    @TalkTalk I started this process last Thursday, i expected closure immediately given how serious the issue was .. but the call centres give me the runaround and clearly focus on complaint handling and not complaint resolution - 6 days on i am still getting hassle, nowhere and stressed. !

    @TalkTalk Cheers Andy. I’ve been told that a technician will come within 72 hours, but it’s nearly a month now we’ve not had internet waiting for installation, and I need it for work. Is there any chance someone could come fix our external issue today?

    @PyrionFlax @virginmedia Literally had to move to talktalk to get a better connection. And even then it took 4 months for them to cancel my service. The guy kept putting "wants to cancel" on my account notes but never cancelled. Good luck

    @TalkTalk Spoke yesterday about my internet disconnecting and running extremely slow when it is on. Said an engineer would be out today between 8am and 1pm, told they would phone 30 mins before, only time I've been out was for school run, no phone call, no engineer. still having issues.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk the last time I had Internet was 20th October. I have contacted your team twice, yet the issue remains unresolved. I might have to delete your direct debit and get another provider.
