@TalkTalk Getting really bored of you doing maintenance from 12am as I usually get home from work then and THAT is the time I have to go online. But no yet again my Internet is down. Makes me wonder what I'm paying for!

@alleshallbewele @NOWTV We used to have Sky fibre broadband...every night it would cut out which then caused issues for our heating, cctv and alarm (couldn’t access them!). So we ditched Sky as soon as we could. Currently with TalkTalk and have had no problems.

@TalkTalk, I've just tried to access @Williamsbrewery website to order Christmas beers and have been met with some daft kids safe page, blocking my access. Have checked my account and this feature has never been switched on. This has only just happened. What's the score?

@TalkTalk You messed up our house move so instead of being transferred on 9th Dec as requested, we told yesterday we will be without internet and tv service until 30th Dec. Informed today it will now be 6th Jan. My wife and I both work from home, but now can’t. This is not good enough.

The worst customer service from @TalkTalk - arranged an engineer for an issue that was going on for a week leaving me with no internet, had it confirmed 3 times by 3 peeps, took a day off work for them to tell me that Openreach didn't confirm the appointment so it was cancelled😠

3 day now talking with @TalkTalk and really getting nowhere customers service at it's best not! over 2 hours now since my last response with themselves should have listened and gone with sky or bt so disappointed
