I swear - our @TalkTalk WiFi goes down every other month. I go through the hassle of the check on the website. They say we need an engineer. And then it fixes itself within an hour. Bored of having to do this now.

@TalkTalk Is there issues with your internet right now? I was on call of duty last night and voicechat was a bit laggy, today the lag is dreadful and actually unplayable. Never had issues before and it says I am getting around 35MBPS which should be more than good enough...

@HelenORahilly My aunt’s gas and electric company were helpful, as they had a bereavement line. The worst was talktalk, who wanted a final payment, but wouldn’t tell me why, as she paid in advance. They didn’t get it. There’s so much to do, but you’re mourning as well.

TalkTalk have repeatedly failed to honour their promise to call me back, I'm thoroughly fed up with the unreliable company and their atrocious customer service. I would move but am forced to stay for the moment for complex business reasons, but I will take them to the Ombudsman.
