  @TalkTalk Wireless down for over 2 hours. Red button on the Internet router and no one in your support team can help despite much patience. Turning it off and on is not resolving it. Please advise.

  @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup customer service is a joke. You break contracts, insist we call your call centre which has limited hours and staff and cuts customers off after waiting on hold. You tell me to contact you via DM - go back and forth begging me to stay and then tell me I have to call

  @TalkTalk why is it impossible to raise a fault... when the elderly person cannot make calls as it’s not working. Tried to call on their behalf to report.. you will not check.. #Disgraceful

  Trying to work from home without Internet again today - how is it so hard for @TalkTalk to cancel an Internet order and for @bt_uk to set up a 4G connection? 🤯 Dreadful customer service from both too 🙄
