KLN (@red_rose1975) reported@travis542372663 I have made numerous phone calls and registered 2 complaints in writing to TalkTalk recently and they never call back as they promise to. I have been with them for nearly 20 years I have had terrible internet connection since the start of May.

My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.

We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about.
