@TalkTalk @CityFibre it’s not really good enough leaving someone without internet for 3 days on the first day they have attempted to set it up. Absolute shocking service from your “technical support”. Joined in DEC and only just getting round to setting up today pretty appalling

@TalkTalk I've spoken to six people today and spent two hours on the phone all to find out you accidentally cancelled my account and the only way to sort it is for me to reapply and wait again for a switch on day. I've now gone to another provider . Terrible customer service from talktalk

@TalkTalk no internet since Friday. Multiple calls made to try and fix it. Engineer was ment to have came yesterday, no one turned up! Waited in all day. And then this morning, apparently got to wait till Thursday now for another engineer. Embarrassing company

@markknott4 @TalkTalk LOL they are a joke I'm in to day 5 trying to find out why no service and we are going round in circles, their CS is a joke and you can't complain as there is nowhere to complain to. Nobody will think outside the box and make a decision

Once again, @TalkTalk cannot be bothered to call the customer even though they promised to do so. @Ofcom
