    @TalkTalk Customer service is awful, one of your representatives hung up my parents this morning when they were trying to close the account and change address. They have no resolution but to cancel there direct debit, I will need to get a phone line soon but will be avoiding you

    @TalkTalk Hi , your service is pathetic I didn't see service like this. I booked talk talk new connection more than one month back and was expected to activated on 6th April.but still my service is not activated .please look in to matter and activate my services.

    @TalkTalk How the hell do @TalkTalk win ANY awards with the terrible customer service they give to customers? I strongly advise you NEVER to use them - paid my arrears, disconnected me, now calling me EVERY day to try and get me to join them and on top of that they are chasing £ again!

    @TalkTalk heres the screen shots of the texts you send everyday telling me you’ll call me( two times you’ve called while I’m at work) Haven’t fixed issue tho.

    @TalkTalk My email provider/web host has said that our IP address is blacklisted on Spamhaus & that I need to contact you to get the IP add changed, but your website is a well-designed fortress, crafted to repel enquiries and make contact difficult. Who can help me please?
