@TalkTalk are a pile of crap 4 days with no internet with a 6 year old & 3 year old.. now I’ll wait for them to open at 9 to phone for the 5 time to be fobbed off.. time to switch providers today I think #donteverusetalktalk

@TalkTalk business is genuinely the worst internet provider I’ve ever had to deal with. Putting the phone down for absolutely no reason and then arguing when I’ve rang back and asked to speak to someone else.

@TalkTalk hi there, I phoned up a few weeks ago to cancel my service. I spoke to a guy who said it was all sorted and my next bill would be my last. However I just got another bill for September. Can someone help?
