    @SkyHelpTeam Got any broadband outages in the Twickenham area? Restarted router but router can’t find the internet (yellow light on Sky Q router). Is this a known issue?

    @RugbyUnplugged @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam Also suffering with this today. I like the bit where you call them, then can't actually talk to a person via their customer service number... hopeless.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks. So their initials, ok. This is the 2nd time within a couple weeks roughly. I do hope the broadband will be up in the near future. As this is not the service I thought to be receiving. Surely initial estimates of when it'll be back up can be provided.
