    @TalkTalk my friends contract has expired, so is currently paying just short of £50pm, her original contract was just over £20pm. She has health issues so i am acting on her behalf. She would like a new contract on a much cheaper payment deal.

    @TalkTalk Just chatting in a window to a support representative who asked me to restart my router. When I did this the chat ended and they haven't got back in contact. Not sure how to get back in touch. Nothing on your website?

    @TalkTalk The issue occurred when using wireless, however it’s the entire router that’s down, not just a disconnect to one thing

    @TalkTalk Hi Harold - Open Reach have been out this morning and have checked the line. There was a fault on it but that was cleared last night. We have hard reset the router this morning (not as advised by TalkTalk BTW) and fingers crossed, we may have resolved the issue. 0/10 for service.

    @TalkTalk half the price of bt and now I know why. Wishing we never switched over. Your hub manager is useless. Most of the standard features are not there. #whencontractisoverwewillswitch

    @juliemac1000 @TalkTalk Julie they put mine up to over£34 at end of contract I complained said I would leave renegotiated got it down to £22 had tolisten to load of xxxxx this includes Netflix but worth it in end how did job go btw

    The TalkTalk Wholesale "new network migration" really has been a disaster. Had to replace the router, then go back to the BTOpenreach modem just to get a connection... now it's shaky as heck. Tempted to ask about a transfer back to the BT network just for reliability.
