    Is @RivieraTravelUK in trouble. Their Customer Service is now on a par with @talktalk (Yes even that bad!). More than an hour to answer phonecall. 72 hours plus and no email reply. I smell they are in trouble.

    5 weeks of intermittent or no broadband connection and I’m still asking small businesses and friends if I can hold Zoom/Teams meetings on their premises. Well done @TalkTalk for your amazing customer service🙄

    Went out earlier, WiFi was working. Come home and it’s down. @TalkTalk implying I’ve done something my end - which I’ve not. Have to wait for an engineer in 3 days!!! Yes 3 days. Can live without tv and games (kids can’t) but we need to complete work online. So annoyed 🤬

    @TalkTalk Broadband is probably the worst internet I’ve ever had. I pay to have the same conversation every month because there’s is literally ALWAYS a line fault and then a system error and then they ‘can’t fix it’ and leave me until the next bill comes out with no internet 🙄

    @TalkTalk I'm not wasting my time sending you DMs. I've had enough of you sending me round and round in circles with your useless customer service. I'm reporting you to OFCOM end of. You have failed to provide me with Internet for a month despite repeated complaints. (ref:CMP-255842)
