@TalkTalk I've been told twice this week we've been "escalated" - I've today made my intention to cancel services from 04-08-25, our out of contract date via telephone and chatbot - both of whom said AGAIN we've been escalated - it really should not be this hard - It's why we're leaving

@TalkTalk That humerous reply actually put a smile on my face. Have a nice day Nokwanda, but I won't be a customer of @TalkTalk for much longer. Just need to get my money back and get compensated for avoidable breach of contract and loss of service

@TalkTalk @talktalk after 4 weeks of messaging, 58 community ineractions, 3 complaints managers, 3 escalations, 3 formal complaints including to your CEO, broken promises, missed deadlines and now breach of contract. I'm not sure TalkTalk deserve to have any email customers
