@TalkTalk Thank you, my in laws have asked for help in regards to their talk talk as their is a fault in their controller and they were promised they’d be contacted but they haven’t been! Can you contact them please they are OAPs

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup line fault which impacts on lots of customers locally and you won’t send out engineers for 3 working days!!!! This is the modern world - you are supposed to be a communications company - what sort of customer service is that ? No internet - can’t work!

@savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I exercised my rights under cancellation policy with talktalk - I recognised I didn’t want to be stuck with them for 18 months when I realised how bad their customer service was. Sounds like not much has changed
