@TalkTalk I'm someone that just buys a service and if it works im happy and never revisit to look at bills and stuff,i happened to log in my acc and noticed in '19 my contract elapsed,if i renew it,do i get that new swankey router for free? been with u for years :-) wink wink :-)

@TalkTalk woke up this morning with no WiFi. Go through @TalkTalk online service center only to get there's a problem and we need to speak to you. Click the contact us button on to find out your only open at weekends or Wednesday. So no internet till then then?

Hey @TalkTalk , why do I have to resort to twitter to try and get through to someone ? Call centre useless and no online options. Why I am relying on post to try and update details. You're an internet company? Anyone else had this terrible service?

@lesleyccooperh2 I'm with TalkTalk, so not sure if I can get that. I tried the TT screening service a while ago and had so many people complain that they couldn't get through I unsubscribed.
