    @TalkTalk I’m so hyper-unimpressed by your service that I’m leaving TalkTalk tomorrow. You’ve failed to cancel a phone line that’s not worked for 4 years despite 3 requests to do so. When I called again this morning your customer service rep offered me a ‘goodwill £5’.

    ...and wait for another TalkTalk customer to send a TalkTalk employee a DM because they couldn't fix it themselves by advising you do all the things that that TalkTalk website already tells you to try?

    @TalkTalk hi there, is it possible to talk to someone about my fathers account please? He doesn’t know when his contract is up etc (he’s never received any Mail/confirmation) etc and he believes it is due to expire this month. Thanks

    @TalkTalk I knew you would reply ;) I need to speak to someone at customer service. I’ve tried about 3 times and it only lets me talk/chat to a robot and they don’t understand my issue.
