@TalkTalk No point DM’ing, done that Y’day & u personally told me Loyiso u couldn’t help & call the technical helpline, guess what they didn’t help either, just hung up on me! Would it be easier to just cancel my account and go to another supplier?? @geteero @Ofcom

I had my reservations about changing over to @TalkTalk what I wasn’t aware of is how poor you actually are! Must be a walk in the park for other providers when you are this crap. Don’t know how you are still running! I’m seriously shocked how piss poor you are!

@TalkTalk Wasted half hour using online chat for help. Wanted to block / report scam caller to my landline (a procedure which used to take seconds using phone keypad). Went through all security questions yet had the same question repeatedly asked of me. No email of transcript as requested.

Oh my god!!!!! This is fully like an episode of Outnumbrered... Calling talktalk. I'm now putting in a complaint... Because talktalk says I can't set up a direct debit for the final payment to come out.... But I'm going to get charged because I don't have a direct debit ..
