    @TalkTalk I don't need it looked into, yous have been "looking into it" for 5 days and are "looking into it" for another 72 hours before I get another update never mind actually being connected

    @TalkTalk I’m surprised that 7 staff members are just bouncing around new customers without any regards! Nearly 1 hour on a call and I still have no sign of if I will ever receive service or I if can go head to cancel a service that’s never worked! Terrible

    @TalkTalk a company who doesn’t give a **** about customer loyalty all they care about is getting their money but don’t ask for it back because when they take two payments they keep it because they are thieves

    @TalkTalk TalkTalk have provided what was probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life. Their customer service is seriously shocking. I’d urge anyone not to take a contract with them, use a competitor. As soon as I can transition services I’ll be cancelling. #awful

    @TalkTalk Easily one of the worse switch overs I’ve ever experienced this would be the 6 person on one call just to get our internet up and running since Monday! All we did was order a service and have had to spend hours on the phone and still have no idea if I’ll get service!
