@TalkTalk 2 hours w/ online support agent trying to report a crossed line on my phone. Apparently they had to do tests that could only be carried out if I could transfer to 3G which I don't have. I borrowed a phone, the link sent asked me to login - I HAVE NO LOGIN for the support site!

@TalkTalk issues with my account have been going on for weeks and your advisors appear to know nothing about it. Keep being fobbed off with different stories and promises of a call back which never happened. Dreadful customer service.

@TalkTalk over 35 mins (and counting) on the phone to your team, passed to 4 different people, when I’m simply trying to cancel my broadband service with you. Basic stuff that should be able to be done online. Thanks for wasting my time and costing me money
