    @SkyHelpTeam My account says it’s blocked and I need to phone you to resolve the issue. However, I’m currently away on holiday and it costs a fortune to try and phone so is there any other way of resolving the issue please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Thats what I ran and what told me there was an outage local to the area. Already had several neighbours saying they are down too.

    @SkyUK is absolutely awful. First and last ever time I use them. We’ve been waiting to get our Wi-Fi fitted since 29 December, the engineer comes out today and the work which was meant to be done hasn’t been. I’m unable to work from home in my property because of this!

    @SkyHelpTeam currently on a call to one of your call centres, agent can’t answer my question and says he’s transferring me. He’s actually got me on mute waiting for me to hang up. I know this because he’s unmuted me a couple of times

    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with Sky glass again , all I have is a blue screen on every channel it’s becoming annoying and regular now
