    @TalkTalk You sold a product failing to mention that you don’t offer voip. Had you done that I would NEVER have taken this route. You have put my mother in a dangerous and very vulnerable position. I am disgusted.

    @TalkTalk need help with an old WebMail account it's been hacked , just spoke to customer service, no help , even though I passed security questions. Couldn't close the account or change email password.

    @TalkTalk Sure. After 2 hours waiting, chatting to 7 different departments it looks like I will be able to cancel my order and remain with my current provider. Good luck getting new clients in this challenging time for businesses.

    @TalkTalk I guess conversing with customers that are having issues with your service isn't a priority then? No phone number to call, no webchat, & no reply on here? Very poor.
