@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

Quick tip, if you log onto your @SkySports account, you can choose the ‘pause’ @SkyFootball service. This means you won’t pay for your premium package, while still availing of the service. @SkySports will automatically turn back on when live sport resumes 👍

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@SkyHelpTeam Right. So new customers are expected to spend the entire day in limbo? I've received no comms from Sky and had to search the internet to discover engineers will not be entering homes. Such an underwhelming service.

@FruitellaB @SkyHelpTeam Tell me about it. If you get engineers out they legit just tell you that sky will only check the wires to your house but not inside.. then claim nothings wrong and sit in their van eating for an hour. Then I get a text to say the problem has been solved aha !!

@SkyHelpTeam 2 days loss of earning because you cannot provide a service I'm paying for. I don't think there is a need to send a bill this month. Take it off what u have made me lose. Ill be changing providers.
