@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

@TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

The customer service at @TalkTalk is god awful. Being passed around from pillar to post for an hour. I’m trying to shift my wifi from one house to another. Why is it so hard. Why does no one want to help. It’s utterly useless

@TalkTalk deliberately making it difficult for my parents to cancel. Couldn’t take my call on Tuesday, then couldn’t cancel via chat, then didn’t call yesterday when promised, now not answering the phone… 25 mins on hold so far. AVOID!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk …telling me! I wasted a morning! And it turns out we’re not connected, so we did need the engineer which you only told me I didn’t when I called you. Spoke to their reps who were so unhelpful. So no phone, no broadband, no text/phone call. Woeful service 🤬

All the credits and bills are generated therefore if a customer is eligible it will automatically be added on their account after 30 days. @talktalk’s pathetic excuse and they’re clearly trying to fob me off!

@TalkTalk Yeah these guys are world class crap. I cancelled due to ****** service then after 1 month tried to give them another shot. Horrible customer service again. Strongly do not recommend using this clown show company.
