    Hey @talktalk yet again your levels of ridiculously poor service astound me - and I've been used to them for years. Glad I sat around today for 5 hrs waiting for an engineer who never showed - only then to be unable to get anywhere on text chat (cut off twice) or the phone.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk worst customer service I have ever come across… you cocked up my order leaving me with no internet and won’t own up to the error but if I go back into contract with you then it will be fine even though I’ve paid upfront for a service that has been suspended 🤔

    @TalkTalk I need my Internet to work everyday I pay for it, its pretty simple. I pay for a service, I should be provided that service. DMs aren't gonna change that are they. 8 times I've been on the phone to you guys this week already.

    @talktalk so we had no landline for 5 weeks seen the problem was rectified by @BTSopenreach we have had the worst internet speed trying to sort with @talktalk gets you no where looking for new provider #poorcustomerservice #talktalk

    @virginmedia bits of the website down today (and last night?) I’m a new customer, activated yesterday, and the reach of the signal is nowhere near good enough (far worse than Talktalk) Trying to find out what you can offer re: Mesh/pods etc.

    @Korvus_III @TalkTalk Yeah sitting over here at 5 hours past the time stated with no WiFi. Had issues last year where it was out for a week with no explanation.

    @TalkTalk how can i acess the live chat on the tlak talk website as i cannot find it and when i have called to give you 30 days notice i get to the stage where you have are going to give the terms and conditions of cancelling my contract and disconnecting the service i am cut off

    @invisiblymeblog @TalkTalk Always the same! They know things aren't right but just leave it! Then they pump out adverts telling us they're so wonderful & they can do this & that! The reality is they can't even get the basics right! This is a top down problem!

    @TalkTalk You failed to fix it 12 times before, I somehow feel 13 isn't your lucky number @TalkTalk. Can't wait to get our of this contract and join the 21st century. Leaving @Virgin to save £5 was probably the biggest mistake.
