@TalkTalk Hi Ram, unfortunately nothing yet! I did reset my router and all the usual steps this morning after seeing some friends (albeit on different providers) regain service today. Hopefully it's not too long before we get internet back!

@Amanda3eadle @TalkTalk When I ran writing workshops at @talktalk it was run by Dido Harding. They did anything to avoid picking up the phone. Ironic, no? Their whole business plan was about avoiding customer service.

@TalkTalk It's currently 10:48 and our internet has cut out 4 times already today. We are due a visit from our 6th engineer this year and we are on our second router from them. I can't wait to be rid of TalkTalk for ever. I beg of you all to never go near them.

@TalkTalk I wish it were true that you are here to "support" customers but it's simply NOT true. Another hour of my life I won't get back trying to get issues with Internet resolved. Talktalk take money fraudulently from customers when you do not provide the services paid for.
