    So @TalkTalk install fibre broadband locally knock my door promise me great speed and an @amazon voucher as an incentive three month on bad streaming and no voucher now told I’m not eligible for a voucher if anyone knocks your door from @TalkTalk close it quickly

    @TalkTalk advertises it’s customer service is open on Sundays, incorrect. It’s Live Chat, isn’t live it’s a ‘bot chat’ which doesn’t allow you to ask the question you need. Poor service all round

    @TalkTalk It has been 5 days now without internet, have contacted talk talk multiple times on this issue. Spend 2 hours chatting with the assistant today and doing the same thing over and over again....now waiting for another 30 min and nothing has been sorted...

    @TalkTalk my wife spent 2 and a half hours on chat with your people looking for support. Still none the wiser. Your support arrangement is poor and that is being polite!

    @TalkTalk terrible customer service experience. Been ongoing for months, every call I'm told it's resolved and yet it goes on. Utter farce, would really appreciate DM from someone who can help, please.

    @TalkTalk Also, whilst I'm told the line won't support f500 or f900, I dont know why, they haven't said. However, just cancelling someone's order and not giving access to this info to other teams is basically the TalkTalk issue here. Let teams see Why a customer has a problem!
