  @TalkTalk renewed my contract to the supposed reliable fast service. Delays in equipment arrival, issue with CBT box and told nothing until 12th August. Chat agent service is appalling

  Hey @TalkTalk, I rang on 17th July to cancel my contract & was told someone would call me to cancel it... They didn't. I rang again on Sat 30 July & was told that I would be called ASAP about it..... It didn't happen. Seriously not cool guys.

  @TalkTalk #customersatisfaction #CustomerExperience disappointing approach to customer service. Without service for 5 /6 days through no fault of my own- compensation £8.40 Need to be looking for a new provider after many years!

  @slightlydotty @TalkTalk My family had major issues with TalkTalk as well. It was virtually impossible to get them to change a name from a Maiden name to a married one. But we got there eventually.

  @TalkTalk biggest joke of an internet provider, every day I need to do live chats to have someone check the line. I’ve told them it’s an issue with the connection point they fitted, waited in for a booked engineer who never turned up. What am I actually paying for?
