So My House Burnt Down And I Thought The Least They Could Do Is Freeze My Broadband For A Few Month … Instead They Just Want Hang Up On Me When Approached For An Account Freeze, And Tell Me I Must Pay As I Signed A 12 Month Contract @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 👍🏻 💩 company

@OpenreachHelp & @TalkTalk please help a young working family of 4 with no internet for 9+wks. 18+hrs on calls. 5 pushed fix dates. No one taking responsibly. Can't book covid tests, buy nappies, fill in new school forms or WFH. We rely on internet so we rely on you. Pls help us

@virginmedia If you could explain that in English then that be great. I also won’t be purchasing anything additional as this problem doesn’t occur on any other WiFi provider. Colleagues of mine are with SKY, BT, EE, TalkTalk and don’t have this issue.

@TalkTalk Trying to talk to your customer service team is like talking to a door they have yelled and spoken over us lied to us 2 people have said different things and hung up the phone on us great company.

@TalkTalk Not fixed, but the lovely engineer diagnosed the router had broken due to no fault of my own. Bit of a kick in the teeth it'll take 3-5 days for a new router when I work from home + the expense of buying more mobile data due to faulty #TalkTalk tech 😩
