Hey @talktalk I sent y’all a dm. Why is my internet still cutting in and out? The maintenance ended at 8am, yet it is almost 3, and I cannot get my work done for this internet constantly not working.

@TalkTalk I was on your live chat service earlier and was told you'd disconnected my account (all bills are up to date!). The website timed out due to inactivity (???) and booted me out of the chat. Now I can't reconnect to the chat, can you tell me what's going on please?

@TalkTalk That’s great apart from the 3 working day lead time on an engineer whilst 2 people try to work from home. Only had the service a couple of weeks and had more issues than 18 months with Sky

@TalkTalk I can now access my account, through passwords. I cannot see my charges. You haven't told me why my passwords keep changing yet. @GoogleUK can you help with explaining auto fill? Can you change my passwords without my permission? @wytradstandards
