@TalkTalk what’s the issue with your broadband speed in London. I upgraded to fibre 65. 2 days ago and it’s got a lot slower. I can’t can’t anyone to speak to on the phone email or chat. To fix the issue.

@bt_uk I have been informed by TalkTalk that the current problem with our internet (not had any for over a week) is due to a BT outage in our area (Whitnash, Leamington Spa). Can you confirm this and inform of any further updates please?

Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

@TalkTalk have had no internet service for over a week now, all mobile data has been used up and more has had to be paid for. On the live chat one assistant said it was a router fault, another informed that the problem was with BT in our area. Can anyone help please?
