@TalkTalk Talktalk, my internet is not working!!! Your city fibre people came to install fibre optic broadband in my house yesterday 1pm and ever since then- nothing is working, no internet no phone! Called you guys yesterday evening and 4 times today - 1/10 customer service. Please sort!

@TalkTalk My family has had issues with your broadband for months and have asked you to fix it for months. The customer service has been dire. On several occasions we have had you say you will phone us and you haven't. Anyone who sees this tweet do not use TalkTalk.

Do not go with @TalkTalk for@your internet providers the customer service is absolutely shocking. They have cut our internet after we upgraded with them. Now they say we have cancelled????

@TalkTalk Contacted you via DM ref lack of any response to an issue since 18th November. You confirmed my security details etc at 11:58 but - almost 2 hours later - still no further communication. How much longer am I supposed to wait, constantly checking my DMs?

Internet Matters is one of the UKs main internet safety organisations. They never discourage parents from giving their children smartphones. Why? Because they are partnered with with Google, TalkTalk, O2, BT and Virgin so they can't.
