@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

I had amassed 4 website chats and 2 twitter chats with @talktalk before on Day 15 they admitted there was a problem. A BT Openreach engineer was "on site currently" I was informed. No evidence of this though and 4 days later STILL no broadband! /3

@VodafoneUK So even sky now offers 1gb fttp through openreaches network? Are you offering this shortly please as otherwise I need to lock into a 2 year contract with sky bt or talktalk all of who have 1gb over openreach
