  @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Thanks for your reply. The problem is sorted. I wondered if Channel4 or superleague was stopping the program being recorded for copyright reasons. But as is mentioned elsewhere in the thread it seems to have been a minor technical issue.

  @SkyHelpTeam Please check if it's working at your end before asking me irrelevant questions. Are subtitles on this film working at source? I report subtitles issues often and it ALWAYS turns out I'm reporting a blip so please respect my time and just answer my question.

  @SkyUK @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to upgrade to a Sky Q box that will support 4K. On my sky it just keeps showing me other things to add to my package, kids, glass etc., but I can’t find how to upgrade the actual box anywhere? Where should I look? Thanks

  @SkyHelpTeam Previously on many many many occasions, Carole, Jason and many others have told me if there is an issue at source without knowing about my equipment. I'm on Sky Q. I'm not reporting subtitle issues again as it stresses me out repeating the whole, wasteful time consuming process.

  Having to check my @Twitter with my @SkyUK WiFi because my @VodafoneUK still (3 days) is not allowing me to view pictures or videos. I have DM them asking for a reduced bill, they said NO! 😡 Fix it or I will cancel three contracts I have!

  Anybody else have a Sky Q box that constantly disconnects from home wi-Fi? I have a sneaky feeling if I Sky broadband as opposed to BT it would be fine. Anyone else have this issue? #SkyQ @SkyHelpTeam
