    @SkyHelpTeam I have the Sky Signature package which MTV is meant to be included in. I’m trying to watch something and I’m being told to press the red button to upgrade - even changed it to download in SD and still not working. Can someone help please?

    @SkyUK Thanks for no help at all. Of course I’ve connected my wife to the sky glass. The broadband you provide me does not keep up with the tv you also provide me. Your company won’t offer me a faster broadband … tell me where to go from here. Please give me an answer that helps

    @SkyUK our hand controller not working ?as a gold vip customer service dreadful - noneone to speak to - automated response is unhelpful ( cheaper i’m sure than the asian sub continent)controller is broken terrible service @VirginMedia_TV whats yr response like ? can’t b any worse
