    @TalkTalk Ok Andy. Today I decided to swop the BT line in my annexe (I pay bill, it’s let) to Talk Talk. It’s a separate number separate Line and yet I’ve spoken to four different people who cannot seem to help me. Why the confusion? Same postcode same surname seems to be prob. Who phone?

    @TalkTalk I've been trying for the last week to speak to someone in your customer service team. Each time the automation tells me you're busy, to try agin later then hangs up on me.

    It's 2022 right? It should be easy to close utility accounts online, without waiting hours to get through to a call centre. @edfenergy have been amazingly helpful so far. #stars @TalkTalk have been totally rubbish, have to raise a complaint to close an account.#idiots

    @TalkTalk guys! It’s now been 6 weeks since I moved in and I’ve still no wifi. Stop ***************! Follow up with the complaint. Since I got told it had been progressed to CEO level 2 weeks ago I’ve heard **** all. It’s shocking you Tools

    @CatrionaShearer @virginmedia Left Virgin last year because of this very issue. Now with @TalkTalk and had no issues since moving.

    @TalkTalk Spoke to someone last night. Told to like it or lump it and if I change providers, I'll have to pay an exit fee. Disgusting to treat a 16 year customer like this. This is the second price increase on a FIXED PRICE contract. Competitor deals are nearly £10 a month cheaper.

    @TalkTalk Hey, internet isn’t working in Salford. Trying to log onto my account to run diagnosis but saying technical errors. Supposed to be working from home now.
