    @TalkTalk My WiFi has been acting up for the past 3 days now. Its been slow, keeps cutting out and when I reset it, it takes about 10 mins to come back online, and even then it shows a red dot above internet on my router. Any help?

    @TalkTalk should be ashamed of harassing someone for money when they cancelled before any service was delivered. Emails, text and post demanding money when I've cancelled by phone, online chat and email. Horrible behaviour.

    How can I have BT internet for 3 years and have no issues whatsoever. Switch to @TalkTalk and in 5 months it's 'dropped out' 3 times? Goes to show cheapest isn't best... #talkshite #FirstWorldProblems

    @talktalk sending me bailiffs letters coz I cancelled a service that didnt work 17 days early. I even offered to pay the last month which they declined.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the lack of help once again TalkTalk. You are causing a huge amount of stress and refusing to deal with a situation of your own making. Please stop harassing me for money you are not owed.
