    So far this wk @TalkTalk are winning with customer service, they sorted phone problem in time stated. @ScottishPower I don’t even get response from your ppl so issue still remains Not impressed! 😡😡

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk we had an engineer install our internet last week but still no sign of our router despite hours on hold to your phone lines and being promised 2 have been sent out to us! How do we make a formal complaint?

    @OVOEnergy So how long does one have to wait for a response? your customer service is like TalkTalk's, and that isn't a compliment...

    @Nicknackwalker No, people don't WANT the cheapest because it's always universally shite. Putting them on TalkTalk doesn't solve the problem, it just creates a thousand more because they're so terrible. The race to the bottom for a *critical* service for bill-paying and money-saving is stupid.

    Apparently two companies with worse customer service than @TalkTalk, and that is really saying something. Terrible treatment of customers by @SSE and @OVOEnergy

    @mjpyecroft @TalkTalk Funnily enough I’ve done the same. I’m going to cancel it Friday if it’s not here. They’re already annoying me
