@SkyUK It's a decent idea....if you want one TV. Pretty much useless for what I'd assume is the majority of Sky customers who I'd bet have more than 1 TV. Better idea are full service Sky TV dongles to plug into any smart TV and maybe laptops.....(1)

  • MrsKJCahill Kerry Cahill (@MrsKJCahill) reported

@ThisIsNoahEvans @Seallbay @SkyUK We dont have an aerial and can't get dish signal due to large trees behind my house so this would be ideal for us.

  • normansbite Chris Murgatroyd (@normansbite) reported

@thejonreeve @SkyUK Ditto on both points; is this the ‘dishless service’ that was first mentioned 3-4 years ago? I had no idea it would mean ditching my current smart TV as well

Need advice. Now more than a fortnight since Sky promised internet in my new home. @SkyHelpTeam lovely, but slow progress and comms from @WeAreOpenreach. Think I might be able to get Virgin in days, but have read bad things about Virgin reliability. Any advice/experience?

  • mattblake94 Matt Blake (@mattblake94) reported

@SkyUK ....(2) recordings hosted fully on the cloud. A proper Sky app for phones and devices with the same full service. Watch Sky anywhere, anytime. And add multiple user accounts under one main account holder. I'd rather that, than this.

@M_of_Mystery @SkyUK Then it wasn’t designed for you was it? Why moan. It’s a service for those who either want/need a tv upgrade and fancy losing all the boxes and cables or for those who can’t have a dish. Do you wake up to find things that don’t apply to you and then moan about them anyway?

  • barrydap Barry Williams (@barrydap) reported

@SkyUK So if you are in a middle of watching live football and the WiFi goes down you can only watch free to air channels by connecting an aerial?

  • _DavidDarko_ David Darko (@_DavidDarko_) reported

@SkyUK Hi, diamond customer here. Do you have the gaming spec capabilities of the tv ? Input lag rate and is it 120hz ?

  • anon126541 anon12654 (@anon126541) reported

@another07047584 @JontyEvans @SkyUK It’s not forcing anything. Those that don’t want to replace their TV’s have skyQ and those that can’t have dishes and don’t want to replace their TV’s have NowTV streaming service. Not sure what your issue is tbh

@SkyHelpTeam hello what time will your customer service teams finish training and answer phone lines?
