    @TalkTalk Why do you refuse to allow customers to cancel via email or online it must be via phone. Conveniently they are either closed or can't get through. I don't want the retention sales nonsense, just to leave!

    @TalkTalk my broadband has gone down since last night!!!I tried to call your customer service thousands of times however it doesn’t go through!!Sort this out immediately!!!
