    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk Thank you for acknowledging. The link just says there is a known issue. Will you post hourly updates please? Can we have an estimated fix time? Is this planned maintenance started early, or is it a separate incident? Please provide as much information as possible.

    @JackPreece01 @TalkTalk @izzystablerout1 I lost 3 days of work recently costing me £500 and was told I would have my full month's charges refunded. I never was and then was told I wasn't even a customer, even though I've been with them 8 years. Still havnt got the refund. Worst customer service in the UK.

    @thorpstaveley @TalkTalk Currently arguing with Ram from talktalk re speed issues. Lost 30mb wireless speed in last 4 days. Same oldsame old reset router.... Issue at my side.... Factors affecting wireless speed.. They can't answer

    @TalkTalk Only taken you two hours to admit to this, nice one lads. Support staff have been useless as per: "Can you just reset your router" For what? All of West Yorkshire.

    @TalkTalk @elliesaysthings Your system status says you have a network issue. If you look at other tweets, there seem to be incidents all across West Yorkshire. Can you get a Problem Manager to link these together, and then give a simple update that customers can understand, with an estimated fix time?

    @TalkTalk Internet has just come back on. I'm in BD16. Thank you for trying to help. I still think your information updates could be quicker and more regular.
