@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@more_milf We had TalkTalk & it honestly wasn't their fault that our Broadband was utter crap. That was BT's who knew there was a problem with a cable into our Close but refused to fix it. In the end we Switched to Virgin super fast for all the gamers in our house. Sky only used for TV

@TalkTalk on web chat again for a few hours today internet on and off all when someone chats to you they think you are thick nothing is ever resolved still got same problem said would get money back because no internet for 6 days no money but they want there money each month

@TalkTalk you have given me no choice other than to cancel my direct debit with you. I’ve had the worst service ever! Right from the start since my contract started always left with no internet, terrible customer services so now going to sky
