    @TalkTalk I also want to add that I have some learning disabilities. Some agents have been beyond lovely but this agent was unhelpful and didn't listen to me. I've been a talktalk customer for years. Even after moving back to LDN and having my speed slashed to 5mb from 140

    @TalkTalk internet down in M11 already put in a report but according to your message gonna take 2-3 working days but it's Thursday evening already so your telling me I've gotta wait till Monday or Tuesday for my internet to be back in

    @TalkTalk Engineer scheduled yesterday to install broadband and phone line for my elderly disabled mum, who didn’t turn up. Half a day on chats and phone calls and all I have is that I will be contacted in 7 days in response to my complaint. Not good enough TT.

    @TalkTalk 9th day in a row with speed 10-times slower than before. Also, it disconnects every three hours. Technicians are aware of issues, but nothing happens. I only need to work and live like in the 2020s.

    Just to let you know @talktalk the call wasn’t disconnected!! I hung up as I’m sick fed up with the patronising **** I have to listen to! Yes the internet is working now…but it wasn’t when I phoned how hard is that to grasp! You’ve been told to send out a new router just do it!
