    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk your line diagnosis does not work on the future broadband solution. Tried to make contact via the phone but keeps cutting off. No internet now for 90 minutes, totally unacceptable as there is no information online of the current status.

    It's 2022 right? It should be easy to close utility accounts online, without waiting hours to get through to a call centre. @edfenergy have been amazingly helpful so far. #stars @TalkTalk have been totally rubbish, have to raise a complaint to close an account.#idiots

    @TalkTalk Just changed my broadband to talk talk 2 days ago and although I am happy with the speed and its much better than my previous supplier vigin, I may have to cancel (14 day period) due to virgine medias $226 cancel fee that I cant afford to pay. I'd appreciate advice o this.

    @TalkTalk I am try to contact you. When I am phoning to cancel because you have not installed as promised you just hang up. Such poor service.

    @TalkTalk I have never experienced less helpfulness than I have trying to speak to your employees. No internet since 21st February and every time I contact you I just keep getting fobbed off, it’s not your fault and to check back in 2 working days when there’s still no update! 😡
