Guy’s i urge to never get broadband from @TalkTalk bad customer service and their fastest broadband package is soo slow with an upload speed of 0.1mbs but have the nerve to tell u if u want to cancel u have to pay smh.Still waiting for customer service to call me back after 3wks

@TalkTalk I've already spent 2 hours talking to your live chat people and they just follow a script and don't listen to relevant information. Asking me stupid questions like "is the ADSL line plugged into the ADSL port" when I've already explained nothing has changed in my setup in a year

@TalkTalk you're not willing to assist, you are not listening. There is an outage in Sturry, everyone on the residents group is reporting this regardless of provider but you are still asking to "check my line". Ask BT what is going on and get this sorted out please and stop wasting my time

@ashleyjsmills @TalkTalk I think you're mentally ill because TalkTalk said no such thing. And the agents are just doing their job, they are trying to help but you're not letting them, you need to learn how to communicate with people.
