@SkyUK Why do I have to cancel every year to stop you from tripling my bill, only for you to eventually ring me back several times and put me on my old rate anyway. Worst merry go round ever. Just wastes my time and yours. Sincerely, Annoyed, temporarily former customer 🙄

@8gzd8k76nM @SkyHelpTeam Yes ONT installed and ready. I don’t give a **** if it’s OR causing the issue, sky have a lot to answer for in what rationale they’ve given for cancellation (providing a valid reason for starters), and now reducing the broadband speed by 500mb and charging me the same amount

I’m not allowed to speak to OR, so, surprisingly, I’d like an explanation from Sky, who I’m paying to provide a service? Go touch grass

You don’t just use a CP for the connection, it’s also the service they provide to customers… and if they’ve failed in what they previously stated, it’s very normal to switch. Proper full on numpty you.

@_Levvelz @SkyHelpTeam Ah so we've got to the bottom of the problem. OR have informed CPs that they could provide Gig speeds, upon ordering/provisioning they have realised the line (for any number of reasons can't handle that) and this has caused cancellations and the resulting lower speeds

The main issue is that the service isn't live - no amount of an agent saying sorry when
