Shocking service from @TalkTalk ordered WiFi on 7 January and have known been told it’s been cancelled due to an error and I will need a new hub and won’t have WiFi until 11 February. Don’t recommend.

@TalkTalk woke up this morning with no WiFi. Go through @TalkTalk online service center only to get there's a problem and we need to speak to you. Click the contact us button on to find out your only open at weekends or Wednesday. So no internet till then then?

@TalkTalk worst service I’ve ever experienced. Had no internet connection for 2 weeks and after 5 calls made to your team in f**k knows where, I’m still no better off. What a load of s**t. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

@lesleyccooperh2 I'm with TalkTalk, so not sure if I can get that. I tried the TT screening service a while ago and had so many people complain that they couldn't get through I unsubscribed.
