@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

@campbelll_david Hello Steven I am having problems in this area also. TalkTalk website connection test said there is no fault, but my router gets no IP address. Currently on hold with TalkTalk phone support.
