@TalkTalk I’m not asking for any information about my account. Just a simple answer to the question why do you think it’s right to treat your customers this way? (PS I used to be a data protection expert so please don’t give me any BS about GDPR and not being able to answer my question.)

@TalkTalk tried to cancel my out of contract connection and Dillan in retention could not do it as his manager was not there. Then wanted 30 days notice reduced to 6 days even though we have no internet. He gave up and hung up

@TalkTalk how ******** is Canning Town area internet been down since 16/11 and promised to be fixed by 29/11 17:00 and still hasn’t come back online? How can you not provide any updates on the situation, why do we have to constantly message to see what the end date is

@thestuffofmemes Currently with Vodafone and they’re decent. Also TalkTalk weren’t too bad. Avoid Plusnet at all costs though

@Bushellj @TalkTalk I have a couple of those too - however the delay on the iPlayer #WALENG stream was almost two minutes so I was getting spoilers sent by text! Also the BBC uses HLG for its iPlayer UHD and the old 2018 version of Firestick doesn’t support it. Need to buy a new one!
