@TalkTalk sat waiting for you to call re a complaint. Phone rang, I answered immediately but no one there? Then you had the audacity to send a text 'claiming' you were unable to contact me! Typical crap customer service, just adds to the list if failures. Now really annoyed.

@TalkTalk beyond frustrated, I go round in circles on your website trying to find a way to contact customer service. I end up having to Google the number. Why is it not clear on your website? I am having constant interruptions to my service and I just want to cancel. Please help!
