My broadband has given up altogether going from superfast to 8..sky have eventually admitted there's no problem at the property and theres and outside fault and could take upto a week to fix.... Not happy at all.

John Waite (@Salfords_Finest) reported@SkyHelpTeam No problems there. It seems to be a programming issue with Sky Go. The subtitles are otherwise fine but sentences keep getting cut off mid way through. This has been happening for many months and it renders some things unwatchable for me unfortunately.

Only showing certain golfers, breaking off for interviews every 5 minutes and shocking 'banter' in the studio! Dedicate as much cash and time as u do to the football and you might get some customers back!

Please anyone? A number I can get through on please!
