Snooker Hub (@snookerhub) reported from Silloth-on-Solway, England@WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.

If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.

NUV (@NUVfilms) reported@TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach I’ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and I’ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why it’s taking so long. Pls send help!
