Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

Amelia (@hatebassoons) reported@mpmwilko @TalkTalk You'll contact them again, saying this is the same problem that was reported last week or yesterday...there won't be any notes their CS can access and you have to wait while they do their diagnostics tests again and there'll be no fault so here we go round the merrygoround again

I plugged the modem into the test socket on Tues & it was a lot better for a day & now it has just dropped out completely. Please help :(
