  @devilscustard @TalkTalk I had HUGE trouble with them several years ago when I moved to a house where they couldn't supply any service but they continued to take my money for 6 months and ignored all my communications to them, actually threatening me with bailiffs.

  @travis542372663 I have made numerous phone calls and registered 2 complaints in writing to TalkTalk recently and they never call back as they promise to. I have been with them for nearly 20 years I have had terrible internet connection since the start of May.

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @TalkTalk I absolutely do NOT recommend TalkTalk. We spent hours trying to renew the contract. And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.

  @Hayz35Hw @TalkTalk I'm on live chat with them now, apparently there's some fault between them and my house so I need to do some tests. Which probably doesn't help you but suggests it's a fault at my end, so yours may resolve itself on its own soon
