@TalkTalk Hi - I'm trying to (and being prevented from) renewing contract.Not only are TT offering much better deals to new customers than existing loyal ones, but your system is saying I can only get a max of 65Mbps, when TT currently supplies me with 150Mbps! Website is no help

@TalkTalk The customer service was very helpful but only managed to get 40 quid knocked off so I still have to pay £80 but given the circumstances they could've shown some good grace and waved the fee especially as the new tenant is staying with them.
