Oly (@Olysibley) reported from Milton Keynes, EnglandBeyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre can’t seem to communicate. I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

John Stealer 💙 (@JohnStealer) reported@TalkTalk It was quite a few years ago. But a couple of months ago my service was down again. This is the third time in recent times.

Graeme Strachan (@The_Reviewist) reportedI know it's the 21st of December, and it's been an "interesting week" but @TalkTalk how about you sort out the bandwidth so I get something close to the guaranteed 34MBps minimum I pay for? Not less than 1Mb. This year you have just been awful, frankly.
-
Jo Kay (@josprackland) reportedSeveral long & fruitless attempts to contact @TalkTalk today to find out why my elderly parents have no landline. Easily fixed, I’m sure, if only customer services could, you know, provide some service to customers. Frightening to not be able to call for help if they need it.
-
Adders (@daveadderley) reported@TalkTalk without doubt you are the most abhorrent company I’ve ever come across. Charging my 80 year old mother for Broadband she has never had despite her telling you over and over again. Stand by, I am furious….
