@Dougal_McK @TalkTalk Customer service is shocking. They are very rude and are no help at all. Honestly do not get a contract with them. They also break their fixed price contracts so this company cannot be trusted at all.

Sky broadband to TalkTalk. They are told his service will transfer on 21st Feb, no engineer needed. He is returned from hospital and has a care package in the daytime. He needs his emergency monitoring package at night especially as his life is at risk. Yet no service arrives on

@TalkTalk some company you are internet has been off and can't even get through to anyone or have someone come out to look at it, just keep getting the automated answering service which is a piece of rubbish! meant to have 24hr help available it's a joke!

When you pay for 65mbps package and get this. Takes forever to get through and chase to get it fixed been in the house since November and it’s just got worse and worse. Please send help. @TalkTalk

I'm stuck in ADS-HELL, so it's about contention ratios. B.T. was very slow, I had about 6 mbps, SKY about 8mbps, TalkTalk best with about 10mbps. How do I find out the best supplier contention ratio?!!! If Tommy Titface next door is watching 4k all day, I'm effed. #broadband
