    @TalkTalk A little useless if I don't hold a POA... as I said in my DM, will be raising a complaint. I feel sorry for you guys dealing with a network which appears to be unfit for purpose. My Dad has nothing but praise for your telephony team yet a £20 data gesture is lost on him 😔

    Well thank you @TalkTalk for 8 hours of my life on the phone I'll never get back! Hassle free upgrade to fibre not. It's time you had people on support who know what they are doing.

    @SueSuezep TalkTalk. We moved house and despite giving them plenty of notice and them confirming dates they messed up, left us with no service for 2 weeks and then said we had to pay to leave our contract. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

    @OneDirtyGooner @TalkTalk Virgin media retail are pants, I would be taking Virgin Media Business which have a 72 SLA (fix time) - I have this in other properties already

    @TalkTalk switched over today. Sales person said it would be seemless. Seven hours later repnsays 24hours. Engineer no show. Helpline refusing to ring engineer. Gave me generic talktalk number to call. Terrible service

    Why does it take 3 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to be told utter rubbish & then, when assured the office is open to 7pm, get told the technical team have packed up for the day? Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

    @talktalk.wow here we go again ,trying to get my compensation payment & now my password is wrong ? Been the same for 4 years + So suddenly when they have got to pay out there's a problem. I'm with plus net now ,works perfectly .live & learn ....

    @TalkTalk I have just had an email from someone to confirm my email address, I have clicked on that and it takes me to the page to enter contract number etc, the page I have trouble with. I will try again tomorrow when I have calmed down
