    @TalkTalk serious internet issues in Streatham Hill / Tooting Bec Common. Very slow then keeps cutting out. Not ideal when live teaching with 30 pupils on a google meet. Please can you advise what the issue is and when it will be fixed?

    @dublock75 You are not filling me with hope. I kicked TalkTalk to the gutter after 13 years of total fuckwittery and incompetence...for Plus Net last year 😳 Hoping not a frying pan / fire scenario down the road

    @TalkTalk Very unhappy with the customer service I received. attempted to solve our internet speed problem by telling us to "push the WPS" button?!? Then hung up on me after suggesting that this one time of having a dwnload speed of 25mps for Faster Fibre and didnt phone back.

    @TalkTalk It's not that because your FAQ says "When you try to visit a site that's blocked by your HomeSafe® settings, you'll see a TalkTalk branded page." - they don't see anything at all, they just get page cannot be displayed. No other ISP has this problem.

    Zomg. I'm in the process of switching my home broadband from TalkTalk to EE and the support experience could not be more different. Definitely made the right choice there.

    @TalkTalk I have an appointment with an OpenReach engineer tomorrow that I'd like to cancel as the problem has now been resolved, is it possible to DM about doing this? Thanks.
