    @TalkTalk I’m embarrassed that I’ve come to Twitter to sort this but I’ve had an issue for 3 months and 13 hours of calls without resolution. I’ve been ‘transferred’ to a manager 5 times to resolve it and each time you’ve actually just put the phone down. What do I do?

    @TalkTalk start saving your DMs! What’s the point in asking for a DM@you ignore them for days and turn your advisors play dumb and ask you repeat yourself then they ignore you again. You are the worst company anyone could deal with. #poorcustomerservice #avoidtalktalk

    I’ve dealt with some shoddy customer service over the years but @TalkTalk win the award for the worst! No internet service 2 weeks on, incorrect information given by staff and rude staff who cut conversations off!

    2 &will not relinquish it. Talktalk outright deny they are keeping hold of the line. I am disabled, I use the internet for everything from shopping to GP & hospital appointments. I am a wheelchair user, stroke victim, I NEED the net. Can you please help??

    @TalkTalk Broadband isues since Nov so no WiFi for end of term un assesments & had to move home. Still after poor phonecalls I have still no WiFi. Can't even call to cancel my account.
