    @TalkTalk Your customer helpline is a complete joke . I have been trying since 22nd June to get answers to my complaints. No-one seems capable of reading letters or making a sensible reply. If you ring me use 07754602382

    @TalkTalk You could (a) carry through on promises to call at specific times and not then lie when you don't; (b) give accurate information to your customer service team (c) not pretend that you can only offer low levels of compensation; (d) don't send no-reply emails and texts

    @TalkTalk my internet is out, I've got the home hub and it's just gone out. Please don't ask me to turn it on and off. Is there an issue?
