  Definitely made the right call streaming everything Village related last night, since the wife is now on the phone to @TalkTalk trying to find out why our internet has completely crapped out. Last two days, WiFi problems, now even wired connection isn't working.

  @TalkTalk, worst customer service experience ever experienced. Hugely regretting switching from @EE who had first class customer service. @TalkTalk customer services and tech support just don't appear to care, at least those whom I have dealt with. Brutal experience overall.

  The call has just been terminated without a resolution. I am not sure whether my notice to end my contract has been effective and, if it has, what you will be charging me for the pleasure. INFURIATING!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk

  well @talktalk internet has been down for around 3 hours now, website detects an issue but when running a connection test it errors and says try again later... great...

  @TalkTalk Hi. Logged the fault on my account & did the DM thing yesterday - can you update here please. The reference number is REP 12044828. The line has been tested and the fault is known. Whats the resolution please? Thank you.
