    Just been asked if I would recommend @talktalk. The answer is NO. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Worst internet provider on the planet. Constant issues with speeds, then its the upload, then its a problem in the area. Advice! AVOID TALKTALK

    @chriswdrew @BritishGas They could learn a lot from talktalk, I threatened to leave them because of bad service. They rang me up, offered double speed, 3 months free and slightly cheaper rate. The clincher was, a number to call if I needed future help from someone in the UK.

    @TalkTalk can you clear up why you've duped my confused Grandad into a broadband contract when all he was calling about was his TalkTalk email address? Now call handlers refusing to let my mum & uncle submit a complaint or speak to a manager. #TalkTalk #CustomerService @Ofcom

    @Smyth_Chris Funniest one, some years ago. “BT” rang. There’s a problem with your account. It’s going to be frozen and internet and house phone cut off. “Funny. We don’t have a BT account. We’re under TalkTalk” Next day, “TalkTalk” rang. We hung up on them.

    Aaannnddd now no @TalkTalk internet since sometime in the night (again). Technology is not my friend at the moment! Anyone else have an outage?

    @TalkTalk Whilst our @TalkTalk router is crap meaning the internet is more unreliable thank usual which may lead to me looking at alternative providers, the customer service staff at @talktalk are always very helpful. Thank you.
