    @TalkTalk So you keep saying. Will you promise if I do that again, someone from exec team will call at an arranged time. NOT TECH OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CANT HELP.

    I thought I was being diligent and sorting out ending my talktalk internet when my contract stops so we can move providers and instead I was to early and am getting charged an extra £30 for internet I won’t be using, im never being diligent again not worth it

    @TalkTalk You’ve already made me do that and nothing has happened. I dont want to speak to tech team or customer service again who just pass me round and round. I want someone from exec team to call. They have my number.

    @TalkTalk so I was upgraded with a wifi extender and recontracted for my speeds to not be fast enough yet in order to cancel I have to pay £140 seems legit for misselling 😡🤬
