@TalkTalk Live in Scunthorpe area and constant drop outs! This is a regular occurrence for me to be honest. I'm really sick of paying for a service I'm not receiving. Looking for an alternative provider as we speak.....

@TalkTalk is anyone not able to use catch up, on you view box, saying no information available, what is going on, we pay for a service, only get half a service, advise??

@BraisbyI We noticed with BT that they don't fix problems on lines run by other suppliers as fast as they do with their own personal customers, which really they should as TalkTalk Vodaphone, EE is all customers of BT but on a larger scale.

@TalkTalk no WiFi and talktalk said they ran a test and found no problems so it's a home set up fault. However, it was set up fine and suddenly went so not a problem from our end. Help please. Meant to be teaching online tomorrow

@TalkTalk I was online to one of your agents to solve an issue and they said I need a new router but did not respond when asked if they would send one out. Been without Internet for 3 days now How can I be sure I will get a new one ?

Told @TalkTalk that I had cancelled my direct debit and I’m out of contract. This is the response I got. ‘That is not a cancellation and you will still be charged, so we don't advise you do this. Mike’ Can you imagine worse customer service than that! Dreadful. @TalkTalkGroup
