Karan Chawla (@iamkaranchawla) reported@TalkTalk We moved home in November 2020 and notified customer service. I just found out they renewed my contract too, without notifying me or mentioning it. This is an unfair and unethical practice. I have been on the call for two hours, transferred to 7 people. Horrible!!

Stephen🍌Fyfe (@stephenjfyfe) reported@TalkTalk I know it's difficult but there was a lot of confusion from a loss of service over quite a large area, which was a fault at Openreach - just hope TalkTalk do reviews of how external communications work after these outages.

There is no human to explain anything to..

I haven't even got my internet installed as they never showed up and had no respect to even let me know. Please share with friends and tell you're bad experiences with TalkTalk.
