    @TalkTalk I’m enquiring as to whats going on with my complaint ref no CMP-342203. You have left me without broadband since 29th September & 2 new orders placed which have been rejected.

    In the latest episode of the broadband **** show, an engineer from @talktalk was meant to turn up and install a new line today. Nobody showed up, and Customer Support is telling me no one will come until 9 December.

    @TalkTalk I am well.the solution is left your service & i shouldnt get a bill.I rang 3 times and went online to upgrade after i had Fibre installed.kept getting tossed from person to person i even said many times "i want to stay with you" then kept being on hold. maybe see you in 3 years?

    @Bru2cefan @TalkTalk If you haven’t already try a new router! They won’t admit it but their standard routers are awful and not fit for purpose!

    @TalkTalk Still cant get my cancellation sorted after another 2 hours on the phone! Have a university module to be in the end of this month and need internet!! Seems like your trying to punish me for cancelling. It's my right to cancel if I want. Why should I have to wait

    @Marcwills15 @TalkTalk I feel for you. I'm on day three of trying to cancel mine as well. Nearly 4 hours online 20 minutes on the phone. I've got until the 18th of Nov to cancel so fingers crossed. Good luck

    @TalkTalk thats the problem.wanted full fibre & benefits from the speed. had it installed & tried for at least 2 weeks get package then gave up & went elsewhere. my mobile contract is out now 25 years been with EE (was with them with Orange) now that goes to @VodafoneGroup tomorrow.
