    @TalkTalk how do I report slow speed below guaranteed minimum speed ? We have done speed tests via our account will this be actioned as a fault / poor service (below guarantee?)

    Left without access to my @TalkTalk email account. Spent 4 hours on Live Chat yesterday with no resolution - and I pay for this.... Any help would be appreciated.

    @PiandNeko1 @TalkTalk Hopefully this is just a particularly bad glitch then. I’ve had a few trouble free years with them, but since broadband kept disconnecting on Fri - useless. As wheelchair user, I rely on Alexa, smart plugs etc etc for cat litter tray, wheelchair & lights. They know this too 🙀
