@SkyHelpTeam *steps* my home phone when I'm called has a message saying "not in service" This has never happened when the broadband has gone down before. Is this a normal?

@SkyHelpTeam Why, why are you not removing your equipment? Part of this for the customer is to remove that ugly piece of metal from the house. And should you cancel your contact can you then just plug an aerial in and use it as a standard TV?

@SkyHelpTeam It is. Unfortunately a lot of services (Including NowTV) advertise that they have subtitles, but it's not actually on the live TV, so it makes it totally unusable for people with hearing issues.

@SkyHelpTeam TP Vision? Never heard of them . + only 3 hdmis and 1 usb ??!! 😳 + you should be able to choose any colour you want for the tv - I’d like a red one, but you don’t do that , alas .

@RobinRaving @SkyUK Do you realise how many people can’t have service dues to trees or other factories blocking line of sight?Or how many communal systems aren’t good enough for modern sky services. Or how many people have open plan houses the don’t want to see any cables at all? There’s 3 problems
