    @WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

    I thought @TalkTalk was much better than @virginmedia based on my previous experiences. Holy mother freaking of god. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. I've exercised my rights to cancel my contract, and THEY'RE DENYING MY RIGHT TO CANCEL.

    @TalkTalk I've been having internet blackout (my router has gone MIA) for hours since 5:40pm - I did all the instructions, unplug main socket for 20 mins to restart and nothing. NOTHING. it's my 1st month w you and this happened. I wfh and how am I supposed to connect tomorrow?!

    @TalkTalk Pls explain to me what your idea of help looks like? Does it look like being on the line for almost an hour going over the same procedures every time you call because you don’t believe your customers when they complain about a lack of service or over 3hrs to download 300mb ?

    @OpenreachHelp Hi, we had our wifi booked to be installed on the 3rd of August and it was cancelled without confirmation from us and now we had to rebook for the 9th, we never wanted it cancelled in the first place and talktalk told us you could no longer install it on the 3rd now
