@TalkTalk You cannot help me unfortunately, 6 months without one single minute of connection, many emails with the support team , 3 months paid without connection and now a cancellation of the service and as I did not pay they send me to the debit office without source the main issue.

I have to go to work (cos no internet at home). I strike up a "live chat" but we get nowhere because apparently Talktalk can't detect errors unless I'm in the house (what?!). 2/

@TalkTalk Despite DMs with you over the last 2 days PLUS countless Live Chats (where I’m passed from pillar to post) PLUS countless telephone calls (where I was cut off 4 times yesterday alone) … I am now on DAY 6 of no internet 😡 Terrible service - if it’s not sorted today … I’m gone!

Good of talktalk to waive all cancellation fees after I said I wanted to cancel because of bad service... but then not process the cancellation request so I've ended up paying for another month of crap wifi.

@TalkTalk No one from Talk Talk has even apologised. I have lost a day’s work trying to sort my internet. They have lost a contract I have signed and will not help. Even the CEO and executive office don’t reply. Passed around again.

@TalkTalk I have been phoning since Sunday as have had no internet since then I was cut off twice tonight. Rang back and had message that the Service was closed. Disgusting service. I need internet to work!!
