    @TalkTalk This company are a complete joke, they're customer service is absolutely a joke the staff do nor know how to help and are rude and don't listen at all. I was promised a years free Amazon prime video which I've never received and can't connect my phone to the WiFi absolutely crap

    @TalkTalk I'm trying that number currently been on hold for 30 minutes and not spoke to 1 person yet. So far today I've wasted 2 hours of my time on hold to various departments. Poor customer service 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk I sent in a change of account ownership form in early December. The details have still not been updated - please can you help? Your chat bot services are pretty useless and no phone number is easily visible…

    NEVER EVER USE @TalkTalk service for anything! They are completely incompetent team, no one will ever take charge to solve your issue. Oh! they will also randomly cut your broadband and tell you nothing they can do and you have to register again in 30 days. STAY AWAY! #TALKTALK

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgraceful ‘Customer Service’ from @TalkTalk. My 84 year old father has been waiting for a new router for 9 days. No sign, despite 3 hours of phone calls. and being promised last Monday, 27th that it was being sent Special Delivery. What is going on?
