Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@SkyHelpTeam @jonathan_foley I’ve spoke to them every day since Thursday about this as well. They’ve spoken with BT Openreach apparently but still can’t seem to get an answer on what the issue is, yet every time give the generic ‘fixed in a couple of hours’. 5 days no internet so far!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi sky having an issue with my UHD keeps dropping image as shown in video. I’ve tried different sky high speed HDMI cables even purchased an 8K cable same result. All UHD HDR works fine outside sky platform is this a known issue as I have read a few threads on this

@SkyHelpTeam Finally working but no updates apart from a text a minute ago to saying it is back up and running. Next door neighbour on BT and no issues so a SKY issue! Communication is the bare minimum or customer service.
