@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

@TalkTalk I had a call last week about renewing my broadband as I had cancelled for a cheaper deal, i was promised a £40 voucher for Amazon/ John Lewis/debit card. All the information about my renewal doesn't mention it and I've had no further info about it. Can you help?

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk this is a joke! You can't get through on the phone, on chat, on here! Where is the engineer. I have taken a day of work for this which I can't afford. Is this a good service by yourselves?

@BrianJulieStri1 Exactly, I treat them the same way as I do text messages or calls on my phone. I kept having to tell my Mum that TalkTalk never ring you, ever. Not even with ***** '£37 billion' Harding in charge, when she was responsible for millions of private numbers being released worldwide.

If you are thinking of joining @TalkTalk , don’t. 4 weeks after signing up our engineer failed to attend. 4.5 hours on the phone being passed between 13 different call handlers. No resolution. And you forget to mention we are entitled to compensation @Ofcom @patrick_hutton
