@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

@TalkTalk I am still having issues. I have turned my router off and powered back on after 15 minutes and also performed a reset. Still no internet. The router is flashing orange and then intermittently orange and white when it tries to connect but won't connect up.

@TalkTalk As I said I’m fine. Unless you can stop Talktalk wasting money by sending out needless replacement routers I don’t think any amount of DMs will help. PS I’ve had 4 unnecessary replacements as I use my own router which works perfectly!

@TalkTalk 11 days of no internet, 6 different people, 6 troubleshootings and still you haven’t agreed to send an engineer out. Now I have to wait for another call this evening. This kind of service is appalling.

@TalkTalk whist the there has been a concerted effort to fix our connection we have been without Internet for nearly a week. We require an update as to when engineers will be coming to connect us but your website/customer portal is next to hopeless with regards to assistance
