    @SkyUK What is happening with your customer service? Sky Q box not worked properly for months…engineer out today…not fixed…call up an agent…makes it worse and now we have NO TV at all…engineer can’t come till end of the week? Who is training these people? 😡😡😡 HELP!!!!!

    A company as big & as technological as @skytv get stumped when the clocks go back! My Sky+ Planner and clock still showing an hour into the future! After involving 223 technicians, it's likely the solution is to wait till next year when clocks forward! @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam
