@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyHelpTeam my wifi has been down for over 8 hours. The power and wifi lights are on but the internet light is down According to neighbours their's are down too.

@SkyHelpTeam Still the same issue. I can get itv to work on sky go but not my sports channels when on mobile data. Having to rely on a radio app when I pay for sky sports! It’s frustrating!!

@SkyHelpTeam @sky what is going on with your service? Internet/Wi-Fi keeps dropping out all connected devices suffering - the amount you charge for a service you don’t provide is shocking please reply or I will need to be calling tomorrow to switch providers
