    @TalkTalk Hi could you tell me why my internet isn’t working properly? Even when on my 4g I’m unable to load the talk talk website to check it out but have no problems with any other sites. When connected to WiFi I’m not able to load or get notifications

    @TalkTalk Never ever going with you again had nothing but problems with your terrible internet service. Worst provider there is, no wonder you’re known by everyone as ****. ******* useless company.

    I wrote to @TalkTalk to inform that, since my upgrade to high speed broadband, the reach throughout the house had diminished. Got a stock reply regarding walls and distance but no solution suggestions. It may be faster but that's of little use if it keeps switching to mobile.

    @TalkTalk hi there have there been any reports of outages in Hartlepool, I've had no internet since 4pm yesterday. Your service site says everything is fine. Any help would be great as I work remotely atm 😬
