    @TalkTalk you’re customer service is appalling. Spent over an hour in the queue to cancel my account & once I finally speak to someone I get put on hold & then disconnected. Any advice on my next steps or is this your plan to avoid people cancelling?!?

    Hello @TalkTalk - I've been charged £260 for an outstanding utility bill at an address that I moved out of in 2017. I received no communication about this until a letter from a legal recovery firm 3wks ago. I can't find any way to contact you to discuss this further. Please help?

    @TalkTalk I live in Newtownards Co Down Northern Ireland. My fibre 150 data only plan has been down since 8:30am this morning. Can you confirm if there is a network outage in my area? Can others who live in Northern Ireland confirm if they are having issues as well?
