    @TalkTalk I was meant to get broadband installed y'day morning, got a text that it would go ahead but no one showed up. I called you this morning and was told that there was a delay and more info will be available on Weds?! I asked for a callback, was told OK, and still nothing. So poor...

    @talktalk - appalling customer services! Several promise’s to call back - nothing. Over 5hrs wasted on the phone trying to cancel account. Disgusting!!

    @TalkTalk Currently speaking to a technician and he has left me on the line for up to 20 mins and has not said anything , I’ve paid my phone bill , I’m not owing , I deserve a better service.

    @TalkTalk you need to stop misleading people considering switching to your wifi service with the promise of it being actually capable of supporting households. it does not!
