    Talktalk end of contract 31st dec 2022. I rung 2 make sure u put phone down. I got message stating your new boardband is set up by my request i didnt request. I have new provider. I cant seem b able to dm u. Pre contractual information wasnt receivedb4 i got newprovider

    OKAY @TalkTalk CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY THE WORST - I BEG IF YOURE CONSIDERING GOING WITH THEM PLS DONT I’ve been paying for a year for internet that does not work and they refuse to cancel and take me in circles like a mug

    Yet again I find that @TalkTalk e-mail has broken down. I think this a sign to get rid of a landline connection at £40 a month.

    @TalkTalk I'm still not making progress with the order. Over 2 hours on various customer services touch points today, sending me round in circles. I'll try again tomorrow but this is terrible service. Does anyone read your chat transcripts back?
