    @SkyHelpTeam Morning. Status is good, 67mb download speed. It's only a problem when we use Paramount - not the end of the world obvs.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well, firstly the voice recognition doesnt work, and you have to wait for the keypad option, then there is a 50/50 change the call is dropped and you have to start again. With such poor customer service, from an automated system, and such choice out there, why would I stay.

    When someone pertains to be calling from @SkyHelpTeam about your internet and you let them talk knowing you are with @BT. Eventually ask for IP address, you refuse obviously....Are you stupid? Are you stupid? Call disconnects..hhm.. legit??
