@TalkTalk worst service ever. the online assistant is useless, waited over a hour to talk to a "expert"online and gave up. Meanwhile my vunerable 83 year old father has no phone and i cant get a engineer booked to fix the issue.

@TalkTalk 7 days ago I spoke to a complaint manager as no broadband/landline since initially reported on 5/10/25. After 2hrs on the phone I chose to switch providers. So glad I did as there has not been any contact by the relevant TalkTalk teams to resolve . Appalling

@TalkTalk an engineer has been this morning and was unable to resolve my issue. He said he would escalate to you but I’ve received a message from you saying that everything is ok when it’s not. Can someone help please because it’s impossible to speak to anyone at your company
