@Plusnet Hi there, I recently joined from talktalk and my full fibre is supposed to go live on Monday. I've still not received the new router yet, does it normally arrive close to the activation date. Any help would appreciated.

@TalkTalk I’m absolutely disgusted with your customer service team. My internet hasn’t worked for a month and I was told I’d have to pay for an engineer to come out ! I’ve been with talktalk for over 5 years this is terrible!! I need this sorted !
