@TalkTalk I'm log in on mine talktalk account, I check internet connection, after that i saw report about our network foult, but i don't have any informatorom, somebody come to me and fix problem. I need to know who, and when, somebody come and repair internet.

Once again @TalkTalk providing absolutely shocking customer service. No broadband for 6 days, no calls & no info from you despite me spending hours messaging your teams every single day. Promised call tonight 6-8pm, 6:07pm text to say call tomorrow 4-6pm. Why? Shocking. @Ofcom

Changed from Virgin WiFi to @TalkTalk and the connection has been absolutely terrible. Disconnects around 3 times a day 🙃
