@TalkTalk I’ve been trying to get through to your customer service for DAYS and am getting nowhere. We’ve had slow and patchy internet for MONTHS and haven’t received the new router we ordered twice now. What exactly am I paying for?!

@TalkTalk I have just spoken with PAM in technical support and she’s was so rude laughing not replying to me and also huffing and puffing down the phone #talktalk is the worst worst service I’m supposed to have 60.mbps which is what I pay for and it’s never above 35mbps!

@TalkTalk Morning looking forward to my contract ending on the 13th. However you’ll be taking payment in advance for the month ahead will the difference be refunded back to bank account or shall I cancel ddand then pay you for the days broadband that I’d have? New fibre goes live on 15th?

@TalkTalk appalling customer service waited in as advised by text on four occasions for two hours. Previously three hours to customer care not resolved! DO NOT touch TALK TALK with a barge pole cheap and nasty!
