  @TalkTalk No, you're not. Your call center tells me you're closed. Your 'test' tells me there's no problem with my broadband when there is. You tell me to visit your website when my broadband won't load ANY pages. This is not what I pay you for 😡 What am I supposed to do now?

  @TalkTalk No further assistance needed. The issue is fixed 🎉 I was THANKING @TalkTalk for speedy service - as service was restored within 7 hours, rather than 2/3 days as promised..

  So @TalkTalk, I'm currently tethered to my iPhone to access the internet at home because, despite resetting the router three times and a call to speak to someone at your organisation, your home broadband service just isn't proving reliable.

  @TalkTalk my internet has been down since Monday, been told it’s my router and line is working by online chat. Then get a txt saying an engineer is working on the line. Can someone please tell me what it is? Hertfordshire area.

  @TalkTalk Your customer service is absolutely abysmal and useless, you lie and are dishonest. My broadband installation was meant to be on 05.1.22 but still waiting, not an email or phone call from you..all they care about is customers’ money.

  @TalkTalk had to leave when I moved in Nov; you didn't cover my whole flat, I tried a "booster" box but to no joy. For the last 3 months I've been trying to get a refund on the box I returned, I have the proof its been received. Several of your team have tried, please HELP!
