Gave notice yesterday to cancel my @TalkTalk account and move to another provider. Today the internet has cut out 3 times already (3:15pm) requiring router to be reset to reconnect. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence though. Or “the weather”……

@Real_BillDuncan @TalkTalk @virginmedia My virgin went to £58, after trying talk talk who totally let us down I cancelled within the 20 days cooling off period, rang virgin back and they offered a new deal of £35 so I took it.

Who would have thought a 'free' speed upgrade for being with both @virginmedia and O2 would cause so much trouble. 1Gbps isn't worth the hassle for staying with Virgin. Back to TalkTalk in May I think.

@talktalk tell me they migrated my account to high speed #fibre …. I don’t recommend it as #internet connection is a lot slower. Been having boring conversations with the worst #customerservices on the planet and they still don’t understand the problems …

@TalkTalk How do I speak to an actual human being at Talk Talk about my broadband that is not working? Website just goes round in circles with my no actual phone numbers or way of contacting. Incredibly frustrating.
