@TalkTalk @HarleyHWH No one is asking you for an EXACT timescale. Obviously not. People are asking for @TalkTalk to just show a teeny bit of respect for others and give a rough idea of big/small problem etc.

@TalkTalk In my experience I've noted when talk talk fail their customer, they just hope they just go away. They resortyi to delay and frustration tactics. I have been trying to get rid of them since end of November, my nightmare is still lingering on. Think a million times before you join

Be with her. Through this. I put phone down want text or emailing. Then u r thinking straight not pressure

@TalkTalk Your biggest problem is that when as customer has a serious complaint like me, you don't have an individual or a team who can look at the case from start to end, contact customer and resolve it.

@TalkTalk I asked them to arrange for a higher manager to call me. Again your systems and procedures don't allow this. It ended with your advisor saying when I get time to call customer service and explain my story to them again!

@TalkTalk Service has been terrible since Sunday and still had to pay my Internet bill yesterday, it’s ridiculous having to pay for something we do not even have because you can’t fix the issue!
