    Inside has changed. Internet connection to server: on - off - on - off etc. Incredibly frustrating and infuriating. More than 2 hours of my life on the phone to @TalkTalk and no solution, no appointment and intermittent internet! Not a happy customer at all!

    @TalkTalk I think you should change your name to LiarLiar. The lies and false promises I’ve had is unbelievable. 4 missed engineer installs, conflicting messages from openreach and TalkTalk and then to be told today that we won’t have service until 6.1.2021!!

    Rant: Ok, so my @TalkTalk internet has not been able to connect to the server for days. We, not quick to complain hoping all will be restored, by now have all run out of mobile data. Tried to resolve via agonisingly slow texting, then via phone, got disconnected, phoned back ..
