    @claudelittner @TalkTalk Typical of the type of service you receive when dealing with this company, trying to ‘talk’ to them about a problem completely drains your soul.

    @TalkTalk I genuinely think #TalkTalk have the worst customer service of any business I’ve ever used. Please don’t use them, go with another provider. I wish I did. Over 90 minutes on the phone and they can’t even help me change my WiFi network name. It’s astounding.

    @claudelittner @TalkTalk It’s amazing how quickly they will resolve a customer that has a blue tick against their name in comparison to the average Joe! They don’t want bad press do they, so they are sharp to respond. Glad it’s resolved for you though Claude! 👍

    @BrianDrought Well I'm on talktalk here at home, was using MS shizzle and nothing seemed off. That does seem like some big outage though.
