    @MartinSLewis My friend is currently on her 3rd attempt to cancel her @TalkTalk contract but they keep (seemingly deliberately) creating reasons as to not cancel her contract. While I understand why they want to retain business, what can she do to just cancel?

    @TalkTalk nearly 2 hours on phone for 4th time in week to sort out disabled elderly neighbours service. Absolutely shocking Customer service!

    @mythofthenorth @O2 Same here since my phone upgrade :-( don’t get my started on @TalkTalk stopping the UFO super fast fibre about ten doors down the road. Can’t get that either…!
