They had 4 positive cases on Christmas Day over players and staff but had no issue welcoming Newcastle to the etihad on Boxing Day despite a clear indication covid was in the camp with 4 positives in a day

    @SkyHelpTeam Our internet and phone line are down. We were victims of the Christmas Day floods in Bedfordshire that made the National news. We need the internet and phone working to liaise with insurance companies. Reported the fault 48 hours ago.

    @SkyHelpTeam But why should we pay a bill if we’re not receiving any service ? If we stopped paying you’d cut us off ? So why when you cut us off should we carry on paying and get given a Tesco voucher ?

    @jonny_davey @SkySports The test results determine the timing. The congestion of games over Christmas make it impossible to give that kind of notice. They were playing Newcastle 48 hrs prior. The outrage of this game being postponed is just weird. It does damage to City. They don't want more congestion

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky needs to be more transparent with their customers as to the location of outage, timescale for fix, and cause of the outage.
