    Either way, soon as I'm no longer a prisoner to @EE & @TalkTalk I'll no longer be taking out contract mobile plans after 20+ years of contracts; I can get a better deal without the lock-in month by month & @TalkTalk are just generally **** and price is no longer a benefit.

    @lstarlingphoto @TalkTalk Hi Lizzie, I'm having a terrible time with them and compiling information to hold them accountable. Has your fault been resolved or at least looked in too? How much of a struggle has it been to get to the point you're at now?

    Picking Our Pockets: Broadband & mobile phone companies hiking prices, mid-contract, by up to 17.3% Still, receive same service. BT, EE, O2, Plusnet, Shell, Sky, TalkTalk, Three, Virgin, Vodafone acting in unison. Ofcom/Govt do nothing. Has your income increased by 17.3%?

    I’ve had to cancel all my Dads utilities as he has moved into a care home permanently after my mum died. I was dreading it, I don’t have any account numbers or passwords. @TalkTalk @skytv @unitedutilities thank you for being understanding and helping me at this difficult time 😢

    @DonnaC_uk @TalkTalk They say to DM them. I did this last time and the agent told me its my WiFi and I should have it placed better which is ridiculous. Doesnt explain the fact that the router keeps going down and resetting

    @TalkTalk 11 days no Wi-Fi, 45 useless phone calls, a missing router. It’s mental support I need, not just technical.

    @TalkTalk our Derby site broadband was down last Monday for 12 hrs and down again this morning. If your infrastructure provider is doing maintenance shouldn't you tell your customers???

    @TalkTalk have the worst customer service EVER. I shall be cancelling my account today. No one to talk to such bad service.
