@TalkTalk what a joke, broadband and phone line not working for 2 weeks now, reported the issue and no fix or contact from TalkTalk, customer service is nonexistent. We are in lockdown and unable to connect with family over Christmas. Disgraceful

@TalkTalk I've been expecting a call back from a manager today. Was told 24hrs and still no call. Moved to another provider on the 11th of December and they won't let me cancel even though I'm not in contract!!

How would I go about cancelling my on going contract? Because this customer service experience is not worth any number of free months service if the service is not currently being provided. @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

@NC24Dawsie @TomMaloneJr @TalkTalk I got a bill off them for the equipment what been send back apparently they never got it, funny as they send me the return stuff and I paid extra for them to sing on delivery. When ringing them I been told I'm not a customer anymore and can't help with this, shocking service
