@TalkTalk renewed my contract to the supposed reliable fast service. Delays in equipment arrival, issue with CBT box and told nothing until 12th August. Chat agent service is appalling

Hi @TalkTalk any update please, no delivery of TV box from the contracting call on 21/7/22. Do we have 14days to cancel any new contract if we have not received the box or the service agreed to. We are not receiving the services being paid for.
