Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.

Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
