I pay wayyyy to much money for my Virgin Media fibre optic to be going down more times than its up. I'm defo going back to TalkTalk now they have Fibre optic 👋👋

@TalkTalk I tried to find out more info about your ‘outages’ and instead for the 4th time had one of your representatives trying to sell me a broadband package. How come you couldn’t fix YOUR network issue but want to flog a new router only for it not to work due to YOUR network issues 🤔

@TalkTalk causing me stress on top of no more direct contact and only WhatsApp or text, they are cancelling Netflix & NowTV so we’ve gotta go direct. Stupid dates in the month to end them! They better offer some discounts for the inconvenience #Netflix #NowTV

@TalkTalk But this isn’t discussing my account. It’s telling people that you refused to replace a 7, now 8, year old router that frankly isn’t fit for purpose. And that your service drops out several time a day and since putting in notice has became several times an hour.

@TalkTalk Why don’t you dare talk publicly? And why would I do that? I tried for over a year to get a modern router since mine is more than 5 years old. You said no and continued providing a terrible service. I leave Monday to a much higher speed and lower price.
