@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyHelpTeam disappointed that it’s easy to keep my number if I change providers but not possible as an existing Sky mobile customer to different Sky contract. Ridiculous to be advised to go to another provider on PAYG then come back to Sky, by your advisor, just to keep number.

@SkyHelpTeam I've just been on the phone trying to change the name on the account. My name, address and phone number are on it, but the account is registered to my ex. I was told it cannot be changed and would have to be closed. My ex also called and was told I had call. Help.
