    @TalkTalk I have been a customer for one week and STILL no internet. I was told it had been escalated to open reach but no it has been escalated to a ‘case manager’ first. So no one is actually fixing anything. And I have had to now buy data to work from home. FUMING. 🤬🤬🤬

    Existing @TalkTalk customer. Call today about upgrading to fibre BB installed in the area. Asked about price increases multiple times. Told it was fixed at 3.7% challenged if that was over inflation told no every time. Turns out it actually is.@MoneySavingExp Mis selling?

    So it took 3 long weeks upteen social media pokes 4 calls a engineer banging on my door for Hannah at the CEO office at @TalkTalk to tell me VIA email that my address had been removed from their system - I just received 2 more letters I AM NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER

    @TalkTalk is internet down in Kendal Cumbria? Had no service since lunch time and unable to process credit card payments.

    @TalkTalk Constant service outages because our router, despite servicing and upgrading drops off the internet numerous times a day costing me time and money. I’d like to email your complaints department please.

    @TalkTalk can anyone tell me how the “digital voice service” works? Is the £24 a month for everything or just the phone? Why do you not supply 2 telephones with this like BT do? Is my internet in this price?
