@TalkTalk You are a bunch of conning ppl You don't provide the service no phone line sorted, 0.8 mps are you kidding?? Now you put the bill up, its disgraceful!! This was supposed to be sorted !! No email as we were promised We've had enough now.. Where's the email, this is so wrong.

@TalkTalk six weeks of nonsense, you have sent to engineers, you have made us take out a new contract so we can get a new router but yet the Internet still does not work and now the phone line is dropping, but your staff at the CallCenter do not bother, your service is disgusting

@TalkTalk Just signed up with talk talk. Had to speak to someone as my router wouldn’t connect. Yet another foreign voice that was hardly understandable. My friend was with me listening in. She couldn’t understand the woman on talktalk either. What a horrible stressful service. HATE IT.

I have a new landline number, it was a surprise, I had to call my mobile and leave myself a voicemail! This, even by BT standards is below competent customer service! TalkTalk, you’ve reached an all time low as a reputable Telecoms Company #Shocking

@nowtv @talktalk why are you both so #rubbish. I’ve spent well over an hour trying to watch 55mins of an episode. Having waited innumerable minutes of spinning wheels, router resets and re-watching the same damn several minutes three times. Not a user friendly experience!!
