@TalkTalk EVERY ******* OPTION GIVES ME THE SAME STUPID AUTOMATED VOICE, this is beyond a ******* joke

  • emmabassett1 emm@💙 (@emmabassett1) reported

@TalkTalk yet again I can't watch Netflix or Prime because my broadband is so poor. It's now day 2. Please sort this out

  • AnnabelWoky Annabel #SaveTheNHS #ScrapNHSBill (@AnnabelWoky) reported

@bt_uk It was reported to OR by my relative's provider. Independent engineer had assessed line & said the fault was on the incoming line & to ask @TalkTalk to contact Open reach to check it. No idea why the OR never called back after he said he would. Sending a DM

  • jonharvey Jon Harvey #RejoinEU #FBPE #GTTO (@jonharvey) reported

Are @TalkTalk the worst internet service provider in the UK? They supposedly guarantee a minimum of 58Mbs. A few minutes ago my speed test registered 0.3Mbs.

@edpen_ i have talktalk and the internet is fast and reliable about 95% of the time. i’ve had it for about a year and a half and barely ever had an issue

  • jonharvey Jon Harvey #RejoinEU #FBPE #GTTO (@jonharvey) reported

@TalkTalk I have DM’d you before and I have spent several hours (twice) with your online tech support chat team.

  • IVFBabyOnBoard K 🐶🧒🏻👼🏻👶🏻❄️❄️ (@IVFBabyOnBoard) reported

@TalkTalk And what do I then press to get through to someone? Because I told the automated voice that’s what I wanted and I’m still not through to someone. ******* ridiculous. Shocking customer service.

  • ValenOnVulcan DanJG (@ValenOnVulcan) reported

@TalkTalk Hi, internet. It seemed to go back on after a router restart. You really need to communicate that customers might have to do this whenever you do maintenance. Never had to do this with an ancient @EE router we had for years.

  • AnnabelWoky Annabel #SaveTheNHS #ScrapNHSBill (@AnnabelWoky) reported

@TalkTalk according to BT it is your responsibility to follow up why the Open reach engineer failed to make the promised call back to my relative (your customer) 2 days ago regarding the fault on their incoming line.

  • Chavender Sue Harding🕷 (@Chavender) reported

God now I can’t get hold of O2 customer services as their number just keeps cutting you off or referring you to Telefonica or Talktalk! These people are the worst nightmare to deal with. Now I have to stop them from extracting money from me! Buyer beware. @O2
