If they need further clarity, they can contact our fault team for help.

    @HughSykes @TalkTalk I had my own long-running issues with TalkTalk recently. Shame really, because the first few years were perfect. As an organisation, they're in transition; some customers are being transferred "seamlessly" to Utility Warehouse. Reorganisations always cause disruption.

    Anyone affected should have received an email containing the option to subscribe to the paid-for service from the new provider, Everymail. Those wanting to keep their existing email address will need to pay £5 a month or £50 per year upfront. Existing TalkTalk customers won't
