    @SkySports How may more times do I have to block mute & say I don't like this add before Google stop bombarding me with this ****. At least 30 times a day and you can't block the ads via Google manage ads. Google are an absolute disgrace.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK If something I ve learnt from jobs related to call centres, the "sales man" doesnt give a **** about your situation If they can get a sale for their %, they will do it no matter what Disgusting behaviour, replace call centers with AI already

    @OliviaD150 @jammierooroo @SkyUK The law has altered on cancelling adirect debit, you can now cancel it via your bank. You no longer need the recipient of the DD to cancel it.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked for BT retentions briefly, spoke to an elderly widow . BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
