    @TalkTalk Nah rather not thanks, there is nothing more to discuss your customer service is the worse I have EVER dealt with! 6 hours on live chat, no resolution, so much repetition!, FIX WHAT WE PAY FOR! that simple really, THE ISSUE IS YOUR END NOT MY EQUIPMENT STOP PASSING BLAME!

    @TalkTalk Sub standard Internet, sub standard customer service, non existent technicians, truck load of excuses. If your thinking of joining I would look elsewhere. Doesn't matter how cheap it is, if its sub standard (at best) its no good

    @TalkTalk But can you actually deal with customers complaints!My daughters had no phone or internet for over a week! Customer services are worse than useless,apparently asking to speak to a manager is a breach of GDPR! Think your staff urgently need GDPR training cos that is bullshit

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Just renewed with Plusnet. Super fast Unlimited Fibre package for £21/month. 3rd contract with them and had no previous issues 👍

    @muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.

    @TalkTalk just had fast fibre installed, was working fine but now there is telephones call and can't call or receive calls, we tried all the connections they are fine landline isn't working any help?

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk I’ve been with them since 2014. Mostly very reliable for me. Others have problems with them.
