@TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

@TalkTalk to be fair I’ve been really happy with TalkTalk up until now as it’s worked, but when I actually need assistance, the service has been (at best), poor.
