    After my first complaint of no broadband today, @TalkTalk sent me a DM at 16.19, asking me to contact them via a link. I tried immediately, and regularly through the afternoon and evening, to no effect. They finally contacted me at 21.30, to tell me that they finish at 22.00.

    @TalkTalk Hi, my fibre internet has been dropping throughout the day, it’s been happening every half hour and slowly returns. I did all the online checks and my account claims there’s no issue. Do you know any solutions? I can’t do much because it’s disconnected as much as not.

    @xXandi_louXx @CISASUK How did you get along with CISAS? I am heading to them.. after finding that: - talktalk support is almost all automated computer bots - talktalk few staff follow the same faulty fault process - talktalk lie about contract law and their responsibilities

    @TalkTalk can you please provide an email to complaints department your team have upgraded my service without my concent... i was assured the issue was corrected 2 weeks ago and now it isn’t

    So when you cancel your contract with @TalkTalk due to then increasing prices even tho the ads said fixed price for 18 months they constantly harass you with phone call after phone call from 0330 127 8902 #fail #talktalk #goaway

    @TalkTalk @iCAdam Your service isn't reliable nor is it stable, for the last two days I've barely had a connection yet I'm being told its my home set up to blame! You're not providing the service your clients expect for their money. We're all paying for this over and above agreed costs!

    @TalkTalk I will cancel my contract with you. I spent ages waiting on the phone, you are apparently unable to update renew my current contract to a cheaper one. Each time, I call you I'm told there's a problem on my account and you can't update it then you let me wait for ages.

    @TheDukez this is why I left BT & use TalkTalk now since Virgin Media isn't available to my house, but everyone else on my street can have it, damn it expansion plan XD
