    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk At present all is well! Cross fingers that it will be ok! The engineer called on Tuesday and re booted the rooter and he thought that might be the problem but wasn’t sure. I just hope I don’t have to phone customer services again - it was one big nightmare!

    @TalkTalk My internet has been disrupted all week. Despite multiple phone calls you have done nothing to rectify this. I have been forced to travel into the office. I will be submitting a formal complaint. Fix it or I’ll ensure all of Twitter is aware of your substandard customer service.

    @TalkTalk It's ALWAYS someone else's fault that your excuse for broadband frequently falls short. You guarantee a minimum speed - in writing - yet the speed continually drops well below. So how about recompense for breaking your mouthy promises ? You're more like 'AllTalk'. Never again.

    @YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

    🚨 HELP NEEDED 🚨 anyone have a #broadband provider they are actually happy with? @TalkTalk have left me without Internet access since I moved on 22nd Feb. Shocked by how bad the "service" is leaving a customer disconnected for weeks without comms or explanation in a pandemic!

    @TalkTalk I called a few weeks ago to set up an instalment plan with an agent and they told me it was not possible as my account was closed so I should make small payments every month myself like an IP. I received a text to tell me to make a payment when I did recently. Pls help
