@TalkTalk have the worst online customer experience. Purposely hiding their contact info and online chat to force you to go to the community answer where they answers ain’t there. Time for a new provider I think.

@TalkTalk Hi. Since I bought a new router from you with new contract it keeps dropping down to 2mbs regularly and I've been having to reboot it daily. Any ideas? Old router was fine.

@TalkTalk Hi, internet just went down in Wokingham, did a line test suggesting it will take 2-3 days for an engineer as it’s a problem between the exchange and the house. Anything else that can be done?

7 days without internet, still no resolution trying to talk to a advisor on the phone or on live chat is impossible, there’s me thinking we lived in the 21st century and a world of technology @TalkTalk
