@Mws179Smithvert @TalkTalk Nice one Martin, you too mate. This has been on-going since April. A pensioner has forgotten her login details from years ago and can't pass security. Cancelled the services in march due to a unreasonable price increase and yet currently has a bill off £200 for nothing.

Have been chasing a refund upon cancellation of my account. Told I could not be refunded to my bank so asked for a cheque but now told the refund cheque can’t be processed as the request was doubled up. Tired of @talktalk bad service! please DM me to resolve. @MoneyTelegraph

@TalkTalk I spent all day yesterday trying to resolve a slow speed. At 2100 last night I was told I needed to contact Future Fibre. That took all day. I have a link that won't connect and still can't get any joy.

@talktalk #telephone #talktalk appalling service from Talktalk customer service. If you have a phone fault be prepared to call them over 26 times and keep reporting the same thing over and over. They usually sit in silence until you hang up. I stayed waiting for 19 mins in silen

@antpet6212 @TalkTalk They messed up my fibre 500 order placed 12th july with a home move, been battling since, doing an online chat now, won’t get me anywhere but I try, 25th august I was given install date by openreach .laughable, fingers crossed they help that lady, would not hold your breath

1 1/2 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to 4 different people who put me on countless holds until I finally get to someone who can help me and cancel my contract without a fee and then the connection goes AGAIN! Please someone ring me back….
