    @TalkTalk They said they would let me know on my mobile when the “technical issue” had been resolved. I won’t hold my breath!

    @WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

    Companies that do this type of stuff during a bereavement are absolutely disgusting. I had the same issue with @TalkTalk. I would advise people - based on this - to avoid @TUIUK.

    @TalkTalk on the phone with an agent trying to fix my grandmothers phone line but was told an engineer can’t come until next week. She’s 90, lives alone and relies on a panic button so can’t be without her phone, is it possible for someone to come sooner?

    Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.     @TalkTalk I’ve had no internet or broadband for almost 2 hours. Done all router tests and unplugged etc and still nothing. I’m in HD7 are you having issues?

    @paulivory1963 @TalkTalk do yourself a favour @paulivory1963 and leave them, they are and always have been a terrible terrible provider. they double billed me for 6 months and i t took 9 months of legal letters to get it paid back

    @JohnFielder1 TalkTalk mucked up and disconnected me for 6/12 Resorted to writing to Chief Executive in the end & this was only way got resolution
