    @Ofcom Been on the phone to @TalkTalk for 3 hours today. They have changed my landline number without my permission and my speed has dropped from 38 Mb to 27 Mb. After repeated requests for a Deadlock letter, the supervisor put me on hold with no sound. Help!!!!

    @TalkTalk hey talktalk, couple of days ago i have been experiencing high latency (ping). When i use the google chrome and youtube it doesn't lag. but when i boot up a game for example my ping goes up to a 100 or sometimes 300. I want you to look at the problem.

    @TalkTalk hi, elderly parent recently moved to residential care home. I would like to close his virgin media account at old address and transfer landline number to new address with TT. Checked your website and you do office service at his new postcode.
