    @TalkTalk I've had no Internet since 7th. After 30days I'm entitled to cancel my contract for free with no termination fees and switch providers. Its been 51days. Ive been from technical to customer services and cancellations. And you won't let me cancel my account.

    @TalkTalk @paullewismoney It's in the small print, same thing happened to me. I signed a deal last year & they have just increased it. Reliablity is a joke. Every day that I go online I get the message "no internet connection" for about 5 mins & I mean every single day, without fail. Garbage service. 🤬

    @TalkTalk What are you going to do about the price increase? I have already complained about it & have been told it's tough but it's in the T&Cs. Lip service as usual.
