    @TalkTalk please can somebody help me? Two weeks trying to help my father download emails onto his device. Have pm’d you asking for help today. Still getting no password provided error message despite giving you another £50. It’s a lot of money for a pensioner!

    @Josneat @TalkTalk Yes there's a problem. You shouldn't need to do a Factory Reset & lose all your recordings. I've done one kept recordings no change with my box. Waste of time and a lot of stress. Just have to accept the Old Timezone 😱.

    TalkTalk TV is has not moved programmes to British Summertime. I have already re-set. It is still running at GMT time. This is not an isolated problem from what I can see online. Please can TalkTalk remedy it. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk please help. My Mum is a new Broadband customer and has received the new router, all ok until last Thursday. She has had no Internet since then. Tried to call, absolutely useless, turn the router off and on again, she gets no further than that. Please help.

    @TalkTalk Also just to add we have been waiting nearly a month for wifi due to our first order that was placed being cancelled. TalkTalk wouldn’t take responsibility for this as it was a system error not theirs. I have sent a lengthy complaint which conveniently hasn’t had a reply
