Honor Barnes UK (@HonorUkb) reported@TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

John F Newall (@thenewalls) reported@TalkTalk I'm trying to cancel my account. I've called this number (0345 172 0088 ) and it cuts me off after placing me on hold. My online account has given me this number to call (0345 172 0099) rings and then states that is no longer in use. Please help

KLN (@red_rose1975) reported@travis542372663 I have made numerous phone calls and registered 2 complaints in writing to TalkTalk recently and they never call back as they promise to. I have been with them for nearly 20 years I have had terrible internet connection since the start of May.
