@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk have quite possible the worse customer service possible. inbetween not being called back, being disconnected out of nowhere i've also attempted to cancel my service and they put me on a new contract- now can't get through to cancel a contract i didn't want?? what a mess

@the_hoolinator @TalkTalk I have had nothing from them all weekend. Several DMs and tweets on here. No broadband for a week, and they can't tell me when it will be fixed. Customer service is appalling.

@OpenreachHelp I was told that open reach won’t reinstate it or give explanations and I’d have to start all over again. It’s already been a month and I’m self employed from home. I’m going with virgin now. How are open reach allowed to just cancel my contract with talktalk?

@TalkTalk can someone please give me a number to call. Internet has been in and out for over a week now, and I can’t get through your customer service calls without providing a landline (which we do not have). Poor customer service.
