    @OpenreachHelp Was told by Talktalk that they are waiting on Openreach to connect us up at the exchange. Told us it could take 48 hrs but still waiting. Was supposed to be connected 2 December but Openreach Engineer that came out said couldn't do it yet.... Some problem with cabinet

    @TalkTalk ive called up on five separate occasions to cancel broadband. im told the system is down so call back later. im still getting billed, its more than 2 weeks since my first attempt. can u message me when the system is working or something?

    @TalkTalk Are there any outages in South Wales currently? Our WiFi is having trouble connecting. But even our Sky box is having trouble so could be a general problem not just WiFi

    @TalkTalk your the worse company ever for internet when you phone up have people that can’t speak English and out internet is down for days and you don’t help breach of contract or what

    @OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk stated a trouble report raised to openreach ref number 2-1229691177213 on tues. We are still without internet. When I lift handset lots of beeping/crackling on the line then it goes dead. Can you tell me what the report found pls??
