    @tescomobile Hi there, I’m currently switching between Cosmote and Wind. My phone is on manual network selection but I won’t be happy if I’ve been charged by Tesco for their error for thinking I’m in Turkey when I’m evidently on the Greek island of Rhodes.

    @tescomobile I agree you don't control the weighting of the credit score but you do a credit check to the extent where you make a healthy credit file look bad once you have done a credit check and I feel people taking out a contract with TM should be made aware. Avoid TM like the plague!

    @tescomobile Received call back, was told nothing can be done which is pathetic. I will never take out a contract with yourselves ever again. My credit score did not drop as much when I took out a mortgage. Tesco should be ashamed of themselves, no complaint and no compensation offered

    @tescomobile my credit rating dropped from 447 points to 194 after taking a phone contract at £11 A month. Now struggling to get finance. I feel Tesco Mobile should make it's customers aware of the hard check and the consequences it can have. Still no complaint raised. Gutted!!

    @tescomobile Your customer service is APPALLING. Someone I know has had a mobile contract taken out in his name FRAUDULENTLY. Fraud team promises a call back within 5 working days. He has to chase you as no call. He is then promised a call today - NOTHING!

    @tescomobile .. and then see the dot on the Voicemail icon, but I used to get actual notifications in Notification Centre and sounds played too. I’ve tried resetting Network Settings, but no joy. So at present set it up to send a txt when I get a vm left.

    @tescomobile You do have control. You should make your customers aware that a hard check will be carried out and your credit score will go down more points as opposed to taking out a mortgage. Now can someone call me for the second time to raise my complaint!

    @iPaul09 @O2 I was an EE customer for 6 years, before that t-mobile for 1 year. After paying them 40 quid on a never ending contract I said goodbye in June and now with @tescomobile for less than half the price I was paying EE. I'm not stuck in contract for years to come now either.

    @tescomobile Nope, it’s probably going to be Monday now. You say that if it’s not here by Monday then I have to cancel my order and re-order again, meaning a Tuesday delivery slot. It’s not acceptable. You said Friday and you’ve done nothing about sorting it. Just been told to wait.

    Disgraceful service @tescomobile @DPDgroup_news unable to find address on 3 subsequent days to make delivery of phone-refuse to let us speak to driver, say driver will ring but doesn’t happen. Tesco say they can’t intervene - neither can say if/when phone will arrive-no solutions
