    @WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

    @TalkTalk I called on behalf of a voter in my ward today who has no landline service due to a fault. It’s his lifeline as mobile service is so poor where he lives! You told me it would be fixed today, it’s not! You’re closed now! C’mon you must do better for the vulnerable

    @TalkTalk what is going on with the service? my Internet has been dropping constantly for the last week its getting ridiculous! My contract price has gone up but the quality has gone down!!!

    @TalkTalk I've booked an appointment but I have to take an afternoon off work for it. I therefore think its unreasonable to expect me to have to accept the earliest appointment to get compensation when it's talktalk that are not providing the service I'm paying for.

    @TalkTalk I will indeed DM you the details. TalkTalk along with every other company we have to deal with, simply do not have a procedure to deal with a client/customer who becomes ill with dementia, it's a very sad situation.

    @TalkTalk I feel that way because I need to understand what the advisor is saying. Don’t you agree? It’s that SERIOUS. I’m paying for a service after all. If the advisor’s pronunciation of English is SO BAD that it’s a struggle to understand what they’re saying, HOW IS THAT A SERVICE?

    @lauraisageek @TalkTalk I've only had a few issues with @TalkTalk in the 20 years I've been with them but I always go in the community forum to get the issue resolved painlessly and stress free Never call the call centre 76mbs download TV boost for £25; My son is happy running 6 devices + mine device's

    @shhard_ @TalkTalk We've had no landline since October. Internet has been slow 0.8 mps. Called / complained back then, nothing. Complained again in January nothing..They were supposed to email... nothing so complained again yesterday... waiting for a manager to call.. We will see So poor.

    @TalkTalk I was on the phone your guys on Monday for over an hour and didn’t resolve my issue, so logged a complaint. Was told I’d hear back from you within 48-72 hrs, still not heard anything!

    @TalkTalk Thanks Chris. I've managed to book an appointment now. Can I ask why I have to accept the earliest possible appointment to get automatic compensation? I'm still paying for a service you're not providing. Why do I have to jump through hoops to not pay for the pleasure?
