  @TalkTalk its @martin_molyneux that has the issue Mark , he has tried to contact talktalk often got no where really 1 gets told to cancel account as only way to remove the previous order then redo new one then gets charged for , best bet message martin

  @martinmckee “..poor internet..” — I hope that very many customers work out that TalkTalk scarce have any human support staff.. it is all computer responders, chatbots, and computer voice responders.. automated approach: test, reset DLM/DSLM ..

  @TalkTalk HI my internet is frankly awful I get ping spikes every 5 second and cant even play game online because of this. I cant get through to someone on the phone and am not able to report a fault online. Could someone please assist with this please?
