@TalkTalk Hi Beth, feel free to look into it, it’s been going on for months!I received a text confirming customer service would be calling today between 4-6pm which I’ve made sure I’m free for, I get a missed call today at 10:22 from an 0800 number and then a new text for 3rd sept call!

@TalkTalk I've already done a live chat. There is clearly an outage in the DN14 area. I'd suggest you put a tweet out to that effect rather than loads of customers raising individual requests.

Still on the phone to @TalkTalk chat room and after 50 minutes They haven’t yet grasped it’s an intermittent problem. For some reason they think I’m complaining about speed when I’ve never mentioned the word They’ve just asked me after two hours if I want to continue diagnostics!

@Helen0702Kate @TalkTalk I also had similar issue. Support service were just useless until I got help from netcompanion on Instagram who helped me with my WiFi . Send a dm if u still need help with urs

@TalkTalk In a day full of online meetings, my internet has cut out and apparently there is a line fault? I then received a text stating that it’ll be fixed within 2-3 days but I rely on my internet service to do my job, what can I do to speed this process up?

This now takes the complete and utter biscuit. @Talktalk chat have just told me that I need to contact the technical support team but that is exactly how this whole process started. Apparently they can’t talk to them

@BTCare It was @TalkTalk who requested end of my BT services directly (I was already out of contract having been a customer for many years). They've left me in a very bad position -no internet service, no option other than to sign up for 24m BT or wait for line to be provisioned for TT

Well done @TalkTalk i actually spoke to a real person in your office , they were on it straight away.. problems solved. Get rid of the chuffing chat system.
