Had major problems at the start.. 9 engineers could not fix it .. then one day guy came in.. went thru everything sorted it .. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THAT WAS WELL OVER A YEAR AGO.. PLUSNET ALL THE WAY 👍

Amy (@AmyKNewport) reported@TalkTalk I'm not an account holder so nobody will speak to me... even though a stranger managed to cancel his internet! Isn't that some sort of fraud? My dad has been trying to get this resolved all day only to be told there's nothing you can do! Pretty poor.
