Dammit, Janet 📚 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@_Janet_) reported from Warminster, England@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. MarionWindsor - #FBPE (@Go4gold100) reported@TalkTalk "Accidentally turned on CallSafe (£1/m feature) instead of Last Caller Barring due to wrong code from AI tool. Your phone team says I have to wait 30 days to cancel, but it's a rolling boost. Please turn CallSafe off and add Last Caller Barring today."

Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@flatherings @TalkTalk The company is collapsing. They are flogging off parts as quickly as they can find bigger fools to buy them. Their support is useless, because they don't actually read the complaint, they just read whatever notes their colleagues make.
