    @virginmedia Friday morning mayhem again with #virginmedia Connection speeds low, connection failing. No Internet. Intermittent internet. And your executive team claims they can do nothing to help. It’s been suggested we change provider. @BBCWatchdog @SkyUK

    @SkySports They should never have awarded it to that place. Look at the disruption it is causing. A winter world cup where every single domestic league in the world has to stop for a month.

    @SkyHelpTeam No issues with any other channel and the issue is only present when the live feed is coming through from the game. This is where the problem is…fix it!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Horrendous service. 10 years+ customer. Finally got through to your staff in Sept about subscription. 1 month later, back to ridiculous sums. No explanation. Almost impossible to reach by phone too. Get me to @Virgin asap, don't care for your excuses.

    Why are #skysports desperately using a ManU goal from nearly 5 years ago to advertise their service? Obvious bias against teams who have actually won trophies since 2017.
