@TalkTalk My parents have no internet access, landline is receiving calls but won't ring out been same for 2 days,can't talk to anyone as I'm not the account holder!, tried chat but they can't help as they are having upgrade within .#frustrating hope there isn't an emergency

@TalkTalk Today, you've cut off my mother's landline phone after signing her up to a fibre contract, which went live today, that she never signed or requested. She can't even have fibre at her property. This is disgraceful. I expect a resolution today or I'll complain to @Ofcom.

@virginmedia No reply on complaint from 26th Jan, and no reply on here from 28th Jan, still cant get through to your relations team on phone, and chat windows has been waiting over 100 hours for a reply. @TalkTalk are you any better?

@TalkTalk joke of a company. Trying to get through to yous is like trying to get blood out of a stone, and when you finally do get through you get told it must be your house or signal. I’m sat next to the router & it is showing a red light, but according to your team it’s fine 🥴

Unfortunately, due to a nationwide internet outage on the TalkTalk network, we are experiencing an issue delivering some of our remote teaching. Our internet service provider is working to resolve this and they hope connectivity is restored soon. We will update you ASAP.

Our Seller's aren't going to be pleased when a @talktalk engineer turns up on Monday to install the connection at the property we are buying. Despite the fact we keep telling TT we will not be there, they are insisting on sending an engineer round #fail #talktalk
