    @TalkTalk Enough is enough. No internet for 12 hours. Ruined NYE. Told its being resolved and someone would be in touch with update. Then phone lines closed early and still no info. Disgusting service and lack of customer care. Will I be renewing at the end of Jan? Errr no..

    @TalkTalk Apart from no internet on NYE the problem YOU have TalkTalk is your automated systems report there are no problems! I had to contact friend on Virgin to find truth! AND you ask us to click an internet link when we have no internet.dumb. Your text message lies, your service sucks.

    @TalkTalk no Internet since 12 noon. Seems to be the whole area of Hampshire but nothing on your website. And when I run a service check it said it was all fine! Thanks talktalk for ruining my NY eve in isolation 😩

    So @talktalk haven’t fixed the problem and think I need a new router as opposed to it being a network issue. Let’s hope they get it sorted before work on Tuesday. #NHS #EssentialWorker

    @TalkTalk Internet is back on so all sorted thank you (must have sorted the problem overnight). I'm concerned that members of the public on twitter had more information on the substantial exchange fault than your technical support team though...

    @TalkTalk We don’t need you to confirm that, the residents of Fareham did that for you, as you clearly have such non existent monitoring You just needed to acknowledge that publicly & stop 100s of DMs where you privately admit it, as this is grossly inefficient customer service
