  @TalkTalk my internet gone down and no service, when I call talk talk customer care service, it’s asking me to raise request using online portal, tell me how can I do that without internet, I’m very patient but you’re really touching my nerves

  @TalkTalk Firstly you say you hadn’t received a refund request , now you say the refund has been processed twice . Can you see how utterly incompetent you look . Beyond pathetic. Just pay me the money you owe me by Friday. I think a child could handle customer service better than you guys

  @TalkTalk Hi, I live in a building that constantly has issues with its broadband provider. We’re talking about at least 150 flats and around 400 people that are willing to change their provider. How can I, a talktalk customer, can refer a whole building of flats to move to talktalk?

  @currys you are currently giving the 100% worst customer service i've experienced since leaving TalkTalk 10 years ago. You should be ashamed. My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.

  @flatherings @TalkTalk The company is collapsing. They are flogging off parts as quickly as they can find bigger fools to buy them. Their support is useless, because they don't actually read the complaint, they just read whatever notes their colleagues make.

  Wednesday was my four-year mark I've been printing paper at school, and Thursday was the one MONTH mark of having NO WI-FI after coming back from Sicily! 😣 TalkTalk have been utterly useless to help us throughout the month, and we're hoping to finally get it sorted on Tuesday.

  @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑
