@TalkTalk so after a year of complaining about slow internet finally cancelled with you guys as it never improved. Vodafone sent an engineer and said there is a Cap on the line would have been good if you guys sent an engineer.

Hi @Ofcom it's taken 29days for @TalkTalk to fix my broadband issue .now they are only offering me £8 compensation .Is this correct because your website states it's £8 a day 🤔

@TalkTalk All I have done since I joined you was “Talk and Talk”. Have been with you for just over 5 months, during this time I have spent over 10 hours on the phone just trying to solve my connection problems. I have had 3 TalkTalk Engineers and 3 Open Reach Engineers visits

@TalkTalk are you having issues in North/East London area since Thurs evening? Connection is intermittent, IP address changing constantly and traffic being re-routed via Leeds end point. Any knowledge of a situation as its causing me work system havoc?
