  I advise everyone to stay away from @TalkTalk I’ve not had internet since Friday. They’re customer service teams are AWFUL. Hung up on me 3 times after asking to speak to a manager. I’m so so appalled by the way I’ve been treated by 8 different people!!!!!!!!

  @TalkTalk connection issues again, i can't get on live chat, and connection keeps dropping. 5 times a day at least. There isn't a problem with equipment but unless I get some sense from someone I will be cancelling contract early. 12 months of this is not on!

  @TalkTalk I have faced the worst ever customer experience. I stayed on a call for more than one hour and representatives were transferring my call to one another. Why this has happened??

  @TalkTalk our broadband went down early on Sunday. You will be aware of that. When will it be back on? This is appalling, and appalling customer service.

  @djminuteUK @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did this to me. Every department said they wasn’t able to handle my query and passed me around. Huge problems on the line, unable to hear them, too quiet, 5 second delay on the phone. Cancelled multiple times and not actually cancelled
