    @TalkTalkGroup I hope nobody has a technical problem with TalkTalk, their customer support and service is appalling. I was warned about this from a friend who had the same experience but chose to ignore it to my cost. I will not renew the contract with them.

    @TalkTalk @faffiemore How is any of us sending a DM going to help? We would all like to know when our service will be back up and running. Please can someone @TalkTalk provide that information openly without requesting a DM so that the information is visible to any customers impacted by this problem.

    @TalkTalk On Friday Talk Talk issued a message stating that they were working on an upgrade over the weekend and that normal service would resume on Monday at 8 am ,unfortunately they did not say in which year. I note that the message has been taken down.
