    @TalkTalk It doesn't. I think it's not a problem with my device ,as I've looked at my local Facebook page and a lot of people are complaining

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon

    @status_is_down TalkTalk do not have a customer service number do you can speak to them. It's a the problem when something goes wrong and you can't get any help.

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    You know how everyone takes to Twitter to whinge about things! ….. I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!
