    @TalkTalk Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. Still nothing. No help at all. I've been promised 3 call backs and been stood up every time. Still no internet, no router, no service. Disgusted by this experience from @TalkTalk

    @talktalk it seems that there is no way to contact you to order a new router - as your chat and phone lines don't work (last few days - 'short staffed'). what kind of hell is this? please send help

    @TalkTalk loving the service, had daily internet dropouts for the past week with slower than usual connection when the bastard router decides it wants to work. England did a better job at penalties than you are at providing Internet.

    @TalkTalk Morning. I'm a talktalk customer phone number 01387279535. My broadband keeps going on and off (the little red light on the router) and my phone is unusable. I've done all the diagnostic checks and my phone socket doesn't have a test socket. It's time to contact Openreach. Help.

    @TalkTalk Guys, you really need to pull it together, now. Your technical support has been down since Monday. When will it be possible to call again?! This is absolutely appalling.
