@TalkTalk hi. I can not fix the problem with broadband. According to your website I receive 70mb to my router, but all my devices at property receiving 1.5mb. This happen after tonight service shortage in London.

@TalkTalk Channel 4 app stopped working today on the Talk Talk tv box. Error message All4-T008. The app works fine on the Xbox. Any thoughts? I’ve switched it off completely with the button on the back but it didn’t fix it.

@TalkTalk Since when is a client expected to contact a manufacturer in order to receive broadband?? So months of having next to no service I now have to go out of my way to do your job for you? Have y’all lost your minds and your customer service skills along with it?

Switched internet providers to @TalkTalk because sky was crap and of course we still haven't got it working. Should have gone live yesterday. Ring the helpline and they say to talk call back in 3 hours...

@GiggleJPiggle @TalkTalk Honestly the worst service I've come across. Basically someone else gave my address when changing supplier and I've lost my account. Trying to speak to someone about it is impossible. They just want to charge me an early release fee or get me on a new deal

@NathanBLawrence I had a concurrency bug in a Windows app I wrote for AOL/TalkTalk about 10 years ago that turned the Systray icon green instead of blue and I never got to the bottom of it and I still think about it a couple of times a month.
