    @SkyHelpTeam We have been having issues in the last 2 days with TV service, some channels work and some don’t. I noticed the cabling outside that lead to the dish is damaged, has a little tear in the cable and I think this could be affecting the service as I have checked everything else

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the help and it doesn’t change anything. I was looking to see if an engineer could visit as the cable is visibly damaged and It’s highly likely this is the cause?

    @SkyHelpTeam That's what I was saying, the picture was the result of me trying to do a 'line test'. It fixed its self eventually. But, while you're here, SkyGo doesn't work either...🙈
