@TalkTalk I decided to take a deal with you for my new house, worst decision ever, services should have gone live on 10th March, still nothing, no service, no router. You haven't even bothered to contact me, I have had to contact you. I work from home, this us unacceptable.

One of the reasons for The Nowhere Office is that life admin has become so "extra". 44 minutes on the phone to @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup to cancel a service and have been assailed with gobbledegook about "default product" and basically told no. Really who devised customer service?
