    @TalkTalk I’ve had an engineer out appointment between 7-9am as I need the broadband on ASAP. He tried a different router but same problem still flashing orange. I’m now told I will have to have a BT engineer which will take 5 days? This isn’t good enough.

    @dancludlow I can do without that, currently on a call to @TalkTalk, called them at 9:43am now been on the phone with them for 2:37, have spoke to 5 different people in 3 departments, now passed back to someone in first department I spoke to who still cant resolve the problem

    The new @TalkTalk advert 'Dinner for Two' isn't funny, it takes a joke too far suggesting unfairly that restaurants add 'fake' costs to customer bills. Not helpful in this climate. #NotFunny #NotHelpful

    @TalkTalk had that problem yesterday but it didn't seem to delay the network ours worked fine no delays here

    @TalkTalk LIVID!!! Called you guys Monday and spoke to Jerica in customer in billing services whose 'customer service' could have been better. Requested a call back from him with a MANAGER and he said between 24 to 72 hours and today is FRIDAY!!!! #Fraud on my account #scammers

    @TalkTalk my internet keeps going down it’s not my setup or router & everytime I contact you you make me do the same checks that done work. I’m going to lost my job here as I work from home just please help! Get me an engineer stop wasting my time

    @TalkTalk Oh good now you can fix the rest of the UK, PO32 been dead since yesterday morning. Its very hard to get any work done when I cannot access the TFS let alone the webserver!
