Lost service yesterday, told it could be 72 hrs (today informed that's working days, so 6 days). Absolute joke! Sending this via carrier pigeon too in case you use your own network.

I managed to speak to someone online, via live chat on your website, & they SEEM to have resolved the issue. The person I spoke to on the phone apparently did nothing 🙄

Your website says your open 8am-8pm but at 6:15pm yesterday you claimed you were closed and again after 8am this morning it’s saying the same. Ridiculous service as usual
