@TalkTalk So why is your customer service number saying you're closed right now🙄08000491402

  • carly_kendell carlykendell🦋 (@carly_kendell) reported

Avoid @TalkTalk at all costs, they don’t care about you just take your money and are scammers and will just sit back and let you suffer, go with other people, avoid at all costs as they treat their loyal customers who have been with them for so many years like dirt. Disgusted 🤬

  • aadunkley Andy Dunkley (@aadunkley) reported from Wicken, England

@TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

  • GurpsSB Gurpreet Bal (@GurpsSB) reported

@TalkTalk Why is this? Are their additional costs associated with installing FTTP that Talk Talk are trying to avoid? Unacceptable to attempt to charge us for 2 installs, multiple engineer visits, 2 sets of p&p for equipment and monthly fee since April 12th despite constant service loss

  • KatrinaNewberry 𝙺𝚊𝚝 ☾ (@KatrinaNewberry) reported

@TalkTalk Thank you for reaching out however it’s working again. No settings changed just returned to normal around 7pm. This issue occurs often however it does not help when TalkTalk HQ deny knowledge of a fault, instead instructing customers to investigate and repair it themselves.

@TalkTalk Afternoon, whens best to cancel a rolling contract? Anytime and pay what's left for the month?

  • tompowelly tom powell (@tompowelly) reported

Your Internet is shite @TalkTalk please help our mate @ballymufc

  • KaiTavender Kaitavender (@KaiTavender) reported

@TalkTalk Hi there, I have an issue with your service to discuss with you please. I find it highly unethical and immoral that you continue to claim money from an account from a recently deceased customer; regardless of the fact that we reported this.

  • Cozza_D Corey Dawson (@Cozza_D) reported

@TalkTalk I've had 4 engineers telling me the fault is with YOU. You guarantee minimum 50mbps, and I'm getting less than 0.1mbps for almost 2 weeks. If you do not act to rectify this problem immediately, you are in breach of contract, and I will be taking matters further.
