@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk why when i had to have an engineer come to my home for a fault outside my home do i get charged £75 clearly T&Cs confirm outside issues do not hold this charge After speaking to your team ove the last 6 weeks they all agree but my service gets cut every single week

@virginmedia told my dad they would sort out all the transfer from @TalkTalk to themselves for his internet service they first of all don’t send out any welcome pack with information about what was happening and now it turns out they didn’t even sort out the transfer of accounts

@TalkTalk Without Broadband for 4 days, & still charged the same monthly bill, even though I was told it would be reduced to reflect the issue. Absolutely joke of a service & company!
