    @TalkTalk I truly do not understand your concept of customer service. Your complaints team, after 3 complaints, accepted that I was being charged unfairly. The 1st complaint was dismissed with nobody talking to me as I had told you I wanted to leave. The 2nd was just dismissed

    @TalkTalk Fibre broad band successfully and efficiently installed by @WeAreOpenreach after signing new contract. BUT! New set-top box promised by @TalkTalk was ordered and on its way (twice) never delivered!

    @TalkTalk your broadband connection in Glasgow has been really poor lately and is getting worse. Right now I am trying to connect to an online session I have spent money on and it's not happening! Fix this ASAP or I will be claiming compensation from you. #talktalk

    @TalkTalk Hence why I don't believe you could help. There apparently isn't anything you could do even if I did pass authentication. So I've given up asking for help. I'm now just going to publicly grumble until Openreach fix this.

    @TalkTalk the worst level of customer service I have had. Now trying to charge me for an engineer visit because your equipment doesn’t work, different levels of wrong. Pathetic.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgraceful. We have been trying to get a hold of someone all day. We will be taking matters to the ombudsman and will look to terminate our contract with TalkTalk
