@eric81409193 @TalkTalk I think they've all f**ked off home mate. Terrible customer service *checks when my contract is up* the non-service has really impacted North Manchester today. I'm just wondering what's taking so long to diagnose the fault? Maybe they should see how other companies run.

Honestly **** @TalkTalk internet was okay at best at the old home but almost every night since moving last month the internet cuts out. Countless times I’ve reported it and nothing!!

@TalkTalk Still no internet 24 hours on due to the outage in Manchester. Having to drive to Liverpool to work because there is no internet or phone line. Don’t tell me to DM, you haven’t been able to help. Note that compensation towards our bills won’t start until Wednesday!

@TalkTalk 22 hours without net is unacceptable. When will service be restored and how much will the compensation be for not being able to use what is something WE PAY you to supply.
