    So today's @TalkTalk update, complaint going in by email, but for the first time ever, they sent me a paper bill and are charging me £2.75 for it. If I could afford to cancel i would. This company is truly disgusting the way they treat customers.

    @TalkTalk @aaronbepacook Speed is down to just about 80-100 Mbps, not the usual 900+ Mbps. So they must be running off a backup system.

    @TalkTalk All working this morning but I'm thinking a need a backup plan if the main broadband goes down. I have many smart home devices that need a Internet connection ie smart car for my electric car smart lights etc

    @TalkTalk @MassF_ @TalkTalk if you appreciated our loyalty, your wouldn't take it for granted. Your communication about UFO migration has been very poor. And with this evening's outage, we're discovering how dreadful your customer support is. Don't assume we'll hang around.

    @TalkTalk @rbs_york Very poor communication. UFO support stops at 9pm, and you check our at 10pm. Homeworkers don't know such limits. Not a great way to keep loyal customers just as you're about to force them off the Talktalk UFO service. What is happening with that, by the way?
