@TalkTalk after the second time in 3 months slow fibre on Mon engineer comes finds the issue is with exchange box down the street now wed internet is going slow and on there test they say I need another engineer round with a big fat warning of 65 charge....i detect foul play

@CityFibre Except when it goes down and then no one seems to be able to fix - neither @TalkTalk nor @CityFibre, Internet now down for 3 hours and counting.

@TalkTalk I'm in Worcester and you posted a service issue with CityFibre that should have been sorted by 5pm today. The issue has gone from your website now but I still can't get an Internet connection. Restarted router the Restarted ONT and router, still no connection.

@TalkTalk I’ve been battling ALL day to get TalkTalk to resolve a City Fibre issue with your own equipment and it’s clear no one cares! Not a word of apology and everything is begrudgingly dealt with. Time to move to BT I feel.
