@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

Is @RivieraTravelUK in trouble. Their Customer Service is now on a par with @talktalk (Yes even that bad!). More than an hour to answer phonecall. 72 hours plus and no email reply. I smell they are in trouble.

5 weeks of intermittent or no broadband connection and I’m still asking small businesses and friends if I can hold Zoom/Teams meetings on their premises. Well done @TalkTalk for your amazing customer service🙄

Went out earlier, WiFi was working. Come home and it’s down. @TalkTalk implying I’ve done something my end - which I’ve not. Have to wait for an engineer in 3 days!!! Yes 3 days. Can live without tv and games (kids can’t) but we need to complete work online. So annoyed 🤬

@TalkTalk Broadband is probably the worst internet I’ve ever had. I pay to have the same conversation every month because there’s is literally ALWAYS a line fault and then a system error and then they ‘can’t fix it’ and leave me until the next bill comes out with no internet 🙄
