    @TalkTalk hi here, is it ok for talk talk to mess up my broadband for 10 days and then charge me for the engineer to fix it? What a joke.

    @TalkTalk it's taken you three months to sort out my Internet connection. When I told your engineer online it was the router many times !! Guess what it was the router. Customer is aways right ! #Useless ! don't recommend @talktalk

    @TalkTalk could you please tell me why you are billing me for broadband when I cancelled 14 days into your 30 day period. The customer service is shocking. 3 times I had to phone you to cancel my broadband.

    @talktalk End of day 6 without internet.The promised callback from the case management team never came.Called in again, more t/s and been advised that case management team will take 72hrs to respond.Its like a bad dream😟

    @TalkTalk Disgusting is the only world to describe the way my 73 year old mother has been treated! Her service has gone down on so many occasions and has now been without service since 16/02/22, no tv, no mobile and of course no internet! Engineer never turns up when booked! 🤬😡
