    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk When will you be providing ETA for a fix? It's been over 24 hrs now and when attempting to call today I was passed between departments, told a limited team was working today and waited a long time before being disconnected. You need to provide more updates re what is happening

    @TalkTalk woke up and internet is not working. Did a check on my online account and you say there is a problem, and an engineer will be out in 2-3 days. I can't wait this long. I work from home!
