    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk Well you don't do anything so it don't matter. THE DAYS ARE CL ICKING BY FOR A NO COST TERMINATION OF CONYRACT. Just fix the fault.

    @TalkTalk This isn’t good enough, I’ve had no email access since Yesterday morning, Keizer told me to clear cache & check, he’s useless, I’m waiting for details from the hospital about my operation, this day & age you should be on top of the problem!!

    @TalkTalk WIFI down every 5 minutes since Thursday. No appointments over the weekend. Makes sense. Who needs a connection at the weekend?? If not resolved tomorrow by your engineer will be cancelling my payment.
