@TalkTalk and by law you have to inform the customer if you are changing the contract, which was never mentioned, and for the sake of £9.99 your happy to loose a customer to Sky or Virgin

@TalkTalk Can someone please help us? We set up a switch from Sky before we we’re isolating. Switch over was yesterday. Openreach engineer said he had been provided an incorrect routing from Talk Talk. After many hours we were told an engineer had been booked for this morning

Dearest @TalkTalk, your broadband has been consistently shite for weeks now. No, I won't call your customer services or talk to your chatbots. Yes, I turn the router in and off again, and no it isn't an issue with our devices. People pay you for a service. Sort. It. Out.

@Ofcom Hi wondering if you can advise if I have a valid complaint? I can't help but feel that TalkTalk have been falsely advertising their capable speeds & sent me a link to renew my contract apparently based on what I had before. But this certainly isn't the case 🙄
