  @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk They're all bad when it comes to resolving issues. Skip the niceties tell them you're switching. If you're still under contract, inform them you won't paying the settlement fee for the switch due to the failing to provide the service. Get moved up the list.

  @TalkTalk appalling customer service and please bring you customer service back to the UK as it is really not good. Calls getting dropped and poor understanding, rude staff. Hours spent on the phone to your agents.

  I've had quite a few problems with my @TalkTalk broadband, but I've just had a fair resolution from their technical department and my broadband is working again.

  @TalkTalk You’ve already made me do that and nothing has happened. I dont want to speak to tech team or customer service again who just pass me round and round. I want someone from exec team to call. They have my number.
