  @TalkTalk Once again I find myself having to report TalkTalk to ofcom. Not only did this company expose it's customer details to hackers on at least 3 (THREE) occasions, they also make it awkward to port landline numbers to superior service providers. A disgusting company

  @TalkTalk the broadband has to be one of the worst I've come across. £50.00 a month and for what? Broadband that continually drops out and is not fit for service. I'm sick of paying for not only broadband but additional mobile charges as the broadband drops out and uses my data

  @TalkTalk is the worst. My 93 year old mother’s phone and broadband has been out of service for 10 days. She can’t receive calls for medical appointments. I have called EVERY DAY - nothing but excuses and lies - from them WHEN they don’t cut me off thar is. #Disgraceful

  @TalkTalk Recently had fibre installed, but had no internet all day today. (Red light on eero, multiple resets/restarts). Had no confirmation email, so have no account number to be able to lodge an issue. Could you provide any assistance?

  @bluehorizons290 @Facts0601 I dont trust them. Its not about that. those press statements were the definition of PR talktalk because they knew they would never be tested. It took hours for the WA court and DoJ to move on it. Those Govs know how this works.

  @TalkTalk hey! Please advise my wife @JustH80 why your Mickey Mouse organisation is charging us £107 as a ‘commitment breakage fee’, when we have it in writing that you have cancelled the contract and there is nothing to pay? Tin pot seems too good to describe your service.
