    @SkyHelpTeam Differs, its not specific to a channel, its happens regularly and just depends what I’m watching to which channel it is. Also have issues turning the pucks on when theyve been off, usually have to unplug them to get them to power up

    @SkyHelpTeam I know the number. I cant wait to waste my time talking to badly-trained 1st line support people who will not be able to help as the forum shows. Thanks for nothing. Actually, do you know the number for @virginmedia? Their app actually works.

    @spazwangle @SkyHelpTeam Just had loads of technical issues with it and the pucks , not able to get ppv boxing so had to watch it on lap top really disappointed with it all should of stayed with sky q and like today bbc 1 not working so just lucky itv showing fa cup

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s not a ‘BBC issue’. MY broadband was cancelled & now I’m left with no internet for 9 days. Saturday night TV is looking like Heartbeat & Ant or Dec Takeaway.
