@TalkTalk Ive explained what’s happened. You cocked up the switch, left us with no internet over Christmas, then sent us a bill for over £200 when we decided to move to a different provider based on the poor service within our grace period. I’ve not come here for support.

  • SeanChriscole Sean Chriscole (@SeanChriscole) reported

@TalkTalk Can we get someone to perform a line test on my Mum's internet connection, please? This is the 3rd time the router won't let us connect to certain websites and our speed is slow. Turned 5GHZ off just in case. Whenever it rains, the internet suffers.

  • shlley1272 Michelle McAneny (@shlley1272) reported

@TalkTalk Again, not here for you to take ‘action’ whatever that means. Don’t assume that no one in Talk Talk has already tried to ‘take action’ Putting my experience up on here in the hope it makes potential customers realise that Talk Talk is a **** company.

@TalkTalk Appalled by lack of service and false promises leaving us without internet for two and a half weeks. Seriously disappointing - what are you going to do about it? #talktalk

  • CarolinadeAlm Carolina de Almeida (@CarolinadeAlm) reported

@KearaLynch TalkTalk are dreadful!! I had them a few years ago and swore never again. Make sure you demand some form of discount for the poor service!

  • theungoliant Adam Kay (@theungoliant) reported

@TalkTalk Wow, looks like you’ve got a bit of a reputation for winding people up. Why would you charge a customer over £200 to leave despite not giving them any internet?
