    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    Honestly ive said it before and ill say it again, @TalkTalk are the WORST company ive ever dealt with, trying to charge me for an engineer to come out when the issue is not on my end..... Absolute joke. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
