    @TalkTalk still trying to cancel my contract. Seems the only way this is going to happen is to cancel my direct debit. Dreadful customer service.

    @TalkTalk just spent 10mins on hold before being cut off. Just need to change my installation date or I’ll have to cancel the order altogether.

    We left @TalkTalk because they had been overcharging - for a TV service we weren't getting. They agreed with our new ISP the cutover date. They cut us off at 235959 of the cutover. But then they billed us for the full month... They will credit us the money in 14 days...

    @TalkTalk internet constantly cutting off for short periods of time. Ran a connection test and received a text to book an engineer (for the millionth time) problem is you website doesn't lete do this or talk to anyone. This has been a recurring issue for months.

    @j0nch0i @TalkTalk you are not alone, we have been on the phone over a week with no internet they are fobbing us off everyday there is not one person to speak to who can help with diagnostics, it is unbelievable.
