    @TalkTalk I tried. Despite almost £37 a month coming out of our bank account (which I proved) they asked how I was billed? We haven’t had a bill for years? Sorry can’t help you then was their reply. Unbelievable. Can’t wait to change provider

    @TalkTalk Connection hasn’t been working all day, used my mobile data to use your troubleshooter just to be told the problem can’t be helped, and live chat isn’t working either.

    .@TalkTalk my router is showing the white LED to suggest it's all working and the service centre isn't showing any problems, but it just won't connect to the internet and the speed has been consistently lower than the guaranteed speed over the past few days. Any ideas?

    @joelycett I’ve been attempting to switch providers from @TalkTalk they have made it impossible for us to switch. Providers can’t find the line so they can’t place the order. I have been round in circles and have now threatened Ombudsman Services. Help?!

    @TalkTalk WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Despite trying since OCTOBER to cancel my contract, finally managed to do it in December. Have had numerous conversations having to repeat everything EACH TIME. Finally paid my FINAL BILL yesterday only to just receive yet ANOTHER email!
