@TalkTalk why don’t you publish a clear concise dashboard of problem areas & a month ahead activities which impact clients? Or simply email your clients before you drop them off the network? I see no mention of my post code TN4 0PX even after speaking to someone at 9am.

@nicklewis30 @TalkTalk No not from talktalk. I phoned Utility Warehouse who our account is with and they said there’s a big outage in Maidstone and surrounding areas which they’re working on.

@TalkTalk I have been ringing the helpline numbers for several days at various times to be told to phone back in a couple of hours and my call is terminated. Basically you are not answering any calls what a good way to not sort people's problems. Can I move to Sky?
