@SkyUK broadband constantly dropping out despite paying for SuperFas Broadband. No connection ever in Kitchen was r attic bedroom, daughters room where she has used all her person data on O2 because of this!!!!! #Complaint. Phone call doesn’t work to get help either!

@SkyHelpTeam hi iv been sent a update on my broadband problem telling to phone and book an engineer but every time I phone the number it always refers me to go online , how do I actually speak to someone and book the engineer??

I wait 30 minutes to get on the phone to @SkyUK because a cable that brings broadband to my house has fallen down, then after being put on hold for 20 minutes get cut off. It is appalling service, as if they want to drive customers away.

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam you’re due to come out tomorrow on your 3rd visit for me now to install my broadband and I’ve now waited 6 weeks,PLEASE PLEASEdon’t let me down,I’m at risk of losing my job if I can’t finally get my broadband tomorrow it has been an awful struggle this 6 weeks
