should be able to end the contract & not be fixed in these rediciculous long contracts customers cannot budget if @tescomobile can provide good pricing & customer care then the major network suppliers need to be less greedy I am with Vodafone but will not renew under these terms

Up until the last few months I’ve had more than excellent service from @tescomobile but despite changing Sim, message and voicemail doesn't work (wondered why wasn't receiving any) am unable to receive OTP's (worrying) by text - Chat is hopeless. At wits end.

@tescomobile Hi! Everyone in my household (4) on Tesco Mobile has virtually no signal whatsoever when we normally all get a strong 4G signal. Status Checker says upgrade work is going on but I'm waiting on a 2FA code and can't get it because of this. Help!!

@tescomobile Just to keep the general grocery buying public informed Tesco are NOT solving the problem.. even though "EVERY LITTLE HELPS" ? Refunds and transfering mobile numbers to a competitor does NOT fall into this category ! 🤢🧐🤠

Wonderful!! 🤬 Now, because the garage couldn't contact me (no phone signal) my broken down vehicle has missed a week's repair slots and won't be done till next week! Can't call anyone, now can't go anywhere 🤬 It's not good enough! @O2 @tescomobile
