@WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

@TalkTalk hi, I got an email on 13/4 offering me a broadband upgrade as my contract was coming to an end. I clicked accept on 5 May and was supposed to get an email confirming the change within 10 days. I haven't had anything yet, can you help me please?

@TalkTalk why do you not have any process in place for vulnerable customers!! My grandma is having a nightmare with your team due to someone calling and miss selling her a product resulting in a cancellation of her internet yet your “customer service” team will not speak to her !

Warning do NOT use @TalkTalk Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Engineer didn’t show up. Didn’t inform. TwitterDM “human” claimed engineer checked Wi-Fi remotely. But it STILL doesn’t work. Back 2 being told call. On hold 4 hours. phone lines so bad &robotic humans. Video of calls coming-AVOID

@prestonkemp @TalkTalk Way back when, there was a great ISP called Lineone, they were brilliant and then Tiscali bought them and almost overnight the service tanked. Then TalkTalk got it and as Darren said, I'll never use them again. ISTR getting help from BT to get it cancelled. TalkTalk are ****.
