    Just has some door to door sales people for I think it was @TalkTalk trying to get me to sign up for something and give my bank details on the doorstep saying they aren't setting anything up and I can cancel but they need my bank details. Sounded suspicious to me.

    @sarsapamander @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis possible scammers claiming to be from talk talk. See previous comments in this thread. Talktalk not reading and sending suto reply to DM when I'm not a customer. I'm concerned about dodgie practice & possibly scammers

    @TalkTalk NR19 area, no Internet for 4-5days! Logged 2 complaints and still nothing! We're paying £50+ a month for what? I have teenagers needing to revise for GCSE's! Poor service so far!

    @virginmedia Hang on I’ve already spoken to your staff at Virgin Media AND Virgin Mobile and NEITHER know why these payments have been deducted so if you don’t know then I don’t stand a chance really do I? I wouldn’t advise anyone to take out a virgin contract & to use @TalkTalk or #Sky

    So yeah if you’re with @TalkTalk and in the Lancs area then yeah it’s down and they know about it apparently it’s a fault with the exchange or something. Be good if your provider actually told customers though as otherwise think it’s just yours. I need it for work tbf.

    @sarsapamander @TalkTalk Exactly. That's what made me suspicious. I said at the start of wsnt to read a contract before I sign up for anything and they said they could send me it, but only after I signed up, gave my details and then could call a number to cancel if I change my mind. Highly suspicious
