Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!

Angus (@Angus_02) reported@TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.
