@WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

@TalkTalk worst customer service ever experienced, 6 wks trying to install broadband, engineer left yesterday, promised all working in 20 mins & not working. No-one wants to help at all.

@TalkTalk 4/... Don't work l because we don't have access to either. Who has the same email address as a recovery email address? That's ridiculous? The fact that it took so long when we were busy is awful. My mother in law is now in hospital with no access to her email account...

@TalkTalk 5/ ... And we couldn't help her because your service agents were utterly useless. I'd suggest perhaps employing agents who can actually take the time to help rather than send us around the houses and saying "I understand" when the reverse seems true. Please sort this asap. /5
