    @TalkTalk Really disappointed with TalkTalk. I’ve been without internet for a month. In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

    @TalkTalk, elderly mother in law unable to make or receive calls on landline, have tried live chat (never answers) tried ringing 54th in queue! Vulnerable person, needs sorting! GL14 area

    @JU51LNS @TalkTalk Luckily I use my AOL email address from 25 years ago. AOL never charged me a penny. Disgraceful

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon

    @TalkTalk Your system are awful, nothing works or communicates, I am trying to set up a new direct debit. Can’t speak to anyone, other than useless AI, live chat then a tel no that boots you out. How do o do this ? I’m regretting my decision of renewing .

    @UNKLEPaulTHX @johnbarrett2468 I concur. Only a year or three ago I discovered TalkTalk properly. I thought they were just another semi cheesy 80’s band…. Oh how ******** I was wrong. 😑
