    Cancelled #talktalk over a month ago. Conveniently they didn’t register the call .. now paying an extra month fee to cancel Again.. terrible broadband and terrible customer service.

    Can anyone recommend an internet provider that isn't useless? Because anytime I've had to contact @TalkTalk it's been a nightmare and now they're trying to charge me £50 to send an engineer for a problem that is clearly with their equipment.

    Is it possible for any company to have worse customer service than TalkTalk? I don't think so. (sent from my 5G phone, via hotspot, since TalkTalk Internet is down AGAIN!).

    @OpenreachHelp hi, we had a powercut yesterday.we have no internet through our fttp fibre.spoke with talktalk and said you have put a block on the line. My wife is an on call social worker so relies on wifi calling due to no mobile reception.please help

    @TalkTalk just spoke to someone, was very rude and blunt, does not know why I have a issue and jumped to just arranging a engineer. Third time this year iv had a engineer. 😡

    We're now a week into having poor speeds, the replacement microfilter is doing nothing and all @TalkTalk are going to do is monitor it for the next 24 hours...
