@JK1n1 We are over 70. We have had NO service since NOVEMBER last year. We reported the fault. Openreach could not fix the fault in the road. WE cancelled the account due to still NO service in early December @TalkTalk are harrassing us. DO SOMETHING.We have spent hours on this.

Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

@louisethepoet @TalkTalk We had them and they were THE WORST. Them and @VodafoneGroup are literally the most appalling experience of buying anything I have ever had. Irredeemably bad. And their tech support is entirely stocked by inept psychopaths who are still upset about The Last Jedi

@TalkTalk your internet connection is terrible! Always getting disconnected and even tried charging us for something you lot botched up! Worst company we’ve been with. A snail could run better wifi speed than what yours is giving us.
