. @TalkTalk your service is appalling - I’ve been paying for wifi since 12th Jan, the engineer is here, identified you haven’t activated the line, but you’re not listening and not switching it on! This is appalling.

@TalkTalk Emailed in a complaint. No reply since 7th Jan. Subject: Rona Frith. Question Reference #: 210107-000652. Can you see what's happening, please? Do not want to DM as don't want to waste another 2 hrs.

  • realcarlitosway Carl Lavery (@realcarlitosway) reported

shocking service from @TalkTalk today, representative on the phone didn't listen to what I was saying and I'm left with a cancellation fee because I moved house 6 months ago and they renewed my contract to 18 months. will never use again

  • MWRacing777 Mason Williams (@MWRacing777) reported

@TalkTalk no Internet currently just phoned customer services and they've texted me back saying it can take 2-3 working days to resolve but I am currently working from home so this is unacceptable it needs to be sorted ASAP. Unless your covering my wages that I will miss out?

  • amsnick1970 nick foss (@amsnick1970) reported

@TalkTalk and by law you have to inform the customer if you are changing the contract, which was never mentioned, and for the sake of £9.99 your happy to loose a customer to Sky or Virgin
