    Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

    @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

    @SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

    @bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

    @SkyHelpTeam , broadband e1 london down all week, done line tests. sky service test wont load, says unavailable, whats going on with the fibre!!

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been really or no connection for a week. The phone service says there is a problem with the exchange. But how can I get an ETA of a fix? It’s a nightmare!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Laura. That isn't a problem. The wind, rain and snow all affect the signal received due to its current location on house. Is this an expensive/lengthy thing to do roughly?

    @SkyHelpTeam can you give me a number to call someone to deal with this where they will answer the phone and I don’t have to go through 500 different stupid options! I just want to speak to a person who is going to sort this out NOW

    @SkyHelpTeam no wifi,call centre tech said it was an outside problem but no engineers at the weekend.we both WFH,been a customer over 20 years.i can't wait til Monday.surely you have engineers at the weekend?!

    @SkyHelpTeam (2/2) removing the BT Whole Home has meant I lose a lot of functionality such as pausing certain devices, naming devices, time limits on kids devices etc. Also the whole system is much slower. I am not a happy #Sky customer

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s the financial implications which are my issue. Despite all communications stating yesterday was the date, I’m now going to have spend money on buying more mobile data to stay connected. In addition to being accused of being responsible for the delay by @OpenreachHelp

    @SkyHelpTeam It just says 'Download failed' It certainly doesn't happen as often as it used to - virtually every time - but it's been happening for ages - an ongoing problem with you and BT apparently. And I'm fed up paying for something that doesn't work.
