@SkyHelpTeam Yeah, we’ve done that plenty of time. It just goes off every now and again. Sometimes it’s not such an issue, but when working from home it is not ideal

@SkyHelpTeam On 6/8 my acc was in pending cancellation and I agreed to continue with Sky. You are still unable to activate my new b/band service as my acc is still showing pending cancellation.I have spoken to over 7 diff c/services analyst and still the issue is unresolved! HELP
