    @TalkTalk Tried every number you gave me since the 12th September and all I got out of those calls was TalkTalk Customer Service Employees Lying. A Simple Job can't be completed because staff at TalkTalk don't have a clue what's happening.

    @TalkTalk: Hello, There is a fault with the T.V. Box as, on the Catch-Up Service App.s, no new Episodes are being added; in some cases, the only Episodes are from far back as 2016. This happened a few weeks ago and this fault is still Present. Can you assist...? Thanks!

    @TalkTalk cant get onto the website and my wifi is not working properly. Paying for a service i cant use!!!

    @TalkTalk I’ve needed support since 2pm 22nd Sept and still no internet, rubbish customer service and really poor communication. No updates and I have to keep contacting you!
