ANOTHER BROKEN PROMIS BY @TalkTalk , yesterday had a call from "MANNI" an account manager from TalkTalk's CeO's dept, He said he would call 2day at 2pm & I rec 2 text messages from TT stating I would be called between 2pm & 4pm today, BUT GUESS WHAT? NOBODY CALLED -JUST MORE LIES

If u r thinking of useing talktalk check reviews trustpilot facebook others these people have experience of talk talk dishonesty. Not ending contracts while asked. Then chargeing. The reviews r there to help u decide on best company with good customer service. Not stressing u

Untill i get that i dont go away. I have every day night weeks if they want to go down that root. Wi put peopleoff. Oh well

@TalkTalk u cant just set up peoples homes on boardband when they have it with new provider. Ended the contract.cancelled the direct debit the end. Dont u understand. No pre contractual information received. So cancel. I have over a year 2 cancel on those grounds. I haveswitched

@TalkTalk @BeansTV_ I don't think he is well if I'm honest. Looks quite annoyed to me. Probably best to just release him from his contract as you're not providing the service he's paying for. Hope this helps ok bye.
