talktalk the lousiest wifi provider to ever exist—sudden service outage every 2 weeks with customer service lines trying to solve the problems a month later definitely not helping me getting my degree in my final year fgs just shut the company down or whatever

  • pwilliams340 Paul Williams (@pwilliams340) reported

@TalkTalk I would strongly ask you, as a company, to look at the protocols you provide to your front line team. I understand they MUST follow these but it is maddening when as a customer you explain the situation and then you jump back to square one of the protocol

  • pwilliams340 Paul Williams (@pwilliams340) reported

@TalkTalk That or strip out from the protocol the listening to the customer issue and skip straight to square one. It's probarbly less frustrating to not be asked than to be asked then back to square one?

  • Marcwills15 Marc wills (@Marcwills15) reported

@TalkTalk Customer service is terrible. Spent hours the last 3 days on the phone and still no internet

  • qyorkanth Anthony Chapman (@qyorkanth) reported

@TalkTalk Been in touch again today regarding having no internet for past 9 days. Pursued all communication avenues. “Shortage of engineers” and “we use 3rd party” not good enough. Being able to communicate with TALKTALK quickly is no help if no resources to fix problems. Bad.

  • maximuswarrick Max Warrick (@maximuswarrick) reported

@Talktalk you say you are there 24/7. We have reported an issue, we got an email saying to call you. We call you and it just says "sorry we are closed right now, to check our opening hours, chat with us online. We cannot get online because your service is down! Please help.

@OliverWBarnes @TalkTalk Same here and having to walk up the road for a signal to find out if others have an issue!

  • amias Admiral Boaty Van Boatface 🌻 (@amias) reported

@robdykedotcom @TalkTalk It means they have lost the customer data to a teenager again

  • Marcwills15 Marc wills (@Marcwills15) reported

@TalkTalk been trying to sort my internet problem for days! Your customer service is terrible

  • fionas50life Fiona Stacey (@fionas50life) reported

@TalkTalk Can't believe how shocking the service is from Talk Talk. I cancelled back in July and have call recordings and chat screen shots to prove it, yet they are still billing me and now passed the amount on to a debt recovery service.
