@TalkTalk I'm having issues with my internet connection, I've had a 2.5-hour telephone chat, 3-hour bright spark engineer hame visit and an 8-hour Openreach engineer home visit and I still keep losing my connection, the last Openreach guy said I need a specialist G10 engineer.

@TalkTalk You have systemic problems in your contact centre. But I'm sure you already know. Your system is not designed to make it easy, its so that you look good on paper to ofcom. It's like that on purpose. You know that and I know that. Let's not beat around the bush.

@TalkTalk I want to cancel my bullshit fibre service. Technical error can’t get access account. 7 hours calls to you in a week since fibre installed and being told no engineer is coming the service is working fine! Joke !! Requested broadband again been told 2 months wait. Total shite

@TalkTalk Also, yesterday 1hr to TRY log a complaint, I got put on hold 15mins until it passed 7 and your agent transferred the call back into the IVR without telling me, your lines were closed, ***** tactic to ditch my call. No complaint logged. Called back today, and again another hr

Thanks Andy but I phoned them everyday but they can't give me any answers especially Albert and others @ Salford Office. 71 years old disabled incurable lung desease customer since TalkTalk began and treated like a disposable *****. Put in the trash.

@TalkTalk I don’t need assisting. I’m just making a point publicly that you have systemic issues. You breach consumer rights. every time I call I’ve been given conflicting information. I will pursue through the courts where required.
