    @TalkTalk I rang your complaints team on her behalf and pressed the option to cancel her account and managed to get through to someone. She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk you have been charging my 84 year old grandmother for broadband - £17.50 a month for years. You have never sent her a router and she has nothing in her house that can access the internet. Looks like you’re taking advantage here. Please rectify this.

    @TalkTalk Speed is very poor from last few days, and internet is going off so frequently, registered complain as well, but its same every day it goes on and off.

    @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk and there is goes again. Obviously your customer services teams don’t work weekends. Really poor service and no contact at all. I have elderly neighbours asking me if mine is working! May put some notes through people doors?!

    @TalkTalk month after month being charged £2.75 because you claim there is a problem sending bill to email. Each month I speak to someone who says it has been sorted and I will receive emails again and again I get a letter saying you cant reach my email. Please sort this out.

    @PCHarryRance @CyberProtectUK I've been inundated with scam texts and scam calls at least 5 a day since informing my old broadband provider @TalkTalk that I was leaving them. It was like a switch and they sold my number onto 3rd parties immediately, never seen anything like it.
