For anyone thinking of signing up to @TalkTalk please avoid. The company stole £1400 from me for services not requested over 5 years and refuse to refund arrogantly telling me sue them. They are using my long term illness to disadvantage me. Awful company staffed by awful people.

@TalkTalk shocking treatment of my 85 year old mother in law who has no internet and phoned for help and after three hours of answering questions is still no further forward with no way to go, how does she cancel her contract with you?

now gotta wait 31st jan for put full fiberotic in house and hopley get more faster speeds then this :) sorry i had a small rant of **** speeds but gotta ammit i fed up getting slow speeds even random bunch timeouts middle trying report all this to TalkTalk get them here fix it

@PixelWarriorsA @Sparihaa @virginmedia I was with Virgin for a long *** time when I lived with my parents. Was never a good service. Then in my first home. Still not good. Since I moved from there and in two homes I've had TalkTalk and have friends with other providers who have less issues. Thankfully.

@TalkTalk 3 hours of conversations and told to "ring back at 6pm" as they have no idea what the issue is...... it's been 3 days of no internet service... unacceptable customer service!
