    @SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

    @TalkTalk You don’t help anyone. Our contract finishes on the 11/08 yet ive rang numerous times to make sure it gets cancelled on that date, yet you people put obstacles in the way. I will not have you bill me after the 11th. The contract finishes then and that’s what I want
