@TalkTalk We have left TAlkTAlk wks ago paid what was due ,so why are you asking for more money you do not understand what you are doing to me & my wife what is the problem with ending this issue we have done our best but you want to push more just call it a day its only getting worse

@TalkTalk For starters, U can put me onto the contract I requested and not a more expensive package...and secondly, you can stop trying to hustle out of my heard earned money with snail slow internet service...plus 'admin penalty'! The bill is paid! So I can charge for slow internet???

@TalkTalk thanks for letting us know that we've been out of contract for the last 2 YEARS! No letters or emails telling us anything and only found out today as our internet and phone cut out, out of nowhere.

@TalkTalk - I want to make a formal complaint about the renewal of my existing Talk Talk contract. Your Indian based call centre staff have both deliberately misled and lied to me what was actually agreed, and I have a transcript of the conversations to prove it. 😠😡

@TalkTalk it is stressful dealing with the repercussions of a bereavement, it doesn't help when your attempts to cancel are being dealt with by someone who sounded like he was working from a pre-lockdown pub. Loud cheering in the background just does not sound professional.

@OpenreachHelp I've tried to send a DM because I am appalled that you cut my elderly parents' landline off SIX DAYS ago! Yes their providers @TalkTalk have contacted you, but six days for people in their 80s with health issues to be left without a phone is disgusting!
