Your helpline number is impossible to get anyone on - 18 in queue. Your live chat is not replying with a real person. If not sorted today, Ofcom complaint.

Can’t get thru on the phone despite your lines supposed to be open from 8am and no response when I try to contact via LiveChat. Useless!
