    .@TalkTalk Proving their incompetence again. I am going to have to move my elderly father from their service. Their "technical" support can't answer simple questions & when I ask to speak to a manager they transfer me to my own phone number, neat trick to put the phone down on me

    @TalkTalk Dear Talktalk team - Someone please help. I moved from Plusnet to Talktalk Fibre 150 on 14/1/21. Internet worked for 8 hours but stopped at midnight. Since then and for the last 5 days I have no internet. Feels like a big mistake. Please help. Dr Suranjan Ghoshal

    Very poor service from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup quick to take your money, very slow to support you when you have issues. Customer service no help either 🤬

    @TalkTalk are you allowed to retain a customer by offering a price package that the customer agrees to stay with to them retract that offer and charge nearly double the amount 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk my wifi has been down for a week now, spoken to someone on your website and it wasn’t resolved at all. When I go onto my wifi on my phone it says ‘weak security’, can someone please help me out with this? I’ve basically used all of my phone data in my house!!

    Is anyone else finding #COVID & #WFH are costing them a fortune? I've had to fork out for upgraded wifi thanks to @TalkTalk's broadband not working and a 40% increase in my energy bill that @ShellEnergyHome claim they can do nothing about. Good thing teachers earn a bomb! Oh...
