    Evening @SkyHelpTeam my Sky Q box is connected to the internet but each time we try to view a trailer for movies we’re getting ‘Due to a technical error your download could not be completed. Please try again later’ any idea what could be causing the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam They said they have phone today which is a lie, so I won’t hold my breathe for Monday! A complaint has been raised since the 4Dec and no one has ever contacted me about it......it is me that has phoned you to chase this!! Someone needs to read Sky Complaint Code of Practice!!
