@talktalk You are charging my mother for overuse of data on her phone plan but she does not use her mobile for the internet. She’s never used it to browse as she is not very tech savvy. Please resolve this asap as it is causing great levels of distress. What’s the best contact?

@TalkTalk Why do you refuse to allow customers to cancel via email or online it must be via phone. Conveniently they are either closed or can't get through. I don't want the retention sales nonsense, just to leave!
