    @TalkTalk had a text saying your engineer is visiting on 16th to connect our internet, we were told over phone it would be the 8th and this is the only reason I am staying as my partner was with bt so we had to cancel 1 and stayed with tt because the eng could get to us 1st

    @TalkTalk Just moved home. Promised my internet would be swapped over and ready for the 1st Feb. Not working. @TalkTalk decide to undertake essential updates on a working day. What an utter bunch of inadequate *****. All responsible for today should be sacked.

    @SteveBe09019326 @TalkTalk My go live date was Friday after a house move and I still don’t have phone or internet. An engineer was meant to come this morning and never showed up, but of course with customer service down I can’t even chase that up.

    @TalkTalk If were not being connected on the 8th we might as well go back to bt and cancel tt instead as bt can get us on quicker
