    hey @MastercardUK and @TalkTalk @CPWTweets your custmer service sucks. i've had to listen to my dad moan about it for the last three weeks. i've not seen him in 16 months and all i get is him moaning about your crap custmer service. sort it out ffs.

    @olorinhenderson Not aware of TalkTalk using CGNAT. Their network is VPLS so they might well have DHCP scopes mapped per exchange, though.

    @TalkTalk Wifi won't work, get told over the phone that a problem has been located with the wifi, engineer comes out, says he can't locate any problem, leaves, wifi still broke. Awful.
