  @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

  @TalkTalk No answer. The first @TalkTalk customer service number simply disconnected as it didn’t recognise the phone number of a closed account. The second number led to options - all the ones I tried previously led to disconnection and a link to chat. In the end …

  For the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.

  @TalkTalk Sindy, why do you think that would help? Who would you refer me to, other than the customer service department that is ignoring me? #Talktalk lie by email. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.

  @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

  @TalkTalk They tell me they are too busy & it will be a long time before they can get to me! Told me to check online to track a fault. Nothing has been updated and it has been logged so many times. I tried phoning & they just pass you to the website. What is going on? Abysmal service!

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   So then the @talktalk bot lady says she will connect me to a tech guy - just hang on - been hanging on to Talktalk with @Talktalk for 3 hours so er up for that . Well *******, I get a contact in 5 minutes a Mr Arshun but he seems to be from JAtech and he is asking for money ?
