    TalkTalk are the worst internet service provider I've ever dealt with. And I dealt with Eircom in early 2000s Ireland. Yeah, that bad.

    @TalkTalk instead of telling me on the website that's there is no issue with broadband in the area and when I try to run a test via your website to be told there is an technical error, I have no internet! maybe just fix the issue, I now have a very angry child!

    If you're with TalkTalk, find another provider. If you're not with TalkTalk, don't go with them no matter how good the offer. The moment something fails, they will NOT help you. They cannot help you. They are a bad company with dreadful customer support.

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk we don’t want to take to our customer we will just keep you hanging on the line for ages the hang up on you! Live chat is so slow a simple question will take 30 minutes if your lucky if you have a problem 2 hours to be told you need to call this number 😡😡😡😡

    TalkTalk is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with in terms of Customer Service. Nobody is trained to deal with issues like mine, so they throw me from department to department. Managers have called me, all unable to solve the issue. It's always someone else's problem.
