    I love Killers, cults and Queens podcast so much with @CherylHoleQueen but the CONSTANT adverts for @TalkTalk do my nut in. So loud, obtrusive and annoying. Make me never want to buy from @TalkTalk and put me off the podcast

    @TalkTalk Thank you, my in laws have asked for help in regards to their talk talk as their is a fault in their controller and they were promised they’d be contacted but they haven’t been! Can you contact them please they are OAPs

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup line fault which impacts on lots of customers locally and you won’t send out engineers for 3 working days!!!! This is the modern world - you are supposed to be a communications company - what sort of customer service is that ? No internet - can’t work!

    @james170969 @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk They really updated my email- but then they asked about security question I gave them the updated email- they sorry we can’t proceed- you have to hang up and call again. I was what is the difference?! Silly really

    @savanQadir @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk I exercised my rights under cancellation policy with talktalk - I recognised I didn’t want to be stuck with them for 18 months when I realised how bad their customer service was. Sounds like not much has changed

    @TalkTalk our internet has gone down in the cotteridge area of Birmingham is there a reason for this or can we do something to get it started again ?
