Be Warned, if you are considering having @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup future-fibre. The staff tell lies, give out misinformation, make promises & don't keep them. YOU will end up having to make many many phone calls to try & sort out their chaos. its the worst service of any company

@TalkTalk Come on @TalkTalk #TalkTalk you need to explain how you can sell a product and then not provide that product and put a small disclaimer way down in the contract so you can ignore a complaint. I sent an email but apparently you dont read them.

@TalkTalk @Vripzle Yes, also in yo24 and our UFO service has been down for about 2 hours. We had a message.a few weeks ago saying UFO was ending...can you please.confirm that it hasn't just been switched off? And is it likely to back by tomorrow am? Just trying to plan from where to work.

@TalkTalk "When we say goodbye to 3G in 2023, your current phone will still allow you to send texts and make calls, but your data service will be significantly affected. Switching to a 4G phone will give you the best possible connection." This is mis-selling. Please stop.
