If you are offered the upgrade to the fastest, most reliable broadband from Talktalk don’t bother …we have had no internet since our installation and am on my 3rd phone call They can’t help because I can’t give them ALL the security answers - need internet to check my answers

@TalkTalk No point really! No fibre outside in the pavement! Copper wire to house has been in since 1940. Max speed 16mps despite what websites say. Now can you help?

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live Three times in the last 8 years, I've had a phone call from TalkTalk telling me there was a better service/£ option. I never get phone calls from other services/insurances/energy companies telling me to move to a better plan in their own company - they prefer I paid more.

@TalkTalk Can't believe I've been disconnected for no reason, been on the phone with them for 2hrs still no resolution, my Internet is SO important. Spoke to at 6 different people and no-one can flick a switch and reconnect me. Never missed a payment. Shambles.
