@WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

@TalkTalk You charge me for an engineer when your infrastructure is at fault, I call customer services to be spoken to rudely and advised that they can not hear me and will call me back... to which they have not. Please help me resolve this ASAP (Thank you Social Media team)

@TalkTalk after 4 and half hours on the phone to try and solve a problem that is your mistake I have lost the will to live I can honestly say you have some of the most amazing staff and some of the worst but I will try again tomorrow to resolve this problem wish me well !

@TalkTalk CEO Tristia, been trying to get you and your staff to resolve my internet service for a week now. I have had to take 2 days off work so far and with promises of an engineer last Friday and today, still nothing, no one is TALKING to me

@TalkTalk Hi!My new router was installed today and the email says the connection is live and I did a connection test online on TalkTalk and it says it's all fine. But the internet green light on modem is off and the wifi is not working. What can I do?
