@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk We were meant to have future fiber 500 installed on Tuesday late last week we were told there was an issue and we would be updated yesterday. No updates so far and current Internet provider is due end in a few weeks. Any updates would be appreciated.

@TalkTalk customer service is appalling, submitted a complaint 50 days ago, still no response after numerous emails and broken promises of managers calling back, anyone thinking of using this company, don't bother go elsewhere, they give a sh#t about customers.

@TalkTalk I know. You've been saying that "your engineers are investigating the issue as a high priority" since early this morning, and still NOTHING. It's really frustrating and particularly inconvenient being without emails (and not just sending out, but also receiving) ALL DAY LONG.

@TalkTalk I'm actually getting tired of getting zero help for this, I am so adamant on switching and I will not pay the "leaving fee" for a shambolic service I've been getting and paying for Fibre 65 without being informed that my street cannot even achieve those speeds
