    @TalkTalk My 79 yr old uncle has taken unwell and moved in with us. He's been loyal to TalkTalk for years yet you're fleecing him for hundreds now he has to cancel. Shame on you.

    @TalkTalk any update on the service in PE33 9AT service has been down most of the day, I’m not the only one that is having issues either.

    @TalkTalk You are terrible. I've just called customer service three times to discuss compensation for the outage and was basically put on mute by your advisers who then completely left the call.

    @WeAreOpenreach @angel_trueman We've been reporting issues in the PE38 area for days. I reported yesterday when it was patchy. Today there has been no internet at all. This is obviously a widespread outage yet TalkTalk doesn't put out an update or statement on it.

    Hi @TalkTalk and @WeAreOpenreach , my internet has been down since midday. I’ve had txts and email from TalkTalk to say they can’t find a fault with the line, but it’s not working…any updates on what’s gone wrong?
