@TalkTalk Not going to DM you. I’ve had this problem for 6 months + let everyone on here see. My current upload speed is 4.7 I’m paying for a minimum of 5.6

@GeoffreyDWest @Twitter @TalkTalk I'm not technical at all. I've never used a smartphone, I just don't like them. I have to look up many of the terms used on Twitter, it's like a different language to me. When you said "I'm with AOL", did you mean for emails?

@simplycatie_ Oh yes. It's good to laugh. Talktalk where the worst Internet service I've ever had. For when I was with them the max speed I could get was 38 on the down speed which was a lie they promised me a min speed of 35. I got 0.02 for 6 months. It drive me nuts. .....

So, my daughter has ended up with a £156 bill after she used her @EE mobile to call @TalkTalk 's customer services' number (who cut her off twice) to cease her broadband in her student flat. Talk Talk's number wasn't included in her free minutes. Absolute ripoff. @MartinSLewis

.@TalkTalk "No mid contract price rises for the duration of your contract - guaranteed." Also @TalkTalk "Thanks for being a loyal TalkTalk customer" - *increases price by 10% 6 months into an 18 month contract* - How is this acceptable? New customers are charged less??

  • DavidGartshore2 David Gartshore (@DavidGartshore2) reported

@TalkTalk I earlier this year "upgraded" from Fibre 35 to Fibre 65. Previously I was getting around 38mbs after the "upgrade" I got exactly the same. Complained but was told that is my lines max. I would like to revert to Fibre 35 HELP!

  • GeoffreyDWest Geoffrey West (@GeoffreyDWest) reported

@BradburyMaureen @Twitter @TalkTalk Yes, I see. I bet someone who knows about computers would know if there's a way to keep your emails. I'm with AOL, and have transferred the account from Talk Talk, BT and now Plusnet. Good luck - I think a computer boffin could help somehow. . .

Never been happier than the day I got to cancel my "broadband" "service" with @TalkTalk. That was back in May. I'm still on the phone to them... Seriously: DO. NOT. TOUCH. A tin can on a string will be as good and it'll give you better customer service
