    Well have to say if you have a @TalkTalk broadband account then cancel. Charges up to £180 for the cancellation of the service upon the death of my mother. Other companies totally understandable given the circumstances, hardly able to understand English, good riddance to you!

    @Martin_Law We’ve continued to provide TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. We’re unfortunately unable to continue offering it at no cost. Providing a high-quality email service requires ongoing investments in infrastructure, security, and innovation. -Phili

    @saltyy_savage Im talktalk and pay 37 for 900mb. Never had an issue with them or my internet

    @TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless

    @talktalk my services were disconnected and your team is forcefully telling me to pay for it even though I explained to them respectfully the situation …bad customer service very rude agents .

    @TalkTalk Hi. Any issues reported in ST16? Internet is not working. I see there may be an issue with phone line in our area? Is there an ETA on a fix?

    @llqdave @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did that to me as well until I sent them a blunt response. And no, talking to customer service on here doesn't help much at all. They have less access than those on webchat and email etc.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I've logged on to my account a few times this morning to look at what offers are available to me. It's get to the Finalising a few things page and then I just get the spinning circle. Is the site down? Cheers

    @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

    @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!
