@enjoytilludie @TalkTalk Unfortunately, there will be nothing asap about anything they do. Mine has been off now for 7 days, they insisted an engineer would fix the issue, engineer said all is as it should be and the issue is down to the router. They now sending out another router, meaning another 3 days

Please @TalkTalk get me reconnected ASAP and compensate me for lack of service I have been receiving. OR cancel my account with compensation and without early leaving fees so that I can find a new broadband supplier who is able to get me online again

@TalkTalk Still no connection another 6 calls over 3 hours, eero 6 Pro Red light on (no internet) Openreach say all good should be working. This is the worst service I have not received
