@TalkTalk why is it absolutely impossible to get someone to look at and correct consistently incorrect billing for the last 3 months?! A #talktalkbusiness customer for 8 years means nothing. I wish I had never renewed my contract now. Even a formal complaint gets ignored!

@TalkTalk My aged parents of over 80 years old have not had internet from Talktalk since New Years eve... nothing has been done and talking to the people on the other end of the phone is useless. Can you help? We have called your company over 10 times. Nothing has happened!

@_daniellemakeup @TalkTalk I left talk talk two years ago and went with virgin never had any major issues with them tbf, most companies have pros and cons so youll never get something perfect

@TalkTalk What have you done! you've transfered my account over to UW who seem to do lots of services frm insurance, energy, credit cards etc & I've had nothing but internet problems since this enforced switch! I want an Internet provider, not a jack of all trades! This is ridiculous - I need some sort of compensation for this mess - as for anyone else who TalkTalk are trying to move their account over to UW - DON'T DO IT I've been with you for years & yet you've just thrown me out on the heap - seriously angry!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

@TalkTalk how am i meant to change my services with you when i move when your customer service rep tells me you dont supply the area im moving to, but your website says you do. I cant call to talk to anyone about it, as apparently my phone number is incorrect.

@TalkTalk can you check if there are issues with you network in my area pls because your broadband has been SHOCKING this past 2 weeks cutting out every 5 minutes and the royal rumble starts in 10 minutes. I need internet 😭😭
