    @TalkTalk can I speak to a real person? Preferably a manager? I've had two evenings of the very slow process of DMs with your agents.I still have the issue that I reported. Each agent tells me different things, and twice now they have stopped messaging. I'm getting annoyed.

    @TalkTalk My broadband is down. Router is plugged in lights on nothing working. Has logged mobile out of network and despite me trying to add the network back to my phone and husbands phone it will not allow it. Please sort this out.

    @TalkTalk Hi, Been having a lot of dropouts recently. I keep running line checks in the service centre and it tells me there's an issue and there is an open fault with a reference number but in a few days that disappeares but nothing has changed and I get no updates. Why is this?

    @TalkTalk it's frustrating enough that my WiFi is not working but waiting so long between questions when DM'ing your agents is incredibly tedious. Spent time last night and again tonight (now for the second time). At least they haven't just disappeared like last night

    @StTracy1st @TalkTalk I'm having the same problem. Had my monthly email today saying my bill is ready to view - but I can't view it, and given the narrative under my bill amount ( in email ) I definitely need to get into my account. Please sort asap
