    @Linzii1616 @TalkTalk I was still paying them even though I wasn’t getting the service, it wasn’t working at all. i emailed and phoned countless times and even wrote a letter to them! and it never ever got fixed so i stopped paying, now they just harass me with letters and emails

    @TalkTalk It’s the same thing every time with you all. You are non-responsive and unhelpful when I do seek help. And the connection is consistently abysmal. I have struggled to do the most basic tasks today because the connection goes down so frequently. Sort. It. Out.

    Hey @TalkTalk my internet is currently down and I spoke to 1st line support at around 5:45PM GMT who advised they were carrying out line tests and was told to call back in 2-3 hours, during your closed for business hours. I need some assistance. Thanks

    @KerrAvonB7 @KimberleyJayne4 @virginmedia Good advice thats what I did. I had problems with Talktalk, customer services were in South Africa. Couldnt understand a word, thick african accents and very unhelpful, avoid them .

    @TalkTalk Well I've been having problems with the TalkTalk for the last 3 days the internet's going off at 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. in the morning and then it works fine so when I ring them they say there's nothing wrong they say they're open 8 till 8 and at 7 I ring them at 7.20 closed
