I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.

I have asked to cancel my service

I have a fault logged but I can’t even access your website from my phone. We so need to cancel our contract with you!
