@TalkTalk Useless phone provider. Old dears landline hasnt worked since last Friday, called on Monday to report, was told it'd be fixed in 2-3 days. Called again and "no update" and STILL not working. Over 70 with no way to contact family/friends during covid. Well done talktalk!

@TalkTalk I’m trying to cancel my order for broadband but your phone number keeps disconnecting me. I’ve tried over multiple days and can’t get through! They delivered the router today because I didn’t have a chance to cancel it.

@TalkTalk please contact me. My elderly Nan has tried to cancel her services. She gave a wrong password on the 1st attempt to cancel it and your agent refused to let her try another password or cancel her subscription. No assistant give to help her @ageukstaffs @BBCWatchdog
