    @TalkTalk This was following actual hours spent on calls with Future Fibre support because they couldn't get MyAccount setup so that I could pay bills. Online search shows this has happened to others but support act like it's my problem. Future Fibre/TalkTalk support is woeful

    @TalkTalk My internet has been terrible and slow for the last few days , it’s so bad that I wonder when this tweet would reach you , I call and dm virtually everyday for my internet issues to be rectified and I’m honestly tired.

    Blasted @Shell internet (@TalkTalk) coming and going again. Fortunately will soon be time to change, I don't think I could stand dealing with their customer service again.

    @TalkTalk After trying to contact via phone and chat facility continuously since 23rd august and been passed from person to person and an ongoing complaint still in place… I doubt you are able to help if I’m being honest from my experience. I will rely on my complaint hopefully…
