  Just had a call with customer service at @TalkTalk . It was like two monologues in search of a conversation. I wondered if it was a robot I was speaking to but I realised the service centre operator was on a script that he would not deviate from even if didn’t fix my problem!

  @talktalk I have tried to cancel my wifi with you for ages now and each time I get so close I ended up getting cut off. I now have a massive bill. I have also been on hold for about an hour and a half today. Please save me before I have a nervous breakdown
