@TalkTalk My family has had issues with your broadband for months and have asked you to fix it for months. The customer service has been dire. On several occasions we have had you say you will phone us and you haven't. Anyone who sees this tweet do not use TalkTalk.

  • BDGrimshaw Ben Grimshaw (@BDGrimshaw) reported

    67. About to query £5 excess charge on my latest bill with @TalkTalk. Predictions? Go through verification (again), promise of investigation into the issue, say I'll get a call back, which will then require the agent to investigate further...all while ignoring previous complaint

@TalkTalk Talktalk, my internet is not working!!! Your city fibre people came to install fibre optic broadband in my house yesterday 1pm and ever since then- nothing is working, no internet no phone! Called you guys yesterday evening and 4 times today - 1/10 customer service. Please sort!

  • AlexisW0294 Alexis (@AlexisW0294) reported

@TalkTalk - my favourite excuse for my internet not working was that my microwave could be the issue. Or my neighbours Wi-Fi. Didn’t realise I’d have to create a schedule with my neighbours to take turns to use the internet.

  • GurungMadhu Madhu Gurung (@GurungMadhu) reported

@TalkTalk Your customer service team were forwarding my call to city fibre and I was waiting for more than 30 mins but they suddenly hung up. I’ve tried calling you back now but it says talktalk is closed? Please sort ASAP and send engineer to my house to fix this issue.

  • Tommyd93 Tom Devenport (@Tommyd93) reported

@TalkTalk Can someone please get in touch with me about cancelling my contract, worst customer service I've ever experienced

  • GaynorRawlinson Gaynor Rawlinson (@GaynorRawlinson) reported

@TaniaRendle @TalkTalk Absolutely shocking - where has the service gone? And you’re in a very vulnerable situation - appalling!

  • Q_Adenike Adenike Abimbola (@Q_Adenike) reported

@TalkTalk Dear talktalk, my broadband went live this afternoon, however it says requires login/authorisation. I have been trying to login but I'm always met with code http error 503

  • JameskRobbo James Robertson (@JameskRobbo) reported

@TalkTalk Na forget it you had your chance. Going to cancel his direct debit so you can’t have anymore of his Money. You have no intention of helping vulnerable customers

@TalkTalk We have a problem with our Internet which seems clear to me in linked to the router. We have just been told that despite being tagged as High Priority the first engineer visit is the 20th December !!!! I work from home and am having to purchase extra data to keep going.
