Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

Anyone else notice how insensitive the @SkySports reporter was last night asking Ole when DeGea was back? Well done Ole for shutting him down by saying it’s a private matter. Tbh the clue was already there when he hadn’t traveled for personal reasons !

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I have, I was told that it was a simple fix (something to do with Openreach) but that it couldn’t be chased and I just had to wait it out. It seems odd that you are unable to speak with your partners and why it takes this amount of time for a simple transfer.

@SkyHelpTeam Your tracking gives no update other than ‘something is wrong’ and I have to call to find out. There was no indication when I contracted over to you that there would be such an issue with it. I have lost at least 2 working days which I will need to make up over the weekend
