    @TalkTalk Will do, thank you, the experience has given him a headache. It really isn’t good to send out links that don’t work, say that it will be resolved (& is an ongoing problem) when we called last time, then send a link which didnt work & when he called you try to charge him more

    @TalkTalk I’ve just had Future Fibre installed but the engineer didn’t have a router with him. I’ve spent 4 hours over the past 2 days trying to speak to someone who can get me one. How do I cancel ?

    @TalkTalk hi, spent all day on phone with you trying to get service reconnected after your engineers connected fibre this morning, and despite their assurances that our existing broadband would continue to work, you then cut us off 30 minutes later.

    @TalkTalk Thank god I’m not with talk talk. Neighbours of mine who have restricted English were on the phone for 2 hrs to you yesterday to cancel internet. They gave up. I’m on the phone on they’re behalf now for coming up to 2 hrs still hanging on. Customer service dept pathetic

    @TalkTalk called multiple times today to be hung up on. Being billed £50 for ‘services’ I have used… what services? My internet never worked in the first place which is why I cancelled… and then you send out an engineer when I cancelled my policy?

    @TalkTalk my internet has been down all day, apparently it’s a problem with the phone line. 4G can’t cope as everyone is on it instead. When are you going to get this back up again? Please hurry up! CB10.

    @TalkTalk worst service I have ever received - no call back even though was confirmed I would, now been locked out of my own account - with no record when you guys were meant to be calling me back to sort out my new package - I do t want to go to South Africa who can I talk to

    @TalkTalk hi tried to navigate the app to get help but it’s useless, my internet keeps dropping out have done the usual turning off and on etc it’s been since Friday dropping out NR31 area
