JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk That’s the point. I won’t be paying £5, or ever using this horrid company again. I feel sorry for the older less tech savvy people who you are exploiting and have no choice
-
Kerrie (@WF2K_) reportedHi @TalkTalk I've had issues with your customer service calling here again even though I made a complaint and was assured no one would call, and then another person said they removed my number for me but then I received another call the following day.
-
Alan Brady (@bra26247359) reported@TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon
-
JamesOMahoney (@JamesOMahoney) reported@TalkTalk Your company has a rating of 1.2 on Trustpilot. This complaint has being going on for months. @TalkTalk is a Disgrace as a company and should be closed down
-
SoUnserious (@stinkfishy) reported@SophieM50791881 @TalkTalk Seems to have gone down nationwide

Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

Burridge Les (@BurridgeLes12) reported@TalkTalk We have been with Talktalk (AOL) for over 20+ years, and to be honest, they were never the best in the business. However, since transferring over to fibre optic in 2025, it has gone from bad to worse, and we are getting out ASAP.
-
Phill Hartley (@pesphill) reported@TalkTalk are there any issues in York with the fibre? Woke up and my router has no internet. Tried unplugged and restarting
-
Nicko (@lillywobbles) reported@TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless
-
Smile-World (@RedaFibo) reported@TalkTalk again.. your broadband is going up and down every minute since early this morning! How people are supposed to work?? This is getting ridiculous as it’s not the first time! Time to change the ISP provider!
