    @TalkTalk My mother's landline phone has had issues for a few days. I logged in to her account and it says 'disconnected'. Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

    @TalkTalk you're absolutely cheeky, sending me an email this morning saying my WiFi is increasing by 3 quid, considering it was down all yesterday morning with no communication! The cheek and nerve 😡😡😡

    So after fixing on Day 3 - internet and website down again today - total crap service- company clearly not functional after fat cats such as @CharlesDunstone raided the balance sheet @TalkTalk talktalk down
