@TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

@SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

@bernardoshea1 @SkyHelpTeam @SkyIreland Have had the same problem. Could @SkyHelpIreland take the opposite view & tell customers of #SkySports that their subscription will be paused until live sports resume! This will undoubtedly alleviate their workload @CWeston_Indo

@SkyHelpTeam Tried all that several times last night. Your website when checking for local issues didn’t respond. Also reset the router several times. Thankfully the @SkyUK broadband outage across parts of Northern Ireland seems to fixed this morning.

@SkyUK We've tried this, and had to send it back. No recordings, the picture was a bit poor for us and also there'd be no TV if our Internet goes down (which is everyday in our house!). We love the idea of no box but it isn't right for us at the minute.

@elmo200921 @SkyUK I tried ringing customer service, no one there. I tried the sky app and run tests. Says "opps, not working at this time" 😭😭😭
