  @TalkTalk Major service outage not communicated from you at all! No Wi-Fi for a week, and just been told that the expected fix date is 29April so 3 more wks w/o WiFi. At the same time having to pay more than £50 per month and not able to cancel the contract without £300 penalty!

  @TalkTalk Totally disgusted with service and length of conservation that can last more then 1 hr. I made big mistake joining with talk talk broadband.

  @virginmedia @zotric Afternoon outages still happen regularly. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. A friend has exactly the same issue miles away. But his often breaks around 3am.

  @TalkTalk is comfortably the worst customer I've ever experienced. Over 1 hour just to get them to acknowledge the existence of an already open complaint that they haven't fixed on over 6 weeks.

  @TalkTalk Internet and WiFi have been down all day M40 postcode. When will it be up and running again? It has been intermittent for days.
