    @TalkTalk Please stop harassing my 80yr old m-i-law! For months now she has been receiving msg saying an engineer is coming to fit fibre. She’s never asked to change to fibre & when she contacts you is told it is cancelled only to start receiving messages again within a few weeks

    Talktalk is extraordinarily poor at everything - don't use them for anything. After nine months and twelve unsuccessful appointments, they have still failed to deliver what they promised. Don't make the same mistake I did.
