    @SkyHelpTeam @skytvyou are a disgusting company who have just taken £189 off my disabled mum for a one month bill and cancellation fee.She just wanted to cancel movies and sport because the cost was too much,now you’ve taken that amount and suspended the box. #fuckingjoke

    This is first world problems but my @SkyUK remote won’t work after the box has been turned off at the mains for over a week, I’ve changed the batteries and done resets but still nothing?? @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyUK @BTSopenreach shocked that your delivery of service is so poor. Openreach were supposed to come to install broadband on Monday but postponed to 7/10. Obviously the easiest option for you instead of pushing each customer back a day. Sky will now lose our business 😳

    The only good thing to come out of the #Boro game is that @SkySports got the game they deserve for making it a 7:45pm kick off on a Saturday. Disgraceful decision and one hopefully NEVER to be repeated.

    Hi @SkyUK , internet has been down for three days with no engineer visit, not paying my bill until this is sorted, costing me serious 4g around the house and my wife can’t do her revalidation for her nursing causing bigger strain on the @nhs

    @SkyHelpTeam The voice LED on my Sky Q router is orange and the internet LED is dim green rather than bright green. We have no internet access. Please can you help?
