    @TalkTalk hi! I've had to cancel my debit card due to fraud. I've got a new one on the way, should be there within 5 working days. However my card payment to you is due shortly after. I'm worried my new card won't reach me in time for your payment to be changed. What do I do?

    @TalkTalk Your customer service is shockingly bad. Your internet service is shockingly bad. Had the phone put down on me. The service has been shocking for months you haven’t done one thing to help. I’ll I’ve been told on the phone is charge for this charge for that.

    @TalkTalk 5 weeks, time for the annual broadband crash again! Done EVERY trouble shooting option and nothing! The second my contract is expired I'm leaving this crap service.

    @TalkTalk been on call now for 28 mins AGAIN to idiots in SA - your customer support is a joke. Logged a call with Bridget Tuesday - she did nothing after the call. Your broadband and customer service are not fit for purpose. Complaints are managed by the same valueless idiots.
