Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

Either Wi-Fi won’t work or Ethernet. So sick of this crap, why am I even paying you if I have to fix it every time?!
