    @EE switched internet connection to EE as I was having issues with TalkTalk but it turns out EE are even worse. Disconnects every 10 mins when I’m working from home & my phone doesn’t even connect to wifi when I’m just a few metres away from the box. Using so much phone data 🤯

    @jaxs30 @TalkTalk You are lucky then :) I have unfortunately been with them for longer. After first problem that lasted 3 months I gave them benefit of the doubt that it was a one off... nope! Lightening strikes twice and I have ran into the same problems of incompetence. I won't risk it again tho

    @TalkTalk hi, i emailed support last week and still haven’t heard back it’s about my service going down about 2/3 times a day and I wish to leave. Is there any other way I can speak to someone as I do not have access to a phone to call? Thanks

    (3/5) You must pass all applicable TalkTalk credit and technical checks and connect to and go live with a qualifying TalkTalk fibre broadband service to receive the TV Box.
