    @TalkTalk connection issues again, i can't get on live chat, and connection keeps dropping. 5 times a day at least. There isn't a problem with equipment but unless I get some sense from someone I will be cancelling contract early. 12 months of this is not on!

    @TalkTalk No broadband since Sunday. Please can someone respond to my DMs? I sent a DM on Sunday (you responded to say you can’t help right now due to maintenance) but should be resolved. DM’d Monday and Tuesday and no one is responding.

    @TalkTalk Cityfibre have installed fibre network in the area over a year ago and have 4 suppliers. No Talktalk. So whatever happened to #TalkTalk ? Do they use CityFibre? #GLASGOW
