    @TalkTalk TalkTalk go around changing settings and servers all over the place not letting PAYING CUSTOMERS know about it, mass email to everyone would be fair, but no TalkTalk can’t do that because they don’t care. That’s why I am with BT the best, TalkTalk the worst.

    @TalkTalk I have problems in Kessingland Suffolk. Can you advise if this is a known issue or is something going wrong with my internal router.

    @TalkTalk Appreciate that but I'm on a new build estate and the fibre cables have only been added in the last 6 months so seems unlikely to be the problem

    @TalkTalk Thank god all I have with them is one email address and they charge you £5 a month for a crap service, the thing is they know this.

    @TalkTalk I've had 4 engineers telling me the fault is with YOU. You guarantee minimum 50mbps, and I'm getting less than 0.1mbps for almost 2 weeks. If you do not act to rectify this problem immediately, you are in breach of contract, and I will be taking matters further.

    @TalkTalk my talk talk plus tv box is not working properly eg freezing up,turning off randomly,having to reset it 3-4 times a day,went on chat on 4th May,told a new box would be with me within 2-5 days,today 9 days later I am told it was not ordered,1.5 hrs on chat later no joy

    @TalkTalk No way I will take this off the public chat. Our complaints manager Leo assured us that the engineer will be installing full fibre (FTTP) but the engineer who came to our house yesterday had instructions to install Gfast... This is not going to solve our problem! @Ofcom

    Avoid @TalkTalk at all costs, they don’t care about you just take your money and are scammers and will just sit back and let you suffer, go with other people, avoid at all costs as they treat their loyal customers who have been with them for so many years like dirt. Disgusted 🤬

    @Ha_na_Ba_na_na @TalkTalk @Ofcom Shocking service. We've been signed up since the 12th of April. Promised full FTTP. Charged for it (fibre 150), but had only GFast installed. Been advised by complaints that we need to cancel and sign up again. 13th of May the SAME thing happened. #incompetence
