    @TalkTalk @gardeng90552569 My concerns r u r not ending peoples contracts as requested people believe they have cancelled then u taking money .***** tricks..no pre contractual information received and u carry on with contract /service means they have over a year to cancel.

    @Lori_Keen @TalkTalk If u don't receive pre contractual information.u have over a year to cancel contract.on those grounds.alot of hassle.talktalk have been dishonest

    @JackieJ40969592 @TalkTalk It's been like this for as long as I can remember, I'm gonna switch I think. Honestly fed up of paying so much a month for a service that always doesn't work.

    Honestly **** @TalkTalk internet was okay at best at the old home but almost every night since moving last month the internet cuts out. Countless times I’ve reported it and nothing!!

    @TalkTalk 12 Hours at least with no service at my house and you give nothing but a scripted reply leaving talktalk as soon as I can since this service is totally unaccetable and you have no concern for your customers

    @TalkTalk You’ve said it’s high priority, it’s now been over 12 hours and the issue hasn’t been identified? Realistically we aren’t getting wifi tonight so at least make that clear rather than giving people false hope.
