@ohhhhclara @TalkTalk They don’t want to admit it’s a nationwide problem as they will be liable for compensation but all us customers are sat at home trying to do video calls for work with no internet. It’s a joke!

@TalkTalk I have no idea. I was never a TalkTalk customer, you just took over the hosting of the email when you bought out Tiscali (who took over lineone a very long time ago). I've only ever had the email set to forward to another, and don't use it for anything.

@TalkTalk Yes it is and I am not in a position to use a wired connection as my office space is above the router. In the 3 years that I've been using your service this has never happened. Restarting the router does not fix it. The package advertises 63mb speeds yet I am only getting 36mb

@TalkTalk seems myself and others in the CV postcode area have no internet today. Clearly a local issue for us,is it being looked into?

@TalkTalk Nope. How's that going to help? Another person to explain the issues to? There's already an ongoing complaint, so I'm not getting anybody else involved. I'm merely venting my frustration at the incompetence of @TalkTalk. It's cathartic. Well. mildly cathartic.

@TalkTalk no internet for all devices in my house. It says there are no network issues however nothing is working. Online chat service was extremely unhelpful

One of the main problems with @TalkTalk customer service is that it is impossible to talk to the same person twice, so you keep having to go back to square one everytime you phone. Or, to put it more succinctly, many hands make shite work!

@TalkTalk It’s saying that there isn’t a problem in my area but there clearly is because I’m unable to work due to the wifi going off and on all the time.
