@TalkTalk my broadband was out from 4th August to 11th September. You failed to pay my compensation in the 30 days. After 60 days I reported you to the regulator, after calling you at least 8 times to resolve. You arranged to call me today. You didnt. Appalling service.

Having been @skytv 4 over 15 years I decided to give @TalkTalk a go with b/band/TV. After 2 whole days #talktalk have me on the edge of a nervous breakdown with their horrific customer service. Cancelled-at last. #skytv I love you, I am ur's 4 life and I'm sorry 4 my treachery.

@TalkTalk really poor customer service trying to change account into just my name as wife passed 11/20/21 I have filled in all paperwork had 3 phone calls had a letter saying there cutting me off and they ring today asking for her to upgrade to a quicker internet shocking

@bt_uk I am sorry for delay in setting the BT account up, @TalkTalk will not allow us to cancel - even through there is not contract - they either hang the phone up or cut us off mid-chat on the online option. We have been trying for 6 days now to cancel

@TalkTalk Right this is bloody ridiculous. My daughter is still without her Internet, she's works from home, she's put in a complaint, she's using her data. Stop with the questions and get her connected or Ofcom will get an email.
