@TalkTalk This Box cost me £2 more and didn’t work unless I purchased a memory stick for £15 ! The cost was rising and still you don’t seem to understand that failure to deliver means a BROKEN contract ! No cancellation required!!!

@dutaut @TalkTalk I have done in the past and their level of service was an issue when would you believe a member of staff called me Madam back in 2010 and then got a £10 reimbursement on my bill by way of an apology after I complained about the way in which I was dealt with when I paid my bill.

@SayersBHAFC @TalkTalk Have a look at your contract as you can end it without any exit fees. Honestly, they were the worst company to deal with. It won’t improve.

@letshugbro talktalk had us in some abandoned limbo for years where we were paying for a package it was impossible to deliver and wouldn't give us straight answers to any complaints, never mind fiber enquiries
