  @TalkTalk I keep trying to make a complaint on the phone. I’ve made 3 phone calls and no one understands and helps. How do I make a complaint please? I’m paying for a service I don’t have. Been waiting for an engineer for 3 weeks and the dates changed 4 times without telling me.

  @TalkTalk Hi. Was wondering if you can please help..my you viewbox wont play itv, C4 or C5 programmes on catchup. Tried updating apps, factory settings etc. Just plays ads at start of programme but wont play the actual programme. How do I resolve this? Thanks.

  @TalkTalk what’s the deal with the letter saying you’ll fine me £50 for not returning my old router? Surely I’ve paid for this bit of kit many times over during my contract? How about I fine you for attempting to put my contract up by £15 per month for exactly the same service!!!

  @TalkTalk you seem to be having a problem. Nationwide with your ability to provide Internet. This is twice in 3 days. Please give your maintenance team a telling off. Its reminding me of virgin medias bad service.
