    @talktalk TV box not working properly, remote doesn’t always work, not recording all TV. Keeps saying no broadband connection. Done factory reset twice. Lights on socket plugged into wall keep going off; turn it off & on again then it works for a bit. Can we get new box/plug?

    Eight times @TalkTalk customer complaints team were supposed to call in three weeks, zero times they actually have. Every time a date and time is set, the call never materialises at said date or time. Always a text to postpone. Beyond appalling

    @ClaireH_NN @TalkTalk This is absolutely terrible. We have had no wifi for a week and going around in circles too. You should be able to get your early exit fee wavered as its them that broke the contract, not you. Good luck.
