@TalkTalk Please be aware we've had intermittent internet service for 29 hours in the Bingley area and I see Bingley is listed for planned maintenance tonight. I sincerely hope your change release team is on top of the situation. I'm concerned matters will get worse rather than better.

@TalkTalk Yes. I had to speak to Openreach, because a colleague on your end didn’t. I have since been told that I even have to wait 9-days for somebody to get back to me about a complaint I made! It’s completely unacceptable.

@garyavfchorton @TalkTalk @number1daz I assume they work from a script that they’re not allowed to deviate from, so all of us would be made to jump through hoops ‘testing our line’ even though there are known issues - the last time I actually bothered DMing them and nearly lost my marbles!

@TalkTalk Any further news regarding Bingley? I've checked your service centre again but nothing helpful there. It's now 27 hours with hardly any connection. Please provide an update.

@TalkTalk From Openreach: I've checked the Bingley Exchange but there are no reports of any major issues. The fault could be more localised than that, such as an issue with the cabinet or junction box. If the provider ran diagnostics and found an external fault ... 1/2

@TalkTalk so again I wasn’t called as promised so I call again and after another 30 minute call I am told there was no problem after all and they can now progress my order. A full 16 days after my activation date. Worst service I’ve ever had!

@TalkTalk as I’ve told about 5 of your employees now, I don’t know my account details due to never needing them before this issue. Mandy (CEO team)has corresponded with me regarding this payout but ignored my last 3 emails. She could reply or just send another cheque. She has my address.

@TalkTalk I had my WiFi out of service for over a week in June & was told by customer service I will get compensation in my next bill but instead they increased my bill without even sending an email to let me know my contract had ended and they have increased the pricing@😡
