    @WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

    @TalkTalk probably the worst customer service I have dealt with. Spent twenty minutes trying to locate my account. Then had system issues and said they will call me back in 2-3 hours. Still no call. #worstservice #worstinternet #TalkTalk

    @DavidGArnold @domjoly @bt_uk Well TalkTalk has been down here for 48hrs... crappy speed and customer services vanished for 24hrs mid conversation!!!

    @TalkTalk day 2 of trying to sort out a consistently failing service. We want to make a complaint and either get dropped by customer services or referred back to the same technical support guy we want to complain about. Our phone bill is rising while we try and make contact!

    @TalkTalk Customer service is appalling. I've terminated my service yet am still being harassed by them. Keep ringing to sort it out and keep being put through to the wrong department. The worst ever service I have ever received.

    @TalkTalk Waiting for an engineer to come today, to be told nothing had been booked although 2 weeks ago the booking was made over the phone. Now have to wait another 2 weeks. Very bad customer service. No wifi or telephone for my elderly parents !

    @dancludlow @margatesunsets BT are offering a similar package to the 1 I had chosen from TalkTalk except they are £12 per month more expensive, I might decide it is worth it if the service is going to be better
