@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

So 1hr later and several agents #notlistening but sticking to blaming #openreach and they aren’t at fault. Your customer services is appalling @talktalk I am told yet another date for when services will be resumed. It will be 11 days and counting.

@TalkTalk worst customer services ever! No service for 7 days. Fed lies that services will resume with guarantees & bottomless promises only to be told now 1st of June possibly...no support for customers during COVID was a tell tale sign I guess

@TalkTalk very poor from you guys. We asked our Internet to be switched off on the 27th June which you confirmed to us was the case, yet you have cancelled it today. You've admitted wrong doing but have said there is nothing you can do now. Furious and very disappointed.

@virginmedia Strange how VM seems to think it is acceptable to have these constant issues. I don't have this problem with my Internet provider and they are cheaper. Talktalk are much better, reason I left VM is because the Internet kept going down
