@TalkTalk I’m trying to end my contract, I’ve spoken to 9 agents and it still isn’t cancelled. I’ve also tried to raise a complaint about my experience and I’m told they can’t do this, rubbish customer service.

@TalkTalk Funny how I was on the phone to customer services for almost 2 hours trying to cancel being transferred to 7 different agents and not ONE 'agent' was willing to help me out. It is illegal to leech more money out of your customers by telling lies. Such a scam of a company. AVOID!

@TalkTalk If you wouldnt want me to feel like this, then you wouldnt increase the bill. You want me to pay £40 just for less than 10mb download? Are you crazy? If you wouldnt increase the bill then i wouldnt bother, but thats just too much for the service you provide. Good luck!

@TalkTalk Terrible customer service.Ordered fibre 13days ago cancelled after 3days,was told to wait 5days for an email and no email,called and no cancellation on file,cancelled again and 5days passed,not cancelled. Now 3rd time trying! It shouldn't be this difficult to cancel.

Hi @TalkTalk got home from holiday to discover my BT Openreach modem had failed so TalkTalk broadband was down. Have temporarily plugged in my own PSU for the modem and it’s back online now. Can you please send me a replacement PSU? Thanks, Toby

@TalkTalk is THE worst broadband provider out there. Their customer service is just outrageous. I have agents telling me "we are unable to cancel your contract. Nobody can help you". It's illegal to force people to stay on a contract when they are within right to cancel!

@TalkTalk Well I tried to change provider and sent an email and had a live chat yet they just almost doubled my monthly charge and never replied, it was a few months back and lost my wife in that period. I want a response.
