    @Innocentprisona Mine finished as its been 18 months and I even told them I want to change, cancel it which they agreed and today I see extra taking out much out of my account. #Talktalk need to fix up

    @talktalk pt 2 of message.... When I rang to cancel I was told I would have to pay until the end of the month despite my contract ending on 13th as I have to give 30 days notice. You never informed me via email until after 30 days that my contract was ending. Not fair. @Ofcom

    Recommended my 74 year old father to go to @TalkTalk for fibre broadband, wish I hadn’t bothered, install the equipment, engineer leaves, we try to setup and doesn’t work!!! 3 hours onto customer care and still not sorted, & online chat function doesn’t even work!!

    @TalkTalk Internet down again and contacting talk talk zero result looks like I will be moving to another provider

    If anyone is going through the same situation with @TalkTalk, having no internet. them they instantly saying that the issue is my house when others customers are experiencing the same. this company does not care. they care about one thing and one thing only, money.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is horrendous. Half your separateness close when people are working. Hours on the phone then cut off. No resolution to an ongoing problem since July last year. Will be in touch with @Ofcom
