@TalkTalk my internet is gone for a day. I was pleased with the customer service last week but now they seem to ignore my dms. I had to use mobile data to join my meeting and now I'm nearly out of data. Please fix it or it will leave us no choice then to change our router.

@MichaelZigelman @mjws93 @FutSpy I too never ever disconnect. Guess that’s what happens when you A) don’t rob your neighbours network. B) pay for your own internet and search what’s best in your area - rather than let your mom get talktalk cause it’s £13pm.

@TalkTalk dm'd you 4 hours ago zero response tv picture unwatchable at times jumped thru all your hoops yet surprisingly still have the same issue. The next person I talk to better read dm's as I'm sick of explaining issue multiple times. Just admit the tv box is gubbed
