    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk You cannot help me unfortunately, 6 months without one single minute of connection, many emails with the support team , 3 months paid without connection and now a cancellation of the service and as I did Montoya they send me to the debit office without source the main issue.

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk is a waste of time. Customer service is non existent. Always put on hold or put throw to another department, then they hang up on you. Shall never renew my contract with them.

    @TalkTalk shocking customer service.Ordered fibre upgrade last week, received a message that there was a problem with the order. 2 hours to find out the order is cancelled. No explanation, no apology. Customer for 12 years. Will be leaving when we get fibre with another provider.

    @TalkTalk Appalling after being cut off for failing security online check - trying to see why you have not updated my package as agreed, now I cannot chat to anyone due to maintenance. Terrible customer service.
