An absolute joke of a service by @TalkTalk broadband due in on the 6th, then the 8th then had to rebook engineer visit for today between 8am and 1. Engineer was a no show and they can't make it today, back tomorrow with and update and re book engineer. customer service is a joke

@TalkTalk I don't see the point I have rang up so many times about my Internet and nothing changed in the last past year. I'm paying for a service that I am not receiving. My contract ends in July so I will be switching Internet provider.

@TalkTalk you have just sent me an email inviting me to claim a free gift if I renew my contract which dies not expire until 2023.... I renewed my contract with you last week!! As a long standing customer do I qualify for this gift!!!!!
