    @TalkTalk Maybe change the messaging on your site to ‘we know there’s an issue in your area’ rather than saying everything is fine after diagnostics

    Ugh. @TalkTalk is down and, for obvious reasons, I can't test my connectivity issues on their website (which states 'no issues' btw).

    @TalkTalk is there a worse customer services on the planet. called 03451720088 on there for an hour with a hopeless lady from south africa who ended up asking if i was big or small company - she knew i was just a plain joe with no email working - and still not but still pay
