@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk pay to maintain my email and tried to add my wife’s account. Was told to use Myaccount but can’t login due to technical issues which have lasted a month. Phoned Talktalk and after about a hour on the phone was promised a call back which weeks later has not happened.

@TalkTalk I have had no service since the 24th August , 3 promised Open Reach engineer visits for which I have takes three half days off work to wait in for , over 6 hours on the phone to you over several phone calls , 3 of your agents have put the phone down on me today .

Just ordered my new Virgin Media package… been with @talktalk for the last 5 years with zero problems. I think my internet has gone down 5 times since being with them, solid imo. Shame about the speeds though… 500M incoming 🚀

@talktalk cannot believe I’m still having to do this! Over 3 weeks with no internet!!!!! A new router was supposed to have been sent not once but twice!! Yet never arrives??? I couldn’t be more appalled! Let’s now see what the ombudsmen has to say!
