@TalkTalk You promised me a new router 12 months ago I haven't received it yet still have drop off of service. WHY You tell me that you have checked my line and its OK and I have checked the settings on my end So why have I still got Problems with the email and were is my new router. Mike

@catrionaa15 @TalkTalk It's just the rudeness that gets me! I was asking why they upped my bills if my speeds went down (bearing in mind they're not giving me the guaranteed min.) and was absolutely belittled! Imagine if one of us spoke like that to someone making a complaint...

The fact it’s taken talktalk 2 days to notice a pattern that people in London’s internet isn’t working doesn’t give me a lot of hope that they’ll fix the problem soon. Good thing the internet isn’t the only way to work and communicate with other people at the moment 👍

@TalkTalk The scam protection was the first thing I checked to make sure it hadn't been turned back on, it hadn't & it's still off. Teamviewer won't connect unless a VPN is used. AnyDesk won't connect to their network unless a VPN is used b4 opening after which it appears to stay connected

@TalkTalk I've been with @TalkTalk for the last 18 months and had no problems, only now that my contract expired and I upgraded it rather than look elsewhere have these problems been created. But being talked down to is a quick way to lose a loyal customer when my next contract ends...
