    @sophiedennis My Mum's ancient laptop bit the dust back in 2020 and her WiFi was crap so I bought her a new laptop and upgraded the WiFi to include Virgin TV. She won't learn how to use them. I found out that she'd had a Talktalk TV box for years but hadn't used it too. No reasoning with her

    @TalkTalk worst customer service ever I have contacted the customer service I want to close my account today 5th time iam contacting customer service they put on hold for 30 minutes and hangup but every month iam getting bills this is worst please I need help. Thanks.

    Anyone else had major broadband connection issues with @TalkTalk eero?, went fibre about month ago,fine 1st two week now cannot connect at busy traffic times ever! Seriously p!??ing me off. Worse than normal broadband 🤬 #talktalk

    It’s terrible I need to rely on my mobile data to watch stuff on my PS4 because half the time @TalkTalk is weak as hell. WIFI AND Ethernet cable and it’s too weak to connect.
