    @TalkTalk Not a great service really, I can order clothes and get next day delivery not sure why something as vital as an Internet service in 2025 can’t offer the same

    @Simon_westmoors @TalkTalk And when I asked WHY!!!!!! They tell us a malfunction or problem with the line to our property but we have a full fibre line already in place!!!!! Crazy

    @TalkTalk problem is first the line / service was cancelled but email wasnt seen until too late as bill owner was in hospital [op on broken arm] and the email went to spam, then was advised to order again then told move date of install then told order cancelled no account number nothing?

    @TalkTalk Hi, are TalkTalk still signed up to the Armed Forces covenant? I’m posted overseas with the RAF and Customer Service have informed that my cancellation fee is over £100.

    @TalkTalk also it seems the poor fellow has been wiped from talktalks database , thats how it seems like someone has gone they no longer a customer delete their details?
