    @TalkTalk you're absolutely cheeky, sending me an email this morning saying my WiFi is increasing by 3 quid, considering it was down all yesterday morning with no communication! The cheek and nerve 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk glitchy slow WiFi for hours now. On off on router. Hard chat on live chat. Followed all instructions. Still same this morn. Paying alot each month. They said an issue & did tests. Its not resolved. How & when please???

    @TalkTalk I had no WiFi and because in my area there’s hardly any signal I couldn’t check with you on line so my option was to call you only to being told that you’re not open. Is it too hard to leave us a message to let us know that there is an issue?

    Beware TalkTalk. What a diabolical experience I've just had with TalkTalk. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
