@TalkTalk I don't need long range connection it's a small house. The downside of not being able to choose the band outweighs the benefits. We work from home and laptops in 2.4 GHz is causing a lot of trouble with video calls. Is there a way to choose which band to connect to?

@TalkTalk Although would prefer to keep conversation in public domain as its complaining about your lack of service, no call back and clear company policy to fob customers off.

@TalkTalk I resigned on 4/3/2021 with offer of free echo and smart plug. Called numerous times, told 3 months, then six months, still no gifts. Seriously not happy, gifts were reason I stayed. Send me my free gifts or cancel my contract as you breached our agreement.

@TalkTalk this is a bit of a joke, for the last 4 months TalkTalk have promised that the billing problem has been resolved, and it still isn't, I have had a string of problems since being cut off back in February

@TalkTalk Yeah - so for the 2nd time in two months my wifi is down - flashing orange light. Probably another ‘serious fault’ on the line like last time where the OR engineer told me it was just someone turned us off in the exchange - but still took 6 days to fix

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Can't even talk to @talktalk never mind haggle. They charge my wife's 90yr aunt for broadband she doesn't have. Won't talk without details of a mobile phone she doesn't have.
