@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

@TalkTalk - after hearing nothing I called up today to find out it was never escalated . Can you please send this to the executive complaints team to actually get dealt with. I had the same 3 years ago and they were the only ones to sort it!!!!!

@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting for internet for nearly a week now. Fibre was supposed to go live last wednesday, but engineer “encountered a problem” and it was postponed to yesterday. Engineer came again, same thing and they haven’t fixed it nor offered any help. I need wifi.

Sorry to name & shame, but @TalkTalk has been appalling. Our internet has been crashing repeatedly for months now. They've sent engineers round, claiming the problem is sorted, it just persists. We try & book another engineer - the website just takes us back to the homepage.
