    @SkyHelpTeam We seem to have an issue with Discoveryplus. We've got the app on the TV and iPad but it's coming up upgrade now as the content isn't available with our pass? I thought our sky VIP status allowed access to this channel? thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi no I’ve tested everything and reset multiple times but now 2 days with no WiFi. This is obviously a potential issue for work etc - is an engineer the best option?
