    @RoyalMailUKOff @RoyalMailHelp I'm trying to move my Broadband with @TalkTalk and my new address isn't registered with them and they said I've to contact yous to register the address on the database but can't get through to anyone at royal mail... Can anyone help?

    @TalkTalk Hi - I'm trying to (and being prevented from) renewing contract.Not only are TT offering much better deals to new customers than existing loyal ones, but your system is saying I can only get a max of 65Mbps, when TT currently supplies me with 150Mbps! Website is no help

    @TalkTalk Round and round we go. Pathetic customer service. Now going to call Local Authority as you have left some of your gear on a footpath. It is a trip hazard and dangerous.

    @TalkTalk The customer service was very helpful but only managed to get 40 quid knocked off so I still have to pay £80 but given the circumstances they could've shown some good grace and waved the fee especially as the new tenant is staying with them.

    @TalkTalk honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had I am in hold for a really long time and when they can’t answer my question the call “drops” every single time! Talk talk is a pile of #****
