    @TalkTalk I reported an outage yesterday. REP-12410652. This morning I checked the status of my problem on your site and it told me it was fixed. If this is correct why do I still have no phone or internet connection? Can you please tell me what is really going on

    @Shell I've had no Internet since midday 21st Jan. You aren't providing updates let alone saying there is a problem. I'm finding out via @TalkTalk who are keeping their customers up to date. Very bad customer service!

    @TalkTalk Whenever the internet goes down for days like this internet providers should be forced to cover the cost of our emergency data packs. As it stands you provide £5 for every 3 days the service is down. Data packs cost us way more than that. My Vodafone data pack cost £20 for 2 days

    Literally TalkTalk internet has been down in my town since yesterday, and still hasn’t been fixed. Thought a widespread issue like this would be a priority.

    @TalkTalk It's been 5 days to my go live date and still my wifi not working. Your service centre team booked a engineer visit who never arrive but closed by saying I was not available. Shame on you guys.

    @TalkTalk You’ve been charging my 80 year old mother for paper bills for years while sending the info to a dead email account. She’s completely stressed out. Looking for a new provider. + charging her £2 to call your support line? Well done. Avoid this Company.
