@TalkTalk Hi, my father in law has dementia and cannot recall his passwords. We have power of attorney over his affairs. He wants to cancel his talk talk contract, but your staff are unhelpful and rude and are deliberately making it hard to cancel. This is appalling.

@TalkTalk I have been DM with someone since 9.22 am, that's nearly 10 hours of back and forth messages! Now getting no reply from them! I have not been rude or awkward with them, and still got intermittent Internet connection, using my data all day!

@TalkTalk I have no option but to cancel my dd as there are charges on my line that I haven’t made. Engineer has been out sorted the issue. However it’s difficult to get through to you and when I do your customer services go through the whole thing again.

Date November- December Skully get a Balif letter saying he’s not been paying my @talktalk bill 👀 #howsway Skully phones #talktalk and asks why he account is still on. They say it was never turn off then they check and realise after a long debate and end up paying £50

@TalkTalk shocking #internetconnection all day. Same as last complaint that it is dropping out too much. Currently on a call and had to disconnect and use mobile data to rejoin #poorservice

@MarcherLord1 What a day! My Amazon Prime account has been cancelled (haven't got one), BT is switching our internet off (we're with TalkTalk) and we're taking delivery of an iPad we never ordered.....unless we press 1.
