    @TalkTalk If you mean password and banking details,you’ll have to wait til my partner gets home,who is not happy as he hates talking on phone because of hearing problems and is already suspicious as to why you need bank details

    @TalkTalk Having been a customer of your for over 7 years, I find that you have unilaterally de-registered my account. No reason given. Cannot login to My Account as my login details are no longer recognised. If there's a reason, I wd like to know. If not, pse admit your mistake

    @TalkTalk Nope. Last time I reported your issues you sent someone to my home without notifying me, he found no issues (as there were none my end) and you charged me a huge fee which only was refunded to me after a huge amount of effort and tears. I’m not wasting my time or money on you

    @TalkTalk Why bother as they keep changing tactics, I clearly stated the other day for you at TalkTalk to warn customers but yet nothing all I can say is I’m playing them around as the scammers are trying to give you a bad name and trying con people to get in their system

    @TalkTalk I like how you have so many ways to contact your customers. You provide most there landline phones. You have there emails & addresses but rather than contact them you put out a tweet without even 9hours warning and think it’s ok?No wonder people say your customer service is ****

    @TalkTalk over four hours on the phone & live chat yesterday-already over an hour and passed through 4 departments today just to cancel an order-that apparently ‘can’t be cancelled because it’s not activated’ even though I’m in my cancellation period ! - please someone sort this
