@AlexExile10 @valerie7228 And the is why I left Virgin 6yrs ago and went to TalkTalk. Customer service does not exist at Virgin, whereas TalkTalk are the complete opposite

Any suggestions on new broadband provider having been let down massively by @TalkTalk on day of apparent upgrade after a 3 week wait, confirmation emails, engineer visits, comfirmation phone call and new equipment received 😬

@TalkTalk I swear I had better internet service in 2002. 0.1 mbps is seriously unacceptable especially when you’re trying to work from home.

Hi @TalkTalk you have sent me a new router but the plug *does not fit a standard three pin socket*. Therefore it is *unusable*. I am fed up with your lack of customer service and am going to change to a new broadband provider.
