    I have never been so disgusted by a service provider as i am @TalkTalk I have placed 2 orders for future fibre 500 and both times, some idiot has cancelled my order, I have spent 8 hours between agents on both chat and phone calls and will be leaving them 2moro what a sad joke!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup he was promised a phone call the same day weeks ago - NOTHING! No notes left on the system from the conversations - CAN ANYONE HELP? Is that even something you can do at talktalk, ‘help’ your customers?

    @TalkTalk with my contract coming up for renewal next month how do I cancel the contract. You've offered me £29 a month but it's available at £23.50.

    @JMBecologist @TalkTalk @turpis_animus Do what I did tell em it's not fit for purpose I was in a 24 month contract and my router wouldn't even play netflix so the agreed to terminate my contract after only 4 months with both charge I can show u proof if required
