@Plusnet complained before that since I joined plusnet earlier this year internet has been constantly disconnecting and when it does connect it is so slow! Tried all of the things on support pages NOTHING helps never had any problems with talktalk where i was before. PLEASE sort it out

@TalkTalk So to recap: My internet speeds have been up and down for over 6 months. I call to complain and get passed around operators for 30 mins. My call is cut. Repeat 2-3 times... Almost as if you know I am want to cancel my service and you are just hanging up...

Dear @TalkTalk We have been broadband customers of yours for over 3 years and are moving. We cannot cancel our contract with you as we do not have the necessary password. Please can you advise on what to do🙏🤷
