    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk No thanks. Spoken to several different agents today, bounced from department to department. Finally went to the loyalty team and got them to cancel my contract. I was happy to continue with you, until you turned my internet off for no reason. Fibre upgrade is a con - don't do it!

    Iv heard of early exit fees but @TalkTalk charging me £213 to cancel my account is absolutely disgusting. What a joke in these times.

    @TalkTalk Let’s go for it here. She’s 80 & doesn’t know her account email so your “automated system” refuses to do anything. If she calls she NEVER gets to speak to a person. Just more automated systems asking for details she doesn’t know. You are bullying the elderly. Give them a chance

    If anyone is thinking of changing wifi providers, avoid #talktalk they’re absolutely awful. Never installed wifi for us and that was 9 weeks ago. They tell lies about what the issue is. Awful company @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk Well...thanks to your complete ineptitude and terrible customer service, and after over 4 hours on the phone today...I'm done. You've lost a customer, and it's completely your fault - you created the problem yourselves. I was with you for over 4 years as well. Well done you.
