    @TalkTalk still without Wi-Fi. @YodelOnline say router was delivered last week to “mail room” even though one doesn’t exist. Now having to explain to work why I can’t work this week as I have no internet. Awful service. Please sort this out ASAP.

    @TalkTalk hi. I was pretty horrified to discover yesterday that you have been charging my elderly mum £49.50 pm for basic broadband. This has been going on for years as you had left her on an out dated and expensive package. I managed to help her switch yesterday and its half

    @TalkTalk Funny how now it’s public you get back to me within 10 mins yet I’m still on the phone to your company after 1 hour and 51 minutes & was left on hold for over 30 minutes. Spoken to half you company in the last week, 5 calls and 8 different humans yet problem still not solved!!

    @TalkTalk I did. Didn't resolve the problem. Nobody answers the phone. I'll be switching provider at the earliest opportunity. No more business from me for Talk Talk.

    @TalkTalk Am only getting 0.3 Mbps in Clapham. Please fix your Service, it should be much higher on Fibre 65
