@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyUK you are total ****. I’m sorry but I have 3 children TRYING to do online learning via google meet and they are unable to do it as the internet WiFi and hard wired internet keeps going down. Been off for an hour this time and that’s the 3rd time today

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve issues with my broadband. I’ve had an engineer out, I’ve talked to someone on the phone and I still have problems! I ring Sky & a recorded message sends me a text with a link to follow. The link tells me I have a problem and to contact sky, I get a blank page!

@SkyHelpTeam @CSJM19 The entire county seems to have the same issue, and has done since before Christmas! When network is ok the line test is fine, but then the connection drops out again. Sky servers prob struggling with capacity with home working/schooling?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Yeah I have followed that guide. I'm also going off your own community forums where there are lots of people all saying the same thing, that they no longer use the pause function as they can never tell how long it will pause for. Anything from a couple of minutes to an hour?
