    How on earth do I complain to @talktalk? My mother is having trouble with her broadband and the symptoms suggest a router issue but the idiots on the 'phone keep saying that nothing is wrong. She is vulnerable. Grrr.

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to get in touch with someone for around 10 days now to cancel my account as the contract has run out but have been unsuccessful. Now I've been slammed with extra charges on top of a bill I wanted cancelling 😡 not happy!!

    @TalkTalk what a total joke. Switch to Talk Talk from sky because cheaper and faster broadband service. No service since activation date no 4 weeks and have been charged for a months service

    Hi @TalkTalk. Got our new 4K tv box to replace our older one. How do you rewind live TV like we could on the old box and how do you start from the beginning of a programme? Holding down the OK button used to do this. Seems to be missing some of the functionality of the old box.

    @jejquade @TalkTalk My mother had similar issues with the bereavement department when dealing with my late father’s phone account in October. Shocking, insensitive service!

    @TalkTalk iv sent the DMs and listened to the call centre promising me calls back. Another day wasted no resolution from Talk Talk? I went from 27th October to 14th November with no internet now being told to pay £56 by 9th my sub is £22 and I'm paid up??
