    @TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

    @TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!

    @TalkTalk you have the worse signal in all of the UK. Are you lot having a laugh, I’m sure they have better signal in the top of Mount Everest

    @talktalk hello - is there a service outage or other issues with your system in the W2 area of London? Getting "connected without internet" message again, this time at at 17:05 onward on 7 July 2926. Having to use my Mobile Data. Thank you.

    Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑
