    @TalkTalk Already spent the obligatory 40 minutes sorting it. Still not confident I’ve heard the last. Also I never got an apology for the fact the engineer never turned up yet claimed he waited 15 minutes at the door 🤬🙄

    @TalkTalk This is what I thought. After asking to reach out @TalkTalk once again disappointed. Did not even try. Leave when you can. They don’t deserve your loyalty worst #experience

    @TalkTalk Honest to god I have been with TalkTalk since 2007 and I’ve never had a worse experience as I have today!! I haven’t had internet for six weeks and yet you land a £41 bill on me.....Today I spent 2 hrs 30 mins on the phone to you and nothing!!!!!

    @TalkTalk @fairtelecoms No call Friday. No call Monday. No call yesterday. Back at work after today. 5 weeks of you asking meto provide info and failing to call when promised but STILL NOT FIXED MY SERVICE. #mentalhealthawareness
