@TalkTalk you cancelled my original installation date by text, then sent an engineer 5 days later, who i tried to cancel because the equipment hadn't arrived and i was working,now I've wasted 3+hours on different departments and can't re-book one for love nor money. can you help?

Well it turns out that @TalkTalk 's Child Protection settings happens to block SSH on port 22, not very useful for those that need to use those services... Will need more testing but this could be an annoying problem. [[Shared Family network, not my choice of settings..s]]

@TalkTalk I'm happy to discuss the issue here, thank you - an openreach engineer has activated my line with sky and in doing so has disconnected my landlords landline. They have contacted you and have been sent back to sky. How can we get them up and running again asap?
