    Yesterday I called to cancel an upgrade with @TalkTalk because I am moving when my present contract ends. I was told that the order had not been processed. Today I got a text to say that the upgrade would be going live Feb20. Does their left hand know what the right is doing?

    Hello @TalkTalk me again! I’ve just spent another 100 minutes on chat. I have 2 very simple queries about items on my bill. But nobody was able to help. What should I do? Other than DM you again and spend ages on that. Can someone call me perhaps? It might restore a little faith

    @TalkTalk I’ve had two engineers out and three hours after the last one came today our internet is not working again. Been on hold for 20 mins and every time I try the talk talk account on my phone it says I can’t log in because of ‘technical issues’. Very frustrated- help!
