    @ClarkySpurs @TalkTalk Talktalk dont know what they r doing but somes they do ***** tricks when u say do not renew. They put phone down in middle of it. Then saybu didnt cancel. Then charge.then start oretending u have requested new board band when i did not. Fraud.

    OKAY @TalkTalk CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LITERALLY THE WORST - I BEG IF YOURE CONSIDERING GOING WITH THEM PLS DONT I’ve been paying for a year for internet that does not work and they refuse to cancel and take me in circles like a mug

    @TalkTalk I have no Internet for the second consecutive day in the cheetham hill area. What repairs are being done? What reimbursements will I get as I am not receiving the service I am paying for.

    @TalkTalk I'm still not making progress with the order. Over 2 hours on various customer services touch points today, sending me round in circles. I'll try again tomorrow but this is terrible service. Does anyone read your chat transcripts back?
