@DanielHyde @TalkTalk Aye, I may have to get a replacement router or something. If that doesn't sort it then I'll either go down the business route or see if there's any other options.

Never experienced such bad service from a so called communications company @talktalk . Vulnerable parents had major phone disruption twice in 2 months. Can’t speak to this company out of hours to register faults or try to get help. Last outage was four days. This time? Useless!

@JamesHunt I have actually had a scam call that almost certainly used nicked TalkTalk data (they knew I was a customer & had some vague details, I’m guessing from tech support db) so you’re right to be wary

@talktalk funny how my internet miraculously resolved itself when the OpenReach engineer came out to fix the neighbour's BT internet. I told you it wasn't my microfilter and told you everyone in the area had problems. Worst customer service, won't be renewing with you.

Dear @TalkTalk your online help service is honking by the way! Just spent an hour and a half chatting to one of your "advisors" as my wifi is gubbed. Issue still ain't solved as the idiot wanted to know about my mobile phone which has nothing to do with my wifi...

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup - As a customer who appreciates & treats all people equally regardless of identity, colour, race, religion, & citizen status - I please urge you NOT to have advertising on @GBNEWS, a station that is obviously against equality for all.

@TalkTalk you are appalling. 2 key workers, through no fault of theirs, couldn’t get WiFi reception. They accommodated your engineers many times. No good. You kept them on the phone for hours. Turned out they weren’t even getting the package they paid for. You were no help!

Like maybe I’m being over-cautious but I just don’t see why, as the guy I just spoke to suggested, it would be a problem for TalkTalk if someone stole my phone, answered their call, then upgraded my broadband for free for me.
