@thekatwebb @TalkTalk No, you're not alone. Spent 12 odd hours either talking or messaging, no call back from manager and still a month on with no help and no internet... Frustrated doesn't come near to how I feel.

@TalkTalk Absolutley appalling service the last 4 days, internet speeds down to 5/10mbps when it should be at least 30/35mbps and latency when gaming has been through the roof hitting 2000+ms, unacceptable.

@TalkTalk We keep losing your internet connection, on more than 2 occasions for more than a day. I understand an Engineer is booked, but it’s looking as if it’ll take 2/3 days to fix.

@TalkTalk Hi, I've noticed in the last few days that our internet speed is about 10Mbps slower than it should be. Rebooted my router serveral times, and your service checker says no issues. Now seeing that the recommended speed for my area is 20.7 - 23 when we used to get (1/?)
