Absolutely fuming with the total lack of service from @TalkTalk after spending a hour trying to add multi room tv service for my elderly mother in law, I should have known it was going to be hard work when I first dialled the number on their website, it had changed

@TalkTalk appauling customer service you informed my mum that her broadband would cease on 19th Dec..... You disconnected yesterday. She is bereaved and seperated from family. She is sorting out my dads estate and frankly needs all help she can get

@TalkTalk worst customer service. I cancelled my account with you over a year ago yet still receiving bills. They have said I cancelled my cancellation even though I moved house, they sent the router bag to my new address to get it back. I have to wait 48 hours for a call bk?
