@TalkTalk I’m demented. On going broadband issues since May, a new hole in my wall, still poor service, endless emails & now because I want to cancel as per my rights due to you now providing efficient services 30 days+ you aren’t replying... please someone look into this.

Just on phone to @TalkTalk customer service. After 2 hrs on phone and been cut off by a rude guy, they refuse to reinstate my line for a month and will not communicate. Since a provider is defined by when one has issues, which network provider would you recommend?

@TalkTalk the service is getting worse and worse 😡😡😡😡 for the last week we've had nothing but issues, with the broadband connection dropping out several times a day!!!!!! I am getting sick of the level of service.

@TalkTalk terrible customer service. No internet since April. Fobbed off repeatedly, waiting and waiting for engineer. Absurdly you now want to fine me for your no-show engineer today. Still no internet but v happy to bill me 2 days ago. Pointless, circular contact + no action.

@TalkTalk Already checked the line and completed all of the steps like last time. Doesn’t help. Issue is external and likely needs to be fixed by an engineer (like BT did for their customers)
