@TalkTalk The Broadband service I use in two locations has been very reliable for years, and fast enough - despite the fact I don't have fibre (I'm too busy to be messing about changing all my routers, settings and wires etc.) - but BT will always be my LL service. 02 my mobile.

@StephenPie @TalkTalk I know, and BT weren’t willing to actually spend the money fixing the problem thats clearly between us and the box. We’d hoped @TalkTalk would help but I’ve had more success with a bloody clairvoyant. We’re really stuck. Line is buggered but nobody will fix it

@TalkTalk it’s so frustrating getting the point across that our connection is shocking. How dare I be told there’s nothing wrong with our line when clearly there is. I’m not accepting it going off more than a few times each day is right. Socket to hub, no set up issues-end of!

@TalkTalk Erm I really don't think you do, I tried that, spoke to the CEO's office and got told everything that I was promised was a total lie, so no you can't help, the one thing you can do is leave me alone and stop replying to my tweets.

Ridiculously appalling service from @TalkTalk - internet dropping every 10 mins, impossible to work from home or do any video calls. Best they can offer is an engineer visit in A WEEK and charging me £40 for it?! Are they kidding?? @MrComplaintBox

@TalkTalk absolutely shite customer service. Ordered a Internet package with TV box included and only got internet. Tried speaking with someone- bad lines and non English speaking. No one free on webchat. Fuming. I’m going to have to cancel.

@TalkTalk The problem I had was in 2007. Which to someone of 60, seems like last Christmas. It's the blink of an eye quite frankly.

@aurylyaresin Im using TalkTalk too :( no issue streaming Jurassic World Evolution last week, but today it was having the same issue. I seem to be going between 0kps and 1500kps. running a bandwidth test sream on twitch inspector and stable at 2500kps. literally no changes outside test v live
