OKAY @TalkTalk CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY THE WORST - I BEG IF YOURE CONSIDERING GOING WITH THEM PLS DONT I’ve been paying for a year for internet that does not work and they refuse to cancel and take me in circles like a mug

@TalkTalk I'm still not making progress with the order. Over 2 hours on various customer services touch points today, sending me round in circles. I'll try again tomorrow but this is terrible service. Does anyone read your chat transcripts back?
