Utterly digusted with @TalkTalk internet service and customer service. Paying for a 35Mb download service for over a year that has rarely reached speeds close to that. Sometimes 3Mbs top speed. Upload speed is barely there at all. I could never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

@talktalk just been on the phone 52 mins to be told my account has not been cancelled after 3 requests to cancel this contract, they are saying I owe £39.99 for a services I never received #badcustomerservice do not use @talktalk as they don’t listen to customers #skyisbetter

@TalkTalk your apparent amazing super fast fibre broadband is tosh, can’t handle 2 game consoles and a mobile phone on what should be 45dl speed and handle multiple devices. Beyond fed up of your awful services now.
