@TalkTalk obviously working extremely hard to get back to there customer's, DM yesterday at 17.15 and still no reply. It gets worse, in fact you couldn't make it up.

@TalkTalk TalkTalk get a good customer service for Fibre!!!!! Very disappointed with Fibre 900. There were too many issues and I cancelled within first 10 days. Received email of confirmation to end on 15th June 2022. But still I was charged £60+. Support is not good…

If any of my followers are thinking of going with Talk talk then don't bother. Months of problems, 10 days without a service, the worst customer service, and a CEO (Tristia Harrison they couldn't care less about her customer's. They might be cheap but they're useless.@TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Been 8 days without no broadband service, just spoke to Max at soapworks, manager Guy Jones refusing to speak to me, now left the whole weekend without a service. The company is an absolute joke. The CEO obviously cares little for her paying customers.
