    @ghostreporter1 @TalkTalk Just caught up with this. What's happening? Is there an update? I ditched @talktalk years ago over appalling customer service, very sad, but not surprising, to see they haven't improved

    @newsreporterUK @TalkTalk Just this minute heard from her. There is a resolution of sorts, not one I am happy with on her behalf or generally, but completely understand that she doesn't want to keep fighting with all the stress that involves

    @TalkTalk Any update? all of scarborough on every internet provider is down it seems. It’s been 6 hours 😩 wouldn’t normally be that bothered but of all the days it had to be today!

    @newsreporterUK @TalkTalk TBH i think the customer service from all the big telecoms companies is awful. I'm sure a rival that set up with really good CS would make a mint - I for one, would very happily pay for that

    @TalkTalk No broadband connection since 24.11.20. 11 phone calls and two engineer visits made. Still not resolved. At my wit's end. Keep getting made false promises or possibly lied to when I phone customer services.

    Over two hours on the phone to talk talk @Ofcom @TalkTalk. Then another 1hr plus. Now n another call for 45 mins and counting. Problem not solved
