    So I’ve phoned @virginmedia who have set up my new fibre internet in less than 24 hours. Yet I am still out of pocket from @TalkTalk , unable to get anywhere with my cancellation of a contract I have NEVER agreed to and unable to speak to someone to advise. Worst service

    @TalkTalk so sick of this terrible internet. Switched to future fibre with an eero 9 months ago under the promise that it would be loads better than our previous package and have had nothing but issues!! How can I cancel? Paying for a service that barely works 50% of the time!!

    Ps this is 7 hours of my time on calls to different @TalkTalk people who are all saying they can’t help me and passing buck to someone else. Astonishing really that a service provider can act so poorly

    @talktalk - 30 minutes in the phone queue. No pickup. No information on queue position, wait time. Just bad advise to go online, when online agent says must use the phone. Really a lesson in how to create poor customer service - well done!!!

    @TalkTalk you told me to call 03451725157 to cancel my contract this morning via DM. That did not work and now you are ignoring my DM as well. Top quality service from a top quality company 👎👎👎
