    @TalkTalk Hello, internet appears to be down in HP13 (High Wycombe). Can you advise if this is connection on your end or on network? Have tried all router troubleshooting.

    @TalkTalk Funny how I was on the phone to customer services for almost 2 hours trying to cancel being transferred to 7 different agents and not ONE 'agent' was willing to help me out. It is illegal to leech more money out of your customers by telling lies. Such a scam of a company. AVOID!

    @TalkTalk Whats there to look at? I already said what i had to say. Your another increase and overall charge for this bad service is no longer going to happen. I am cancelling service with you as simple as that. Not going to pay £40 per month for this total crap you are providing!

    @TalkTalk Hi. My channel 4 has been turned back 2 hours instead of 1. I've tried restarting box but nothing changed. Recording therefore not working right either. Please help thanks
