    @tescomobile Hopefully it helps! I've been a customer since 2008 and it'll be the end of an era to leave, but when it comes to such drastic differences, it'll leave some customers no choice.

    @tescomobile It’s been like this for months. Have previously been told “network busy” even at 3am and a tower covering SA1 out of service. Paying for a service you don’t provide and can’t leave my contract to go to a provider who can 😡Basically any postcode from SA1 to SA6

    @tescomobile I am writing this due to the disgusting way my mother has been treated. She is a pensioner and has rudely been spoken to by customer service, fobbed off on numerous occasions. We have also spent stupid money on calling customer care She just wants her phone unlocked.

    Data is down for the third time this year with @tescomobile and again it's a mast not working. Lost about 3/4 weeks now of using my data due to signal issues. My contract is due to expire soon and I might just change networks.

Once others realise that there are (better) alternatives you're on a losing wicket & it won't make an 'apporth of difference where you store your trolleys - they won't be needed .....

    Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

    @tescomobile Sort of, told me to wait for timeslot from DPD, if I don’t hear by 6 then phone (again) customer service. Whole saga is a joke, latest info on DPD website, 28 March, package to be returned to Tesco. Tesco mobile, DPD, HUAWEI👎

    @tescomobile Did all that at the beginning of March via message centre. Phone sent for repair, going to be replaced, well it was on the 27 March, let down, might be delivered today (LOL) waiting for time slot from DPD, still waiting.
