    @SkyHelpTeam is the sky ‘help’ website purposely designed to send you on an endless loop so you never actually get to speak to anyone. What is the phone number for customer services so someone can actually deal with my query because there is no option for what I want online.

    @Tactical_Times we are looking at this from the wrong angle. you want change it has to be forced. cancel @SkySports @btsport etc or any subscriptions until a proper rule review is done. hit them in the pocket and they will change, for me its that simple. or they just group together and do nowt

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried the help section - and I've already returned one box. The replacement is also not waking up in the morning. How do I reach the tech help?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I’ve been on hold for 16 mins so far (plus the wasted 1/2 hour on chat). Actually the best way is for your agents to take “I just want to cancel & don’t want to discuss” as an option and not give the customer endless run around arguing about it asking questions...

    @SkyHelpTeam I simply want to cancel all my sky products. I’m at the end of my initial contract and no longer want the service

    @SkyHelpTeam still after 3 visits WiFi is awful! I’ve spent 5 hours of my ******* life on the phone to you that I’ll never get back for it still to not work!

    @DavidHeron17 @ScottyT9804 @SkySports They slow WiFi speed down to make entice you to upgrade so wouldn't be surprised they do the same with pictures quality.
