    @TalkTalk Hi, I have just been onto customer services for over 30 minutes without any resolution to my issue. I am losing wifi connection daily on my laptop & smartphone device, this has been happening for months & I’m not prepared to pay for a service that is not provided.

    @TalkTalk I can't access my account or send emails due to 'technical problems'. but system says that there are no problems. EH14 area of Edinburgh. Has maintenance overrun?

    @TalkTalk This is really the poorest service I ever experienced. Your operators are kind and willing to help, however, the disconnection between depts is disgraceful. I am not pretending much, just an efficient service and competence in sorting the issues out. Today 🔝frustration
