@TalkTalk No service for two days , no phone no internet and I now find out that you’ve not even booked an engineer to come out. How bad are you , the most inept company that I’ve ever come across. Thankfully I can leave and never encounter your incompetence again.

  • paulpavli28 Paul Pavli (@paulpavli28) reported

@TalkTalk how is it that it has taken you two days to book an engineer to repair phone and internet service. You have to be the worst service provider in history. For two days I have reported an issue, and now I have been told no engineer has been booked to attend yet.

@virginmedia This is unacceptable I work from home and I am being informed that my broadband will not be fixed till 5pm within 2 weeks of install , in the time I was with @TalkTalk nearly 8yrs, the service hardly ever left me an entire day without any access to the internet.

  • zoe_swithenbank Zoe Swithenbank (@zoe_swithenbank) reported

@TalkTalk It keeps getting worse! After disconnecting my old service (no one can tell me why), and failing to deliver a router before sending out an engineer to install fibre, I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one to arrive. It's your mistake, and im fed up of being lied to!

  • zoe_swithenbank Zoe Swithenbank (@zoe_swithenbank) reported

@TalkTalk Currently without Internet for a third day, despite numerous calls and live chat attempts. Your incompetence is frustrating, I'm sick of being put on hold, lied to and cut off! Now I can't even get through to the complaints department. Rubbish service.

@TalkTalk Don't bother just spent an hour talking and being escalated but your agents. This is the fourth time I've called and each time been promised the money back in 3 working days. Keep the money, invest it into training your agents in customer care. Off to a decent provider.

What UK-based ISPs are grown up enough to provide customer support if you use your own router, such as a Ubiquiti one? @TalkTalk are pretty useless and it's about time I end my contract with them.
