  @TalkTalk Wow! What a totally useless customer service person Ijust spoke to. I am appalled at how unhelpful and stupid they were. The call was recorded so please listen to it. Unbelievable!

No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

  @TalkTalk Firstly you say you hadn’t received a refund request , now you say the refund has been processed twice . Can you see how utterly incompetent you look . Beyond pathetic. Just pay me the money you owe me by Friday. I think a child could handle customer service better than you guys

  @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

  @TalkTalk No, we can do it in public. After 3 months of zero service you're now refusing me compensation by lying about the events, when clearly I had no service.

  @TalkTalk my internet gone down and no service, when I call talk talk customer care service, it’s asking me to raise request using online portal, tell me how can I do that without internet, I’m very patient but you’re really touching my nerves

  @GothOnABrompton @EE thats why i never moved from Talktalk, as long as the costs are good, my speeds and cnnection work then **** all that mess transfering over to Virgin as i was going to only for friends to warn me off them
