  @TalkTalk do not go with this company they take money out of your account without letting you know for an engineers report that was,nt my fault but a 3rd parties i had been with them years but not anymore what happened to customer service and the £65 i could,nt afford to lose!

  Based on previous issues with @TalkTalk I have been required to commit over 50hrs in phone conversation and email over a two year period, this resulted in a hard fought refund for the duration but my wall was left with a giant hole and internet box left hanging by your engineers.

  @TalkTalk here to help? you could,nt help me when £65 was took out of my account for an engineer report when was,nt my fault was a local housing authority WDH so am out of pocket and now i have to chase them up to get it back disgusting!

  Second vaccine and the reestablishment of home internet all in the same day. Suffice to say, the service from our glorious NHS was better than that of TalkTalk.

  @talktalk Are open reach working on the line in the SA46 area.The connection is very unstable ?Please don’t pretend it’s an issue with our router, junction box,phone etc as these are all tested and functioning.
