Definitely avoid getting the full fibre from @TalkTalk. Following a supposed installation at 4pm yesterday I still have not got any Internet the customer services are friendly but unable to resolve the issue yet

@TalkTalk on live chat for an hour and a half trying to sort my problem of dropping internet when it rains. Your only solution is that I need to call back when it rains… how can I when I waited 30 minutes to speak to someone?!

@TalkTalk Shame poor customer service got cut if re internet 3 weeks ago (open reach cut copper wire ) without telling us as couldn't put fibre into our house trying yo set up a new account been absolute hell and after spending 6 to 8 hrs done days trying to sort still not sorted

@prestwichpapers @TalkTalk Yes they did and asked if I was the bill payer and left saying they’d come back later. Never did though. Talk talk are pants anyway. They make BT look good.

@TalkTalk switchover was due to happen yesterday. Went wrong due to you / Openreach and now I need to wait till 10th for engineer. Tried to cancel order and now told it needs escalating which takes 7 working days to process. I had internet yesterday and now nothing..

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk I contacted you this morning and you responded by getting me to log in and talk to a chat bot. Great support. I had an install date of fttp on 6th October. You forgot. You also forget to send me any equipment. Despite 6 contacts with you I’m still unable to Talk Talk!

@TalkTalk "You can update all your security details and information as well as your telephone enquiry password by clicking the link below" I CAN NOT update the telephone enquiry password as I've never had one, why can't you understand that!!!
