    @CarlTSpeak I don't know whether their retail offers utilise CGNAT but at least two vISP / resellers do. I'm a TalkTalk customer myself and can't say I've noticed CGNAT in action, but I don't do any gaming or port forwarding.

    @TalkTalk Not happy. 2 agents said they would deal with an incorrect early termination charge, when I decided to leave because of a price hike but it is still included on final bill today. Unlikely to return as a customer with this level of service.

    @TalkTalk after being told I can get internet into my garden studio so I can work from Home - am now being told its not your responsibility. You refuse to connect me with any engineer. And Im stuck working in a 1 bed flat which is bad for mental and physical health.

    @TalkTalk There is known problem that I already know about. But @OpenreachHelp seem unable to replace the batteries before they run out, hence the constant outages!

    @TalkTalk I’m trying to find a live chat facility online but no luck. Our Wifi frequently drops out, 1m thick walls. Looking to move provider, but someone said we could install routers in other rooms where signal is poor. Would you provide additional routers?

    I could cry. Finished uni today and instead of feeling relieved, I’m stressed. Burnt through 40gb of data dealing with thesis submission **** because @TalkTalk WiFi refuses to let me upload. And @virginmedia / mobile is too expensive to add data on 😩😩😩😩😩

    @TalkTalk my mums TV signal is terrible, all scrambled on every channel. Tried rebooting but nothing, please help - she is isolating and so not having tv is a big issue!

    @TalkTalk 2/2 was in intensive care, gravely ill. The level of service we have been given has been appalling and quite frankly awful. Never would I dream of telling a customer to prioritise wifi over their wife in ICU.

    @TalkTalk It's ok - I had a chat on the TalkTalk support site, and apparently you have now received the old router (3 months after I sent it, and which belongs to me anyway). So, the fee is to be "waived". But seriously, this has wasted a lot of my time in the last 3 months. #NotImpressed
