    @WorldSeniors @Snookerlegends @FreeSports_TV I know it’s 64 but I can’t get it either through TalkTalk or just on Freeview. I can tune in to Borders or Scotland. Neither of them have the channel. TalkTalk say it’s a technical issue.

    @TalkTalk They said they would let me know on my mobile when the “technical issue” had been resolved. I won’t hold my breath!

    @MidgleyClare @TalkTalk They have got some audacity. I am currently having issues with them with my broadband. No internet for 3 days. I am hoping another company buys out contacts.

    @TalkTalk I have rang so many times to cancel my late father’s contract. Until the last person I spoke to the bereavement team were rude and unhelpful. Yours is the worse company by far that I have had to deal with regarding dealing with my Dads affairs. Shame on you

    @TalkTalk Let’s not go round in circles, please. It’s not a question of IF I ‘would like’ you to look into it. The problem is with YOUR system. Unless TalkTalk is content to have invoices going out to people who no longer receive their service - the company is obliged to look into it.

    @TalkTalk I have been without internet for 3 days. Talktalk are doing nothing but open up cases to fix. Customer Service is abysmal. You cannot call them and you need to trick the phone system to be put through. You are paying money for old rope.

    @TalkTalk No, it’s not good that TalkTalk have a fault in the billing system, that results in bills for a service that’s not longer provided. I know this happens a lot, so maybe it’s the billing Dept you need to notify?

    @TalkTalk Invoicing ex customers seems to be a habit with #TalkTalk. Don’t sort this out for me, it’s a problem with your company. I closed the direct debit, thereby limiting the damage. Had I not acted, I’d now be owed far more than the £40.50 which needs to be refunded.

    It starts on 20th October, 2025. PXC (nee TalkTalk Wholesale) reported an outage at a single telephone exchange: "NEHAL - Hartlepool - loss of data and voice services Loss connection to multiple equipment in Hartlepool."
