    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk Ridiculous! So I get everything changed over & tie myself into a new 18 months contract THEN I have to ‘wait & see’ if I was in the right?? Not very good customer service at all, wonder how many others you’ve caught out??

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk sort yourselves out what a let down 2nd attempt to get super fast broadband and second time you have let us down. We would not of known had we not chased you. NEVER EVER to be used or trusted

    @TalkTalk have just emailed me to confirm an order I attempted to make, and then cancelled through the incomplete of the attempts to set up, back in November. Obviously I now can’t get through to them to make sure I’m not now in a contract with them. The worst customer service.
