@CPWTweets @MastercardUK @TalkTalk he's in his 70s and doesn't use social media. He's using an old tiscali account and it stopped working and is been given the run around by the customer service. Just look up people called Flint Thank you for picking this up so quickly though!

@TalkTalk Not happy. 2 agents said they would deal with an incorrect early termination charge, when I decided to leave because of a price hike but it is still included on final bill today. Unlikely to return as a customer with this level of service.

@TalkTalk Thanks for sending over this utterly useless link. Who do I need to contact about getting my money back and removing the cancellation fee considering you haven’t provided a single minute of wifi service in the 43 days it’s meant to have been active. Thanks.

I could cry. Finished uni today and instead of feeling relieved, I’m stressed. Burnt through 40gb of data dealing with thesis submission **** because @TalkTalk WiFi refuses to let me upload. And @virginmedia / mobile is too expensive to add data on 😩😩😩😩😩
