    So @SkyUK used to have one of my favourite customer service teams to deal with. Since they have clearly outsourced most of their call centres overseas it have become an actual joke and for the first time in 21 years I am genuinely about to tell them where to show their services.

    not happy to get email from @SkyUK about my tv ending soon and my renew offer is WELL OVER DOUBLE what im paying - but the website got rid of live chat so its 100% IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone about it 😡 (as due to my hearing problem and disabilities i cannot ring on phone)

    @daveker39992697 I dont watch every sport that gets talked about on SkySports, hell I have no interest in Cricket nor recall the rules, but you'd never hear me say only a handful of nations (all former British colonies) play it so it shouldn't be in my newsfeed. Just steer clear of it is all /2
