  @grawl_uk @SkyHelpTeam 100%. It’s annoying yes but this happens, my first major issue in 5 years with sky. If they haven’t fixed it by tomorrow that might be grounds for complaint but the sob stories on here my god. It’s been a couple of hours give them a chance
