    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @TalkTalk Thank you Angie, I have sent HUNDREDS of DMs, spent nearly 3 hours messaging about this recently. PLEASE, send me new, updated and fully operational wifi router and set top box with an engineer to install, test and check, and refund for the service I haven't received, ty

    @TalkTalk 27th March and it still seems to be a problem. Your help centre can't log in to accounts and are telling everyone to call back later. I have been told three time today to call back in 2-3 hours.
