  @VodafoneUK @TalkTalk Good question. Not really- they cancelled my appointment and have rebooked. We now have an engineer coming out- been told if we miss an appointment, we might have to pay a missed appointment charge. Good luck to head office- complaint coming- terrible service

  @TalkTalk Problem not fixed after repeated calls to talk talk after a week ago turned up today and still got it wrong. Someone in the UK call me to sort this issue out

  @TalkTalk - I want to make a formal complaint about the renewal of my existing Talk Talk contract. Your Indian based call centre staff have both deliberately misled and lied to me what was actually agreed, and I have a transcript of the conversations to prove it. 😠😡

  @TalkTalk are there issues with dropouts in North East Wales as I'm working from home and my Internet keeps dropping while in meetings which is a bit embarrassing.

  @TalkTalk sadly not - raised a case with @CityFibre as i have called about 10 times and just seem to go around and around. The UFO service boasted about it support, but now it seems to be a bit of joke

  @TalkTalk For starters, U can put me onto the contract I requested and not a more expensive package...and secondly, you can stop trying to hustle out of my heard earned money with snail slow internet service...plus 'admin penalty'! The bill is paid! So I can charge for slow internet???
