    My landline has gone off @TalkTalk Yet again I’m left without my emergency alarm & there’s no emergency number to report this to you. If I collapse & need to press my red careconnect button, it won’t connect to anyone & I’ll be left to die on the floor #poorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk I know that you know that I can't get any help from the ombudsman for 8 weeks. What do I do until they contact you and make you release the line? You really are the worst in what is a pretty crowded field.

    @TalkTalk Your reply said to contact the order management team, who I think I’ve mentioned, have been talking a quite consistent stream of shite since Friday. You can’t treat people like this. I will contact the ombudsman about my treatment, if I ever get internet access again that is!
