  Was just onto @skytv to cancel my @SkySports subscription, as there is no is live sports & not likely to be any for the forseable future. They will not accept cancellation for 31 days! So we have to pay to watch! Re-runs #Shocking #ripoff

  @TheKloppStand @abby_wright @SkyHelpTeam It is daylight robbery, you put your trust and faith into them and get taken for a ride, cowboys! No wonder so many people are switching to Now TV, Amazon etc because it’s a race to the bottom and Sky clearly do not care about their customers. Can’t wait to cancel it completely

  @SkyIreland need to be called out on this Charging people for @SkySports when all live sports events are canceled, and refusing to cancel contracts for 31days domestic & 3 months for #publicians who are currently closed. Come on @skytv Do The Right Thing. @LeoVaradkar

  @SkySports The Red Bull team seem to lack a bit of class. Mercedes don’t have a competitive car, it’s nothing to do with their drivers ability. They should be focused on Ferrari rather than kicking people while they are down.

  Sky give influencers who can clearly afford it, free Sky glass, but over charge me: a single parent, in a single income household and they want to charge me a cancellation fee/downgrade fee on top of my very overpriced bill! Great customer service @SkyUK @MartinSLewis

You tried to level bias at Carragher because of his comment relating to Richarlison but that comment was not just because of that incident.   @SkyHelpTeam Emma there must be someone you can email this complaint to I've worked in Customer Services all my life and you have a duty of care to me as a customer raising an issue to escalate this to someone senior.
