@tescomobile But do you have your own network and did you invest in 5g? 🤔

  • contactpc PC (@contactpc) reported

@tescomobile missed my #flight because I’m not receiving SMS on my phone and the issue is still ongoing. All recommended action has not resolved the issue. Can I please port my number if you cant resolved this issue by this Friday.

  • Keg1985 Kate Garbutt (@Keg1985) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for your reply Laura, looks like there's upgrades going on until 28th March - seems a long time to be with no signal though and with no advanced warning either.

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@Elite91X @tescomobile My phone's tend to last me at least two years. I've had some last longer, though generally they get too slow. This is the first time I've had an actual Google phone and is impressive how noticeable small tweaks and improvements are.

  • G_Force_Invests Gavin (@G_Force_Invests) reported

@tescomobile You share a network that O2 have to invest billions in to upgrade to 5g and maintain. Whilst I share the frustration of the consumer, this is completely biased against an operator having to be accountable for the upgrade and maintenance of a network.

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@Maxien_G @tescomobile Different rents and rates, smaller building, more staff per customer. Yes it's going to cost a different amount to run. So shop somewhere else. 🤷

  • markhewitson1 mark hewitson (@markhewitson1) reported

@tescomobile more dis-jointed (poor) customer service. Phones and prices ok. Integrated customer service. Not ok. New phone last week. This week new offer. Simple just give me the earbuds.....if only.

  • 21EmoSavage Emo Blaze 😔 (@21EmoSavage) reported

  • andy_uk44 I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported

@tescomobile @TelefonicaUK It don’t matter who the mobile network provider is in my area as the signal from everyone is near enough dead signals
