No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Having v sporadic connection for the last few days & last week - occasionally 30 mb/s but mostly v low.Right now it’s 1.4 mb/s! Means husband cannot do his job properly.Can you help please?
