Hi @TalkTalk, our internet has been down since 6pm Saturday evening- luckily I was still here off-duty to put our PDQ into dial-up mode- and despite having dealt with you several times over the years without a problem, this time your operative was reluctant to give ANY info...

@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

It’s clear that if our society now functions on broadband connection, and one company can go down and wipe out a huge swathe of workforce, we are all buggered. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk What exactly and specifically are the “issues” talk talk is referring to “in the midlands” so I can get a better idea as to how long exactly I will be without any internet.
-
RUXANA (@RUXANA_4) reported
@TalkTalk It certainly hasn’t…I’ve had issues with my wifi for a few days & a complete blackout all day today. Nobody seems to know what the problem is and I’m supposed to wait 2-3 days for an engineer..it’s disgusting.

@TalkTalk, I've had a letter through about future fibre 500 in my area. Postcode checker doesn't work and both team members I've spoken to were less than useless. Any idea when it will be available in LS22 6AU? Have @BT FTTP at the moment.

Akash Agrawal (@AkashAg2610) reported

@TalkTalk @virginmedia Your call centre in Manila, Philippines is also 80% un-audible with woeful line quality, and untrained staff with a next to nothing grasp of basic English - to service British customers?!
-
RUXANA (@RUXANA_4) reported
@TalkTalk calls to let us know that there are issues and to check your website for updates? The fact I have absolutely no internet seems to support the “issue in the midlands” .
-
Hoarda (@_hoarda) reported
@TalkTalk What is going on with TalkTalk service right now? My internet has been down all day and my account wasn't active so had to re-register, then it says technical issues on site?
-
Dom T (@DomT77) reported
@TalkTalk @virginmedia So we finally got through, gave details - your agent then told us to hang up so they could call back in 1 minute verify. That was 7 minutes ago?! This is the 5th time your staff have essential cut us off by not calling back. Is this a company tactic?

@bt_uk Hi Paula, it is for my elderly grandma who has been treated so poorly by @TalkTalk I’m actually shocked - they are saying she not is allowed to cancel as she has forgot her password?

Amanda Connolly (@mand282) reported
@TalkTalk I have just moved homes (looking to transfer my service), the BT eng had to reinstall cabling and I've had an email telling me from TT I'm set up. Would I not need an engineer and new equipment in my new address, or am I to use my old equipment and set up myself?
