    @TalkTalk What's the crack here? Not been able to connect to any servers for gaming for 6 hours, my dad's struggling to connect to the various work VPNs etc. in order to work from home - your tweets say issues resolved but not really seeing the effect of any resolutions.

    @talktalk please could I have a number to ring to actually speak to someone. My in-laws broadband speed is abysmal and ringing the support number does nothing to help.

    @TalkTalk Is there someone there who can help please? Have had no landline and intermittent broadband for 7 days now. Had 2 visits from Openreach and a message to say the line is repaired but it doesn’t work. Got cut off from live chat after 30 mins of getting nowhere. HELP!

    @TalkTalk been on hold for an hour, rang on a different phone whilst still on hold. Being refused to be put through to a manager. This is absolutely vile. 4th time trying to sort this now. Anyone thinking of using talk talk. Don’t. Worst mistake of my life.

    @TalkTalk I have been sent a new router which I have not asked for and will never use. Not very environmentally friendly and something that will end up being recycled. Are you able to take them back.
