    @SkyUK I've rang up about the broadband being absolutely useless i've heard nothing back consistently drops out all the time, Why am i even paying for this service it's been going on for months i can't even work from home

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Iarrange my mums she has put me down as th main contact with virgin so I can speak to them on her behalf . She only pays £46 a month for tv internet and a phone line.

    @nationaltrust tried to inform your bereavement team about a death and cancel account, and your trying to get MY bank account to pay for rest of years membership when the account holders died. WTF take leaf out of @SkyUK team on how to handle things. Yours is a total **** show.

    @CindyTh3Dog @SkyUK This happened to my Aunt when my Uncle died, they asked for the pin on the account and she said she didn’t have it, so she couldn’t change or cancel the account. I ended up writing to the CEO (at a time I had the word ‘media’ in my work email address) and said that funnily enough, passing on the virgin pin wasn’t top of his bucket list when he was given weeks to live! Took the CEO intervening to finally get it sorted out, bloody ludicrous!

    @EFL @SkySports Could so easily just removed the 3pm blackout and have all games at 3pm and a couple of big games earlier here and there! Stop ruining the game

    @skysports have a designated cricket channel. Calls itself the home of sport. Consistently ups it's prices. Be quick enough showing ****** baller league that nobody cares about. Gonna be losing another customer very shortly. Robbing people blind and they don't give a ****
