    @TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    Why are @skytv so hard to contact?! I’ve followed all the online steps to then be told from an automated machine that I will get a text to help. IT WONT ******* WORK. I wish I’d just gone with Talktalk 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

    @TalkTalk *APPALLED BY YOUR SERVICE* - after numerous delays to first installation you’ve now cancelled my contract in error (twice!) & I’m told I have to wait 24hrs to start a new contract, then a further 2 weeks for a go-live date & you cannot honour my initial contract rate!

    @TalkTalk my internet is meant to go live on 11th dec but I haven’t received a router box - and my paperwork doesn’t say anything about it arriving, will I actually get a new one? Help!

    @TalkTalk hi, I’m trying to opt out of your error page replacement service as it is causing issues with my working from home. I’ve tried several times and rebooted the router twice but still your pages are showing. Can you advise please? Thanks.

    @TalkTalk Just switched to you from BT - they’ve switched our service off, as planned, but now there’s no talk talk service. Waiting for it to be fixed, and kind of wishing we’d never bothered. Half an hour on hold each time we try to resolve it doesn’t help either...

    Hi @TalkTalk - my estimated go live date is today but I have not yet received any confirmation of dispatch of my router or any other correspondence. I called two days ago and customer support said I would receive dispatch confirmation yesterday.

    Need to submit a complaint please @TalkTalk can you let me know how. I gave you plenty of notice for my home move & have been told too many different things - now won't have any WiFi to work from home for 12 DAYS. Furious! @OpenreachHelp also to blame.
