    @TalkTalk As this hasn't been sorted yet I have sent yet another dm. A text message was sent on the 15th saying they would contact her on the 15th, unfortunately it was a noreply address. There is a blocked cable, 3 different gangs of workmen have been out to it and told her the problem

    @TalkTalk Drop you a line really? I am a high risk priority customer because of medical needs who's fault should have been fixed in 24hours. All i have been getting is its with an engineer. Its been prioritised. WHAT PRIORITY ITS BEEN 5 DAYS NOW DISGUSTING 😡

    @TalkTalk pls can you sort the issues with my internet. We’ve had no internet since Monday due to no fault of our own and now you are saying you can’t get anyone out till the 7th sept! Extremely poor service and not acceptable when we work from home. How are you going to resolve?

    @TalkTalk Support.... There is no Support from TalkTalk at all... The worst experience I could ever imagine!!!! Nearly 3 weeks without Internet in the middle of estate and neither TalkTalk or OpenReach has no clue what they are doing🤬

    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking that you’ve robbed my 91 year old Nana for £126 a month for a TV and phone line that doesn’t even work. She’s tried to cancel numerous times, after being extremely unwell and not even in the house, nobody has been able to help her.

    @TalkTalk hi our service has been cut off for not paying. We did pay but it still hasn’t moved from pending. Is there anything we can do until the bank sort it?
