@TalkTalk Nice... Just did a speed test and I managed to drop from an already terrible connection of 17 download and 0.50 upload to 3! Download and 0.38 Upload, now I'm for sure going to be able to stream with lovely bitrate like that.

@TalkTalk Been getting help for broadband connection issues via your community.Talktalk site but when I was completely offline today I rang your broadband team, they’d never heard of the community site and said it may be a scam. Any idea why your teams don’t know about each other

@TalkTalk Well whoopdee do. Only six days after fault was reported - but if you think that’s an acceptable response time for a line fault then I’m truly appalled. I do not call this ‘resolution’ I call it a farce!

Hey @TalkTalk, you allowed one of your customers to change their email address without verification (as it's my email address) and your online support denies there's an issue, even though I now get emails and can access online services for someone else's account! @SoftwareFailed

@ancientnmodern I hate TalkTalk. Strong words I know, but they are an awful company to try to deal with. I'm going to go elsewhere, soon - they have been warned. Good luck with your new router & hope you get the problems ironed out soon!
