Incidently while trying to load TalkTalk website tonight I was totally unable to open it, all it was doing was clocking, so I was unable to contact customer services. There has been no improvement in our internet service since going live on the 16th April 2021. #talktalk

What exactly are we paying for ? There is no difference in the service, the internet still clocks, pauses, won't connect, and is as slow as ever. Do we need a better router ? Will the service improve ? What can be done to give us the guaranteed speeds we are paying for? @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk You not here to help. You are the worse company. I have been call you for 7 days straight & reported an issue with my internet, and done nothing to resolve it. When I asked to cancel my contract as you have not provided me with the service I need 1/2

If I can advise people of one thing. It would be to NEVER EVER go with @TalkTalk for internet. The worst connection I’ve ever had, constantly slow speeds and disconnections. Speaking to Customer service is like banging my head against a wall. Don’t waste your money.
