@TalkTalk Our router is not responding, it went down last night so no Internet. For some unknown reason we received a brand new router from you a week ago, exactly the same as the one we have yet no communication from you as to why. Are we supposed to now use this one?

@TalkTalk I've been trying to upgrade my account for several weeks and your online platform isn't working, your customer advisors are unhelpful and terminate calls. If the upgrade isn't completed tomorrow I will be charged an alpt to keep the same service. Unacceptable.

@robbo1pga @TalkTalk Honestly I think it's best to switch to a different internet brand. Even for me here in Staffordshire, the internet provide is terrible here. We upgraded so many times and it's still awful

i am buying a product. that product does not need my legal name to be purchased. @TalkTalk why make this very simple change so difficult? do you want me to cancel? because cancelling and buying elsewhere is MUCH easier than your ridiculous process 😡

@TalkTalk No, we haven't installed it. Our internet was fine until 11pm yesterday. I tried to log in to my Talk Talk a/c this morning and your website said it was down and that you were doing maintenance on your website.
