@SandraWhiteSNP @IrvineWelsh Not just useless banks. Try TalkTalk. Undoubtedly the worst of the worst. They employ hundreds of 'support' staff just to tell you how they are unable to help. That is, after you've waited for hours for them to answer.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

As if it’s going to take me 5 hours to download A Plague Tale Requiem! TalkTalk are awful in my area the last few weeks 👎👎. Looks like I won’t be streaming that tonight. What should I do….?? R6 on the box or a load of random shizz on the pc!?

@TalkTalk My service is terrible, Internet keeps going off and is off more than on. I went online to check and all I'm getting is that you're carrying out some maintenance work and will be back online shortly. I work from home, and currently I can't work, and have no idea what's going on.

@TalkTalk Can I have a direct contact number for customer service? I have left messages about ongoing issues with my broadband for about 4weeks and still not been able to speak to a person!!!!!!!
