    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    So @TalkTalk support will book you in for a non-moveable 2 hour slot, doesn't call you during that 2 hours, sends you a message saying they called you, couldn't fix the problem and that they'll close your problem if they don't hear from you. They've done this five times in a row.

    @TalkTalk My plan is fine and that’s really not the issue and the increase isn’t enough to worry about. However the problem I have was the email stating a change & increase of a fixed plan and also being told that I could leave if I wasn’t happy!?

    @LeanneMumford3 @saintssara Only just signed a new contract as I've never had an issue before with TalkTalk, but 72 hours is terrible if that's what it turns out to be.

    @TalkTalk You can’t just put the price up, you agreed a fixed price with me for 18 months. Technically you have broken our contract, so we are free to leave without any penalties. Been with you for a lot of years, but I won’t be with you much longer.

    @TalkTalk He does, I hung up cos she asked us join Zoho which seemed shady, plus she was being rude so it seemed fake, I’d rather call talktalk directly than trust someone calling us

    @TalkTalk But you can stop the charges to people with fixed contracts, if you need to charge more than new contracts should be higher and new customer’s shouldn’t be getting any discounts for joining. I am totally ashamed of your company now, I might as well go with kcom full fibre now,
