@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

1/2 Very unimpressed with your service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I asked not o be called back today between 14:00 and 17:00 as travelling on a ferry. Call attempted at 14:36. I asked to be contacted between 18:00 and 19:00 but can’t get through. You are over charging me £70 a month!

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

@SkyHelpTeam I don't have that. I pay £25 per month but I do have a signal booster because we have a 3 story house and your wifi doesn't reach the top bedrooms. So can you please answer my question why its cheaper for new customers as I would like to upgrade but I'm not paying £40 per month

@SkySports I'm far from being a cricket expert. Other than the ashes or Windies v England never really took much interest before last couple of summers. Is this really because of the pitch or have the batsman just been embarrassingly bad? Or tbf, the bowlers that good?

@SkyHelpTeam Well I found that myself... 3hrs ago! Surely you can "help better than that! I look forward to your reply! Assuming you actually WANT customers with yourselves? Dialup speed rates in 2021 is ridiculous.. as just 1 example.
