    Looks like another day where our @TalkTalk broadband will be dropping in and out, often at the most inopportune moments. Ever worked with their customer service department? We’re convinced there isn’t one but a request for a DM conversation will becoming soon.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Even escalating to your CEO has not worked. Rachel Barnes (CEO Complaints) called on 16/2/23 & offered a fix in 14 days. It hasn’t happened. I haven’t heard anything from them and now your customer service dept won’t speak to me as im not account holder

    @TalkTalk hi, we’ve got call blocker set up and we’ve had a scam call today but when we try to block it using 14258 it just says it’s not working

    @TalkTalk Are you able to help me facilitate a change of ownership? I have submitted the form last November yet it hasn't been sorted until now. I kept receiving an email to pay for it which I think is unfair since no one has been able to use the service since November.

    @WeAreOpenreach Hi Paul: our provider TalkTalk informed us that ‘planned engineering work on the network,’ by the network provider - Openreach - is the reason we are currently without internet. No-one was made aware of this planned engineering and it happened in the middle of the working day

    Why is nothing ever easy? Moving broadband to @TalkTalk and welcome pack arrived with new land line number. 7 departments later and 45 minutes I was told to cancel order and reorder. But can’t reorder until 48 hours time. I thought talktalk was better than this……..
