    @TalkTalk Any chance of sorting out the internet outage in the BT35 area. No internet from Xmas day and trying to get speaking to your customer care team is a joke. Disgraceful that it’s now out 4 days.

    @TalkTalk It never gets resolved though, I just get sent round in circles, with no actual help or compensation for the lack of service... Think I'll just look at other offers at this point

    Customer service from @TalkTalk has got to be the worst of the worst. Reckon I'd have more chance of having a chat to The Queen on the phone than getting an answer from them. Not what you need over Christmas with a house full of kids.
