    Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

    @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

    @SkyHelpTeam I instead practiced my right to cancel the contract within the 31 days cooling-off period by email. Sly broadband also ingored THAT e mail, so be it on your own head.

    @SkyHelpTeam have spoken with exec office & now got to bottom of it all! whilst sorted, sometimes your system can be the problem... :( but it is now sorted!

    @SkyHelpTeam why is my Sky Q mini fine during the day, but in the evening the connection is awful? Can hardly watch anything on the mini after 6 o'clock as it constantly has connectivity problems! Paying for nothing. #shocking

    Sky broadband is having a mare this morning. WiFi to router is fine, but broadband keeps dropping. Phoning for support gets no human to help, and the automated suggestions are a joke. @SkyHelpTeam it’s happed 6 times this morning already..please talk to me!
