They've confirmed that the fault is with open talk, but no one has been out yet. He's been left with no internet for almost a week in a countryside village!

I have asked to cancel my service

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is absolutely shocking , I’ve been without my broadband for 7days and counting. Keep being told to be patient and it will be fixed tomorrow which it then isn’t
