    @TalkTalk OMFG. You really must have the worst customer service team known to man. Spent 4 hours holding on the phone (a good hour sat at first in the queue) finally get put through to an advisor & the line goes dead. Funny when it is really close to the 8pm finish. Wasted my eve

    @TalkTalk Talktalk would be ok if there was some customer service. Outsourcing it abroad just so you can pay terrible wages makes me want to leave

    @TalkTalk I'm with TalkTalk & had problems last week, but it wasn't their fault it was Openreach. No point in changing internet provider as they all use Openreach's lines.

    @TalkTalk This kept happening on several days last week. Intermittent internet- cut out for hours. Please, ensure it’s repaired or I’ll cancel my account.
