    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk Done that. Reported the fault, been told it was your end then nothing. Been on chat again and now apparently engineer will be coming tomorrow even though they are on strike. Rubbish communication. No rush to help people. 5 days with no Internet. Time to switch I reckon.

    @TalkTalk what is the update on the problem at the exchange in Solihull? Fault reported on 6 Oct - my 87 year old mother has been without incoming calls since then. Receiving appalling cust service - 2 hours spent on the phone elicited no answers.

    @LouiseDent13 @TalkTalk TalkTalk won't really help you if your internet doesn't work, I haven't had internet since 28 September. Hope yours sorts itself out soon!

    @TalkTalk are you having issues in the horsham area? my grandparents wi-fi isn’t working (have tried switching on and off etc) the light is orange on the box

    @TalkTalk Instead of telling me to dm you so you can repeat the same **** about turning it off and on again how about you fix your faulty *** wifi. You keep blaming your customers and telling us its an issue on our side when its obviously not, we have a new box and its still cutting off.

    Does anybody know how long it would take to cancel a @TalkTalk contract as they are not holding up their end by actually supplying broadband and to join to another supplier?
