    I don’t ever tweet about this stuff, but I swapped from @TalkTalk to @virginmedia last month… and the experience has been hair pullingly bad... Like I’ve spent hours on the phone to Virgin over the last 30 days and my *super slow* wifi is still not working properly.

    Already sick of @TalkTalk and I’m not even a proper customer yet. **** up after **** up after **** up the past couple weeks with shocking customer service. Already thinking of cancelling and my broadband isn’t even live yet 🙄

    @TalkTalk can’t seem to get a technical issue sorted out. Spent 6 hours on line chat on 14/2/21. Then most of the day 15/2/21. Promised a call back on 21/2/21 and still waiting!

    @TalkTalk There's a massive issue on Anglesey we are not happy, I think Vodafone will be our next provider. Otherwise you are throttling us down

    @havalina9 @TalkTalk If you go on the page with the deals as a new customer would the chat pops up and they are keen to speak to you then? If you are already a customer and they have your cash they aren’t interested.

    @TalkTalk and whilst I sympathise absolutely with all your other paying customers who have terrible "service", I realise I've probably been more " patient" and understanding than I should have as it's 3 years now of rubbish Internet and contacting you.

    Talk talk helping you stay connected? I literally have to restart my router to do anything. Horrible speeds for months since I joined. Can you suggest anything? @TalkTalk
