Hey @TalkTalk, my fiancee is missing work because of delays in our broadband move. We have been calling 2x/day since our planned move (31st). We are being gaslit. The story changes every time. We filed a complaint, and you stood up our complaint meeting. This is unacceptable.

@TalkTalk my internet has been down since morning and could not reach the customer service number to make complaints. I am not getting value for what I am paying for and this is not fair.

@TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

@TalkTalk I did that's why I've said 1-0 to me. Horrific help from the twitter team 4 agents and had to repeat myself EVERY time. It should be 1 agent per individual case not whoever is free deals with it. Beyond ridiculous, no wonder TalkTalk customer service was voted the worst. IT IS!!

@TalkTalk Why better deals are out there it just means you lose more customers . Treat your customers with the respect they deserve and it will help your company. Fortunately my deal is near to the end

@SkyHelpTeam I have contacted customer services. They were no help and insisted she would have to pay the bill regardless of her learning disabilities. She switched to you from @TalkTalk to save money, but now straight away she has been hit for a bill of nearly £200 which she can't afford.

Why is internet in the UK so frustrating?!?Signed up to @talktalk - was meant to have broadband from 1 April and haven’t had internet since day 1. Have on the phone with them back and forth for 2 hours, trying to cancel and being told I need to pay?!? #talktalkno #servicefail
