    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    Appalling customer services by @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp . Appointment booked for between 13.00 &18.00 today to fix a fault as no broadband since installation on Wednesday. Had a text at 17.08 to say they missed my appointment and are not coming? It’s not even 18.00 yet!!!!

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk Worst ISP i've come across. On a good day I can't upload photos & watch TV at same time. Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

    @TalkTalk Can’t send or receive emails I haven’t received an email since 26th if January an I get some rubbish everyday so know something wrong all your chat people say is we are aware an working in the problem not much good to me though is it

    @John72994170 @GamerMom_ Mine has been cutting out recently so when I try watching YouTube I disconnect from xbox live almost instantly. When I play games it lags like **** and then I disconnect even when using internet to search for something doesn't work. Like for **** sake Talktalk just talk to us

    @TalkTalk Hi, I've been using Callsafe successfully for a few years but it appears to have stopped working. Tried reactivating it in 'My Account' and by phone but neither worked. Signed up to Fibre150 a few days ago so wondering if this has caused the issue. Could you look at this please?

    @TalkTalk Hi, I have been having internet troubles since last night. The internet is suddenly very slow and will not load certain sites/apps e.g. Instagram and YouTube. But it is partly working because I can receive and send messages on email and messenger.
