    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    Nothing to do with teaching but if anyone is considering switching broadband providers, do not go with @TalkTalk . Their customer service has been absolutely shocking. Been without WiFi for a week now and yet to speak to a case manager.

    @TalkTalk My wife has been reduced to tears from your staff trying to cancel a subscription from a house we left 3 months ago. She's been on the phone for over an hour now and been transferred to 3 different departments.
