@Steam Built a new PC transferred content over signed into one account but Steam wont let me log into my other account. people should not be locked out of their accounts when they build a new pc. You guys need to fix this, also you recaptcha does not work

And no, its far from the same, a credit card is a physical object, that you dont have if it's stolen. fraud shouldn't be tolerated, but if you have your account open, it's not their problem
