@TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

@TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

@TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

@TalkTalk It was verified with name address password account number and we did all tests etc took 2 hours and then man said to get engineer out need speak to mr Miller...no issue last year sending engineer out. 15 years been with you. Got all screenshots of bad wifi. I’m going with Sky

@TalkTalkGroup get your call centre staff back into the office !!!! The level of service from your advisors at @TalkTalk is awful with screaming kids in the background plus I bet there in there pyj’s and sat on there bed, how is that a good way to be providing customer service

@NathanIsBackIn1 I hate TalkTalk. They “slammed” our phone line & internet, it was standard practice stealing customers against their will, it took us 2 months to get our internet back. It was a disgusting experience. I will never ever touch them again.
