@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@DrEricDing She's got history in not knowing. After the 2015 TalkTalk cyber attack when asked if customers data was encrypted she said "The awful truth is that I don't know". Later a magazine ran the headline "TalkTalk boss Dido Harding's utter ignorance is a lesson to us all".

@MartinRemains Ignorance is a trait of hers. She didn’t know that companies (TalkTalk) needed to encrypt customer’s payment details in the run up to a massive data breach, either.

@letsplayftse Most fiber providers use BT's Openreach network, including BT itself, Sky, TalkTalk, Plusnet, and EE. So eventual control lies with BT.

@Mrs_C_Geog Yes, but you fail to appreciate that the only skill Dido Harding has is LYING! This woman in the failed CEO @TalkTalk who swore blind to Kirsty Wark on BBC Newsnight that customer data had not been compromised in a hack. Turned out hackers stole 2 million people’s data! LIAR!
