    @IheanyiIbe @TalkTalk I left talktalk due to rubbish service, now have 5G with three. No set up, no need for openreach, works straight out box, can take with us on hols. Speeds vary from amazing to average but comes with 4G backup so has never completely fell over. If in coverage area would recommend.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hrs of calls to chase a router tht still isn’t here 6 weeks later. No internet but your taking my money for a service I can’t use. Compensation promised but never given. Made 6 complaints no one ever comes back to me. Is this how you treat loyal customers

    @SkyHelpTeam I have no signal to call and it’s pouring down outside to get signal. I should be able to sort this out via an online chat like most other companies let you. Never had this problem with talktalk or bt

    @TalkTalk Hello, my Fibre 35 connection has been giving me about a 1Mbps dl rate for a couple of weeks now. I’ve been through all steps on the Ts-ing page (wired gives me the same speed) and no luck. Please help!

    @TalkTalk I just need someone to send me a new router. Please. It's been 4 hours on the phone, doing the same thing over and over. I've a background in network systems. It's 100% a router fault. Not even discoverable. People lying in your customer service department about how things work.

    @TalkTalk disgusting CS. Called early Feb to disconnect due to moving. However zero record of that called being made, still being billed every month and now sent to collections. I’m absolutely livid and no help 😡#shockingcustomerservice #talktalklie
