    @TalkTalk your broadband is a complete and utter joke. Way too overpriced for the service we’re receiving. Constantly going down and dropping speeds which makes gaming no fun. Been happening for too long now so I’m glad we’re switching away. Joke of a company.

    @TalkTalk I really am fed up now.5 days with no Internet and still no further forward after being on chat to them every day.Told on the 5th the issue has been escalated to case management & would be fixed within 3 days.Just weiver my exit fee and I can go with a proper provider

    @TalkTalk Mines been at 1mbps Dls for over 10 hours are you taking the mic? I did the online tests and they said there isnt a problem... I beg to differ

    @DEANS1S1 @TalkTalk I'm with BT and I have no issues with wired ethernet or wifi, I would highly recommend if you can get it in your area because what you're with now isn't worth 1p!

    @TalkTalk Useless service, 7 weeks 7 weeks of broadband disruption and no one care, no one evolves the issue. I want out of my contract

    @TalkTalk @Ofcom You could have helped by answering a straightforward question from a customer. I asked whether FTTP was available to my home. Instead of an answer a demand for unnecessary personal information from your customer service representative was made. They insisted: I refused. Next?
