    @TalkTalk hello.I am no longer a Talk Talk Customer. I would like confirmation that I am no longer being charged as of 16/11. Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

    @TalkTalk Please, please can someone sort out my hopeless broadband speed. So slow for the whole week. And connection so erratic I cannot even run a speed test. Don't tell me it's the router... it works fine when the connection is working OK. Am at wits' end, cannot work.

    @TalkTalk if a customer has an open case with a manager who is supposed to be representing the CEO then should that manager not try and contact the customer. I have had several pre-arranged calls and on every occasion your manager has failed to call me!! #talktalk #rubbishservice
