    @tescomobile Interesting. I just contacted Alcatel on the advice of one of your customer support team on the phones. They inform me that they are unable to help as they have nothing to do with locking the phones - that is entirely done by Tesco!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I switched to an inferior network, @ThreeUK, from a superior network, @tescomobile and it has lived up to its reputation. No signal, no 4g, no Internet, NOTHING. I have been with @ThreeUK for less than 24 hours, and it is SHIT.

    @JonathanNichol4 Tesco uses @O2 Network if I remember. I'm on @ThreeUK and not had much problems with them really. But may swap to @tescomobile if they are cheaper, as mine is 24£ at the moment

    @tescomobile A quick good network run by O2, At a good price no wonder your customers love you, If your connection is down they will rescue. There’s no doubt in my mind that you will prevail, Claire Lorains, all hail! There’s only one problem in this letter @giffgaff is better.

    @tescomobile @GowlerClaire cancelled the contract to try and fix the mess you had caused!! When I tried to reverse the charge the DD was accidentally cancelled by HSBC but on checking you cancelled the contracts due to your own error - I was then left with a £680 charge for something I didn't even cause.

    @tescomobile They insisted the card details must have been incorrect, which then locks me out for 3 days. But they were auto-completed so that isn't the problem. No one seems willing to help.

    @tescomobile you still have the worse mobile coverage ever experienced, the fact you advertise sharing the O2 network, not having the full use of this network stating your Network checker shows good coverage at our address and that it’s the sim or iPhone at fault !

    @SamGouldson @tescomobile Seems the staff in store and those on the phones all say different things, which means no cohesion, and the customer gets effectively lied to. Not great practice.

    @MippisMum @tescomobile I’m glad they could. When it was done to me (another network) I was told once deactivated, it’s dead. At least he has a phone again, but should never have happened. #stranded #badform

    @tescomobile Hi. It has been factory reset twice. Your chesterfield store advised me they dont send phones off so couldnt help me. Shouldn't be stuck with a phone that doesnt do what it should.

    Im with @O2 The service sucks and wouldnt recommend them to anyone. My area has has faults for the past 4 months. Ever since you guys subcontracted to @tescomobile your O2 Customers have suffered. 4 Months with terrible service , Little to no signal and 1mbps outside is horrible

    @tescomobile well done on your app not working so I buy 2 2gb bundles as the first one doesn’t update on app for £15 and I could have brought 5gb for £11 and it’s my fault I should have waited for the app to update! Great customer service blaming me for your app not working
