    @Smyth_Chris Funniest one, some years ago. “BT” rang. There’s a problem with your account. It’s going to be frozen and internet and house phone cut off. “Funny. We don’t have a BT account. We’re under TalkTalk” Next day, “TalkTalk” rang. We hung up on them.

    @TalkTalk Just to clarify this is not “recently” this has been 4 times in the last 8 months. More than from “time to time”. This happened to me exactly 5 weeks ago. Very poor unacceptable service.

    @TalkTalk Yes it means that I haven’t had internet for 3 days and I had the same problem just 1 month ago. This is now the fourth time this is happening since signing up for Superbad I mean superfast fibre broadband.

    @TalkTalk You keep compensating me but I would prefer to have a service that works. Upgrading to @TalkTalk superfast broadband has been a disaster. What’s the point of upgrading if it never works.
