    @NOWHelpTeam Hi I'm ready to move over to NowTV, I spoke to my existing provider (talktalk) & they advised that Now can cancel my contract with TT when I join Now. How do I request this when ordering Now? And the entertainment package has gone up from 4.99 to 9.99, can I get it for 4.99?

    Any @TalkTalk customers thinking about upgrading to FTTP best hope and pray it all goes smoothly.Any issues,you fall into the crack between the Future Fibre team and the normal support team,and you're screwed. Been without broadband since 25th August, no solutions from TalkTalk.

    @TalkTalk I've had written confirmation of cancellation in an email and verbally 3 times, and have STILL RECEIVED A BILL FOR AN ACTIVE SERVICE. Every time I reinitiate contact, people claim to have no record of my cancellation until pressed, when proof suddenly miraculously appears. (2/2)

    Hey @TalkTalk - 7 days without home broadband. Your Help people just say OpenReach will inform me when it’s fixed. I’ll KNOW when it is fixed - what I need is progress updates and some reassurance that it’s actually being worked on. #NotGoodEnough

    So TalkTalk support say speak to Future Fibre team. Future Fibre team say it's nothing to do with them as they only deal with Fibre (FTTP). Oh, and the best bit was FTTP was meant to be installed on 4th August, but they screwed that up also....
