    Why is TalkTalk so damn inefficient…why do I have to pay cancellation fee to TalkTalk and get another company to open a new account with TalkTalk makes no sense!!!! Very angry

    @TalkTalk As you have increased my bill cos I'm out of contract I have switched to Vodafone, its not just cos of the increase. your service is shite so that too is a contributing factor. Stop overcharging loyal customers.

    @TalkTalk 🤬 day 3 of trying to get through and still automation cats me off and says call back in 2 hours want to upgrade the upgrade wtaf I’m done why have a service provider I can’t contact

    Joining @TalkTalk was the biggest mistake! It’s like talking to a brick wall, just constantly going round in circles!! Still waiting to speak to a manager about a complaint about a product fraudulently being added to our account now daily wifi issues. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!

    @TalkTalk New customer here. We were promised our broadband would be set up 2 weeks ago now. We are still no nearer to a solution after being told multiple times that an engineer would be coming out. It’s appalling customer service.
