    @TalkTalk this publicity stunt about switching to talk talk from BT with uninterrupted service is a con. I still have no internet from TT and it’s more than 24 hours since I plugged in. Very frustrating!

    @TalkTalk I am so angry. You need to contact me ASAP. I have had no end of issues with you. For that I was promised a £50 credit note. Which I haven’t had. I’m sick of contacting you. I also was supposed to receive a call back from complaints team (someone called Nadia which I haven’t had!

    @TalkTalk stay away from this company! They allow you to start up with ease when you are trying to cancel your account no one answering the phone will do it as it is a red mark against their name!!

    @TalkTalk my internet has been disrupted all week. Despite multiple phone calls you have done nothing to rectify. I have been forced to travel into the office. I will be submitting a formal complaint. Fix it or I’ll ensure all of Twitter is aware of your dreadful customer service

    @TalkTalk as predicted, no service despite hours of discussion with multiple people yesterday. This is on top of being charged for two accounts and being forced into a new contract to move home.

    🚨 HELP NEEDED 🚨 anyone have a #broadband provider they are actually happy with? @TalkTalk have left me without Internet access since I moved on 22nd Feb. Shocked by how bad the "service" is leaving a customer disconnected for weeks without comms or explanation in a pandemic!
