    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk internet has been dropping speeds have been horrible (0.4mbpsdown and 0.4mbpsup) all day. I know I am not the only one reporting, but you've removed all the forms of contacting you. Support line is closed, forums are unresponsive, and yet you said hours ago all is fine.

    @TalkTalk My internet has disconnected AGAIN for the FOURTH TIME TODAY. Have been having terrible service since Saturday lunchtime. It is not a modem issue. It is an open reach line issue. I’ve heard nothing since the TalkTalk engineer has been out, to arrange a visit from Openreach
