She was sent the wrong router with no phone port. They're sending out a new router. I've also registered her as needing additional accessibility support.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !

Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.
