    @Jonny_Trayer @TalkTalk Ditto! Every text appt they send, gets rescheduled to the next day. I've had 2 weeks of this. Not heard from them yet after complaining 3 weeks ago. I took some advice from #ofcom and wrote a formal complaint. #talktalk have 8 weeks to reply. I'll be back onto #ofcom to log comp.

    @talktalk your chat service was unavailable when I tried yesterday and you mention helping vulnerable customers yet I unable to complete straightforward customer service requests due to your services not working properly. please rectify and contact me ASAP!!!

    @TalkTalk can somebody please tell me the best way to set up to set up Caller I'd and help me register for an online account. currently I am unable to do either of these things due to your abysmal website and terrible customer service procedures. very disappointed

    Thank you to the team @TalkTalk for sorting the issues with the broadband. Not the fault of them - but electrician working on the flats did something he shouldn't!

    @TalkTalk Hi, I've been experiencing terribly patchy internet service all week, it's an issue I've had before and was temporarily fixed by one of your staff but it's back now, probably worse than before
