    @uklipspeaker @TalkTalk 14 days cooling of period if new contract. Over a year to cancel if they carry on service if u dont receive pre contract information. Ofcom if bad service consumers rights help line. Dontbput up with it

    @TalkTalk - Hello something wrong with your Customer Service phone lines. Since yesterday I’ve tried on different phones & in different locations & it sounds like I’m underwater. No issue calling anyone else. Need to speak about an upgrade & a recontract on 2 separate properties

    @TalkTalk So is it an automated system to call the deaf person every single day after cancelling? Her nurse is still trying to help with injuries and now it seems she has to deal with discarding nonsense calls! Stop this now, or we will take this further.

    Any lawyers want to represent me against talktalk, it's an easy win tbf massive breach of contract as well as theft, as well as the way their customer service and complaints department have acted I feel I may be in for a decent win #law #lawyer #legaladvise

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk Why are you still sending my 82 year old mum bills for a service she gave you notice on, because she was moving house, more than 4 months ago. Why is it that every other service/utility company acted immediately to remove her account apart from you?
