    @TalkTalk tried to cancel via account view, not possible. Tried to cancel via chat, not possible. Called on Monday to cancel, systems down so can't process it. Deadline of 15th April to cancel, unacceptable how difficult it is. Will be cancelling direct debit, only way to stop!

    @OpenreachHelp The solid answer, seems to be, avoid TalkTalk at all costs.. they do not operate helpfully - a parallel to you here on Twitter. TalkTalk is, presumably, among the very worst of providers.. ? “We can’t monitor your connection for intermittent faults..” as if it requires 24/7 staff

    So @talktalk tried to put up my bill mid contract, but said I could leave penalty free, so I did, then they charged me anyway, but they promised to cancel the charge, today they took the money anyway. Terrible company and now I've got to spend another 2 hours sorting this. Avoid!

    @TalkTalk So you keep saying. Will you promise if I do that again, someone from exec team will call at an arranged time. NOT TECH OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CANT HELP.

    @TalkTalk So you’re gonna send me back to tech team arent you? The same dept who cant fix it, sent me false texts for last two weeks, didnt actually call me then closed complaint. No thanks. @fairtelecoms

    @talktalk making me scream today. Just a simple request to make sure I can port my telephone number when I install fibre to the property broadband. On going saga since before xmas, due for installation tomorrow and NOW there is a problem!!

    @TalkTalk And its not my feelings that are the issue. I just want to use the service I’m paying for. Not much to ask really. 14 days of promised callbacks and then close case without even speaking to me or fixing it.Not very good is it?
