@TalkTalk I've been told this every day since fault reported on 17thMarch I've checked with Openreach and they have advised that an engineer is issues to work the job today so we would need to check back for an update on Monday. Thanks, Andy

Bought a new broadband package from @TalkTalk on 4th March, with a go live date of 21st. 21st came and went and not only did TalkTalk not attend to install my service, I had to chase them on 22nd to find out why. Turns out @WeAreOpenreach hadn't done the external work. (1/...)

The worst service by @TalkTalk tried cancelling my account with them but all I get is a dropped line once I’m transferred have to provide 30 days notice so still being charged disgusting will be going to the financial ombudsman as I am still being charged and not able to cancel

@TalkTalk my router is not working. I’ve reset it it’s been flashing white and orange for a while and sometimes stays on solid orange. Can’t find wifi in settings on my phone. What should I do ?
