    @plusnethelp switched from TalkTalk last week but the WiFi doesn’t measure up AT ALL. I’m paying for the same speed as I had with TT, but it’s slower, signal doesn’t reach all the rooms in my home & I’ve had to reboot the router 3 times already to solve dropouts. Not impressed.

    @TalkTalk Service dashboard says that it is fixed, but imgur is still down for me! They've confirmed it's due to you guys.

    @Damski748 @TalkTalk @Ubiquiti Well I reset the home plugs down there to a new random key and re-paired them. The talk talk router now seems to have gone away. Homeplugs aren't supposed to be able go outside your house though, let alone into a neighbour's .

    @TalkTalk actually the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of being associated with- first engineer date yous don’t install my phone line, next yous cancel the second engineer date... been on hold for 30 mins to then be hung up on when trying to call. Absolutely livid!!!

    Persistently intermittent service from @TalkTalk today and for the past three days. Keeps dropping out, often for long periods.

    @TalkTalk can I get help, service centre says fault in Internet will take 2-3 days to sort out! I'm working from home. I need urgent connection. Can someone help please. Urgent work needs to be done.

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK @OpenreachHelp Poor customer experience.I am a sky UFO customer and want leave to become a talktalk customer .TalkTalk say UFO is not available at my home ( I have it already)and that I should contact openreach. They say contact sky & sky don’t know what UFO is

    I have never dealt with customer service as bad as I have with @TalkTalk even there complaints team can’t call you when they say they will! Would never ever reccomend!!

    @TalkTalk Hi there, I have just tweeted about connection being lost suddenly and service update saying it would take 2-3 days which is not acceptable. Can customer services please get in touch!
