  @TalkTalk Yes that's what we did( reset router) and that has now caused these issues.

  @WilliamNaughto3 @Plusnet Wrong, BT own Plusnet but Plusnet have their own separate infrastructure and customer service. This is not the same as Sky or TalkTalk who use LLU to interconnect into the BT network.

  @TalkTalk no WiFi since Wednesday.. router flashing orange light. Tried talking to the web app & calling but neither could explain why, just told a problem in the are.. not told when it’ll be back.. anything you can do to help?

  So #talktalk respond to my exasperated Tweet yesterday offering 'help'. So I gave them a chance. The help was a half-hearted four-direct message exchange, which solved nothing and I'm sat here now with no home broadband AGAIN. #CANCELTALKTALK
