@TalkTalk pathetic service. Took my new order,started transfer from my existing supplier, realised they cannot offer services, cancelled order without notifying me or my supplier. Now I am left without internet and that might be the case for next 3 weeks. Own up and fix the mess.

Nothing like having to pull out of a recording session because @TalkTalk goes down overnight and there's no-one anywhere to assist. Call back at 9am? It's the 21st Century, a global online community! Not at 3am apparently.

@TalkTalk your customer service is awful! Have been trying to get in contact to speak to a human being for last hour. I had an openreach engineer out to fix my broadband. He has told me it is a fault with the WiFi hub and i will need to ring yourselves to order a new one.
