    @WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

    @TalkTalk They said they would let me know on my mobile when the “technical issue” had been resolved. I won’t hold my breath!

    @TalkTalk You’re asking every single customer to drop a message in the DM… and you will look into it !!! The outage has been going on since 3rd November… nothing has been done. I regret taking up this service, it has been nothing but incompetence and poor customer service!

    I am unable to do my job because @TalkTalk won’t sort their internet fault out! Do something @TalkTalk , this is unacceptable! Being forced to take time off work because you have failed to fix this issue! I support vulnerable individuals, WFH needs a functioning broadband!

    @TalkTalk I’ve spoken to someone on the phone now. THREE working days to sort the issue out. Not really acceptable is it. I’m sick and tired of paying for a service that I am not receiving. I work from home some days. So for 3 days I can’t work. It’s not on.

    @TalkTalk For the avoidance of doubt, I must point out that: Clause 7.2 of TalkTalk T&Cs states that the router is my property: EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY US 7.1 To receive a service you may need to use certain necessary equipment provided by us and this may include a router or a set top box.

    @TalkTalk not going to lie really really disappointed, i just signed up with you and our engineer has been done a great job setting things up but your customer service staff are TERRIBLE, and our router hasn’t been delivered, we have been waiting 2 weeks and now have to wait more

    @geraintthomas @TalkTalk Get Virgin Media fibre. Yes they're more expensive, and don't have great customer service themselves and won't give good deals to keep your business after your contract is up. But I've rarely ever had disconnection problems, the odd area-wide issue. But mostly always reliable.
