@TalkTalk I am appalled at the customer service I have received this evening and through the past 2 months. Please be aware they have 0 aftercare and try to get out of processing the correct amount of compensation. I have been lied to and almost deceived by your advisors.

@TalkTalk Yes. Our situation hasn't improved. Our service went out at about 9 p.m. and hasn't come back since. We're getting a flashing orange light on the router.

@TalkTalk you have disconnected my 74 year old mothers broadband and phone, leaving a vulnerable woman alone, saying she has moved but she never did. You customer service is shocking, every time you get through they hang up. No one wants to help. My mother is 74 & vulnerable.

@TalkTalk Support.... There is no Support from TalkTalk at all... The worst experience I could ever imagine!!!! Nearly 3 weeks without Internet in the middle of estate and neither TalkTalk or OpenReach has no clue what they are doing🤬

TalkTalk phone support will not help me because I'm not your customer. @CityFibre say "contractually" they cannot help me @vodafone are helpless as it's not their line. @TalkTalk please actually do something to help me.

@TalkTalk @ruth_hedley Ruth, we are having a similar issue - 7 days on all they want to do is sell us a new contract. Apparently it is the only way to get reconnected. Not happening but have reached a stand off situation now. Good luck
