    I am so sick of @TalkTalk. Seriously. I’m on a rolling monthly contract. I want to cancel it. If you knew how difficult they make it. It’s absolutely disgraceful.

    Don’t waste time or money with @TalkTalk out of contract and can’t do anything to help because I don’t have a broadband connection anymore. Called to cancel and someone asked me to call tomorrow. Unacceptable I want a complaint raised.

    Hey @TalkTalk how’s it going? Im onto day 3 of no fibre broadband today with no signs of any resolution or confirmation of any engineer visit to try and resolve it. After over 4 hours of phone calls it’s still off What would you suggest is next please? Thanks

    No wifi AGAIN (North Bristol), another fault, and just 2 weeks after the last fault & wifi outage! Waiting to contact an engineer AGAIN tomorrow. 1st world problems I know but come on @TalkTalk sort your cables and service out, it’s not good enough! #twiceintwoweeks #poorservice

    @hedgehoghugh @TalkTalk I have spent days of my life trying to get in touch with a helpful person at TalkTalk. In the end, I found BT to have better customer service, but the signal was awful. Seems you can't have everything! Good luck!

    After the recent passing of my dad I’ve dealt with the bereavement teams at many service providers. Without a shadow of a doubt the assistance provided by @TalkTalk has been nothing short of appalling, hard to put into words, absolutely shameful.

    What an absolute joke you are @TalkTalk so far I have been on the phone for 1hr 45 with no resolution trying to charge me for something I haven’t had, unable to make a compliant, utter rubbish

    I am not surprised @TalkTalk has come out bottom of the Which report for service providers (publ this week). Spent hours every day trying to sort lineone account. Paid £50 for upgrade to TalkTalk mail 48 hours ago. Still cannot download mails from server. So 😡
