@TalkTalk Since our broadband went down for a day or so at the start of the week our speeds and stability have been basically unusable. Is the issue caused by openreach in Oxford still ongoing?

Only been with @TalkTalk since 1st Feb and already we're seriously considering cancelling. Ridiculously slow speeds, won't allow us to upgrade to fibre (say it's unavailable, which is very doubtful...) and tried to charge £50 for a router we were told was free. Not a great start!

honestly would not be using #talktalk if it wasn't for pandemic, (switching in this would be hard) worst service, regular fault. terrible first line support, cutting off from calls, never calling back. #awful hope you're getting this @TalkTalk it's not even cheap.
