@TalkTalk we’ve been with yourselves for 5 months and had 5 Openreach engineers out to fix a intermittent loss of internet which reconnects after a minute. We are still having the same issue and it hasn’t improved at all. Is there a way to leave our contract early without penalty

Hey @TalkTalk despite having a ‘fixed price’ contract for 18mon, less than a year in you’ve changed the price. When we rang to ask why, we were told if we wanted a fixed price we had to pay for a higher £contract, despite the OG contract being fixed and this being broken?thoughts?

Hey @TalkTalk what’s happening with my internet had no service since last night. A new customer as of the 20th April. This is not a good start! Can you give any info?

  • pharazon Barry Zubel (@pharazon) reported

@TalkTalk Pretty sure, if you're unable to provide the service at the new location, but you refuse to release from contract, that would be fraud?

  • aye_fkn_good L E U M (@aye_fkn_good) reported

Never EVER get TalkTalk for your WiFi! It is absolute garbage. Consistently needs reset & doesn't even reach the next room

@LynsGarden I've stayed with SSE for a few years now as I've never had any problem with them, and I do believe to an extent in the old adage of 'better the devil you know'. [Hence why I also stick with TalkTalk for my broadband, they might not be perfect but I know what I'm dealing with!]
