@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk appalling customer service. Even when you messed up, you don't offer any reasonable solution. No Internet for nearly week, we were assured the new router will arrive by 31.3, now the agent is saying it will not be before Monday. If we buy a router will you reimburse us?

@talktalk broadband really slow, or just useless, I'm now using my data again, 3 months after having no broadband for five days, sick & tired of it,& put my costs up twice in the space of 3 month,will be cancelling in April when my contract is up

@TalkTalk service is beyond ridiculous now. After trying to cancel my contract for a third time, I'm back to a robot telling me my contract is STILL NOT CANCELLED??? No word on being refunded on the overcharges

last week I referred Vodafone, BT/EE, and Virgin/O2 to @CMAgovUK. They are raising prices by inflation plus the same 3.9% (TalkTalk by inflation plus 3.7%). The firms say it is for network investment and did not address the coincidence except to say others are doing it.
