@TalkTalk Out of contract after 18 months and not being able to cancel the internet fibre service in the initial 14 day cooling off period, i was just charged an extra £35.36 instead of £24 all because i wanted to cancel while being OUT OF CONTRACT! Total rip off! Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS

@TalkTalk absolutely appalling service. Waited in all day for an Engineer, only to be told we did not need one. No one had the decency to let us know after taking a day annual leave....and then offering £5 compensation!!

Absolutely disgusting service from @TalkTalk AGAIN!! Never fail to surprise me. Requested cancellation weeks ago due to moving house and Talk Talk not being interested to transfer my services. Received a bill, today, for next months Internet. Told by the extremely rude person…

After reading the horrific reviews about trying to cancel a service from Talktalk, i had to pretend i was happy with the service but didnt need internet anymore, so that they would not ask me why i was leaving, then start to offer me overpriced and unreliable services.
