@TalkTalk I’ve had 5-7MBPS download speeds since Sunday 18th December, talktalk telephone service team are useless and can’t help, need to wait until 4th Jan for OpenReach to visit! I pay for 55mbps guarantee - what a joke!

@TalkTalk I've cancelled my account with you back in September, then had to cancel again a month later and now have been invoiced again?! You have locked me out of my online account and I can't get through on the phones. Please help!
