    @TalkTalk The worst customer service ever! I’ve been let down three times by a service engineer to move the telephone box I’ve never known such terrible customer service. You ring up they say one thing you tweet they say something else unbelievably awful!

    The breathtaking incompetence of TalkTalk. No landline for more than five weeks, “customer service” agents, telling me the issue was fixed, they have identified an issue, they will be sending out an engineer to look at the issue. Oh, how I wish I had never joined up with them.

    @TalkTalk Internet shocking struggling financially barred my services and refused to help with a payment plan so left with out tv and Internet with a 2 year old wouldn't recommend choosing talk talk go else where

    @TalkTalk So I've been without Internet connection for 20 days due to TalkTalk not treating my issue as an emergency. Finally connection but what a surprise that I've been charge and paid a full bill after 3 weeks not being able to use the service contracted!!! What a customer service 👏

    @TalkTalk service centre have no idea how to resolve my issue. They have closed my complaints without resolution. This is day 14 of no internet / and it was apparently a “simple” home move!

    @TalkTalk Thanks I will indeed but never impressed with companies who respond quicker when shamed in public rather than giving a decent service in the first place.
