@TalkTalk In any area loose connection my internet been in and off for last 2 months and off completely for 2 days promised an engineer out still not come promised a manager call us still no call absolute rubbish customer service

@alan_knapper @TalkTalk Same issue had no internet for 2 days been dropping 3/4 times a day for 2 months the advise I get from them turn router off and back on I will not be renewing on 13th feb and not paying my bill this month that’s for damn sure

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup My internet is currently experiencing great difficulty at current time. I am only getting upwards of 30 download speed when my broadband package promises upwards of 70!! I am outraged at this clear disregard towards a paying customer. Fix this or else.
