    @gazw88 @TalkTalk They’ve told us until the 11th January because they’ve cut us off their service and accused us of moving address and leaving them but they’ve still been charging us. Apparently this is why everyone is having issues. It took a 6 hour phone call to find that out

    @haunted_eggs @JudgeDewie @virginmedia I ditched TalkTalk for Three’s 5G mobile broadband. Speeds vary between 170-250mbps. 3’s customer service was hard on the upsell too but not as bad as virgin (Also a former Virgin customer) but you actually can order all online.

    @TalkTalk Ps you's also promised my phone number would be changed as it had been also given to a nail bar in westfields so I was sent mad with falls night and day for appointments but you's have yet again failed a customer to do what you's promised to do tie me into a 2yr contract.

    @TalkTalk hi the new tv box FG420841425GB @YodelOnline has lost it I had to travel 50 ml to there depot only to get told it’s lost it got checked into one of their cages then went missing that’s all month I’ve been waiting when never arrived got told to go collect it absolute jok
