    @TalkTalk Hi , I am having an on going problem with crackling on my landline .Two engineers have been sent out and each time the fault returns.

    @TalkTalk Broadband keeps cutting out every few minutes. Lots of people on Down Detector seem to be having the same issue. Really bad service for the last year tbh, never ever get minimum speed.

    Hey @BTCare (Catherine S is super helpful!) my elderly Dad has a landline through @TalkTalk & they are truly awful. Can I port his account/line & crucially his number to BT? He’s terminally ill and we cannot risk a number change as all family, hospitals & carers have it.

    Went out earlier, WiFi was working. Come home and it’s down. @TalkTalk implying I’ve done something my end - which I’ve not. Have to wait for an engineer in 3 days!!! Yes 3 days. Can live without tv and games (kids can’t) but we need to complete work online. So annoyed 🤬
