@TalkTalk @MoneySavingExp @Mattallwright Technical department rude, unhelpful regarding an ongoing issue. Refuse to issue me with a new router. Any people out there with advice on how to progress this further. Have asked for their complaints procedure waiting on a call back !!!!

@TalkTalk I don't have connection problems , I have ISP problems. At least 2 outtages in less than 72 hours , and you still just refuse to put a system in place that would pre-warn people that may be affected. Zero responsibility on the company's part.

Absolute shambles, my 91 year old FIL living alone has been without phone line or internet for 3 days already, he is reliant on both for safety. Despite hours on chat with @TalkTalk engineer visit not scheduled until Wednesday 25th May 5days after it went down. Come on @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Talk about what? Have written about slow internet in L16 area and frequent drop in signal many times. Looks like time to change provider again.

Still no internet... Hands down @TalkTalk is THE isp with most outtages. Great customer support response time - but never actually useful.
