@TalkTalk Sorted now. You upgraded the firmware on a router last month to fix an issue, and "accidentally" rolled it back today.

@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

Regrettably it’s now too late to abort the installation and I’m trapped in for an 18 month contract. Horrific organisation, useless phone support. Counting down the days until I can change to a competent service provider Moral of the story - avoid @TalkTalk at all costs

@TalkTalk The technician remained oblivious to my predicament with no customer focus or concern whatsoever until I said I wanted to know to whom I should complain. He then actually responded to this and became very concerned to know why after all this, why I should want to complain

@TalkTalk My partner has been on the phone to you multiple times but can we not just have an engineer visit the property to sort this out? I must admit first impressions of your service are shocking. Surely you can do better than this?

@TalkTalk Bad service with a loss of payments we have had to pay out to another company, that shouldn't have been necessary. The package we have is nothing like was described on the phone calls. As soon as signed up, no communication?! Was recommended by a friend too. We won't be :/
