    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve rang 3 times. They keep messing me around with the appt then threatening no show charges. Ultimately the comms between sky and open reach is poor and impacts the customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam It has been me telling Sky it is an internal issue. My dog has chewed the phone line inside. Open reach keep pushing back doing something outside. I don’t know how many times to say it. Anyway, ideally I need the appt today as i was told but now have to wait til tomorrow.
