@WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

@TalkTalk hi, spent all day on phone with you trying to get service reconnected after your engineers connected fibre this morning, and despite their assurances that our existing broadband would continue to work, you then cut us off 30 minutes later.

@TalkTalk No they haven’t. I still have no internet. I’ve rebooted the router dozens of times. Please fix. I’ve reported and spent and hour and a half on a broken live chat at lunch time. Still nothing fixed. It’s not just an email problem!

@talktalk is it common practice to end calls because customer services don't want to deal with the problems their customers are complaining about. Partner has spent 2hr on the phone and is going around in circles. If you add notes to your system why do we have to explain x100!

@TalkTalk my internet has been down all day, apparently it’s a problem with the phone line. 4G can’t cope as everyone is on it instead. When are you going to get this back up again? Please hurry up! CB10.

@TalkTalk I’ve just had Future Fibre installed but the engineer didn’t have a router with him. I’ve spent 4 hours over the past 2 days trying to speak to someone who can get me one. How do I cancel ?
