@CuckooInternet Hi, I’m currently having major issues with my fiber internet from you. It’s not working at all and hasn’t been for 30+ minutes. Please can you not close your phone lines at 4PM or I am actually going to have to switch to someone like @bt_uk or @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I called again this morning. Offered 30 quid to buy a dongle lol. Will try shoving that in my Alexa, smart tv’s * 4 all the phones and pc’s. Honestly shocking never again. Bt are sorting all temporary Wi-Fi 4g etc etc. improved install date. Sorry I considered moving.

Wtf @TalkTalk with your TV signal these days. We lose ALL TV channels regularly due to poor signal. I know you never try very hard but this is low effort even for you.
