@TalkTalk Still without fibre internet engineer is meant to be fixing the issue contacted you for 3 Hours over the weekend and fobbed off with a fibre filter in the post . No resolution complaint made . External issue and son who has gcse exams has been unable to submit work . Not happy

honestly @TalkTalk are just awful - the worst customer service I have ever experienced... still 4 hours later on web chats and phone calls and I haven't been put through to the right team

Today I was meant to be a new @VodafoneGroup customer. Excited. However I keep getting messages from @TalkTalk welcoming me back. So confusing, even @WeAreOpenreach emailed me to say which service provider I am going with. Am I with both? Am I with neither? Who knows??!?!
