    @SkyHelpTeam This doesn’t really help explain why though does it? I mean your customers, me included, pay a fair monthly price for your services and they are advertised in a way that suggests you have access to all4, i player etc.... it has Netflix but I don’t see “only some Netflix content”

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been on hold for an hour on two separate occasions now to try and get this arranged and they still persist. I can’t see why I’m receiving them as I am still a paying customer
