrival although masked up they can't come in. Took one look at house and said too high ladders won't reach dish have to call another section out but could be a few weeks.We have already waited since early dec

  Really annoying issues with my broadband again this morning. Doing the sky test connection shows everything fine even though the router has one Amber light showing and I couldn't connect to it from my phone so not sure how it is showing fine on the test connection? @SkyHelpTeam

  1/2 @BT So the engineer turns up, following loads of emails over the psst few weeks, getting me excited for fibre broadband. He then tells me he can't do it, as he's not allowed in my house. So that's going to be another 8 weeks on the rubbish @SkyUK super slow broadband.
