Sam (@sammypinky1990) reported@TalkTalk absolutely terrible customer service and even worse internet service! 100% would not recommend, emailed customer service giving it 14 days for a response and will follow up with ofcom as it’s impossible to have a conversation with anyone who can help.

A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡

Cam 🇾🇪 (@UTDCamm) reported@paulivory1963 @TalkTalk trust me mate leave them, gave us a terrible service for years and was impossible to get hold of someone who actually cared and wanted an issue solved. Cutting us off half the time, switched to Virgin Media this year and was the best choice
