Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

@SkyHelpTeam another failed appointment where your engineers don't turn up, I get fined if I cancel the appointment within 24hrs yet they call say they'll be there in 15-20mins and that was 2hrs ago! #PoorCustomerService #EpicSkyFail

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jillian, I’ve already spoken to support and cannot get out of my contract, and also have to pay myself for a booster. My point is purely pointing out that the Sky coverage checker is definitely not accurate. I will be switching asap.

@SkyHelpTeam no internet in PO6 area in portsmouth since 9:25 last night. Trying to study for A levels. Was told the problem would take a few hours to solve. Woke up this morning still nothing after third time of switching it on and off again. When will it really be sorted?
