@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

@Heatherinmycap @TalkTalk We had it confirmed that it was an issue on their end over the web chat and then someone came out today and said we need a new router. This should be arriving either Monday or Tuesday. My feeling is these upgrades have obviously caused an issue with some hardware.

@TalkTalk Your chat option to resolve Wifi issues is absolutely abysmal. 2 hours with 3 different agents Disconnected at different stages with any form of resolution and not a single Call Back after providing my Mobile Number om each occassion. 🤬😡 Help immediately?
