    @TalkTalk Nobody is able to arrange call backs in TalkTalk it seems. I spent 45 mins on the call and was promised one and didnt get it. The next day 45 mins on the online chat, another promise, another failed promise. Your post says you are 'here to help' what help are you actually giving?

    Is this what @TalkTalk usually do? Send an engineer round to set up your internet so it doesn't work and then have a customer service rep try to charge you to send another one out? Ridiculous company

    @WorldFamousHot1 @TalkTalk They are terrible we are out of contract and one there agents tried to sign me up to a new deal just after saying we may get the missing router in 3-4 days
