    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

    @TalkTalk Can't believe that @TalkTalk are continuing to bill my late mother who died in October 2025. In April 2026 this Disgrace of a company continue to bill with no phone service.

    @llqdave @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did that to me as well until I sent them a blunt response. And no, talking to customer service on here doesn't help much at all. They have less access than those on webchat and email etc.

    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to £180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!

    @TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!

    @TalkTalk Your company has a rating of 1.2 on Trustpilot. This complaint has being going on for months. @TalkTalk is a Disgrace as a company and should be closed down

    @rellierae Also ‘TalkTalk’ Indian call centre is selling customer info to hackers as had several accounts tried to be setup using the email I have only used to setup TalkTalk account (alias that goes to catch-all account that has only been used for that purpose).

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
