    Wow @tescomobile lost and stolen is a bit useless if you are abroad. Web chat doesn't work. They don't reply to Twitter despite claim on website. Call their number and you have to sit through endless menu selections b4 you get to the one you need all while paying intl call charge

    @tescomobile You have configured your android app manifest to be georestricted to the UK region only. That's 100% on you. VPN won't change that. It seems odd that you would greet visitors to the UK who choose your service with such obfuscation.

    @tescomobile Sure. I explained I don't care about high bills. Was told the rules still apply and there was nothing they could do. So unless you can fix it - not sure what you can do. Seems ridiculous you treat data like Gold when there's better unlimited deals out there with #3mobile etc

    @tescomobile Hi. I have a pay monthly 4g SIM only deal. However I cannot consistently access 4g /Lte. When I turn the 4g on it works for a while and than it stops working, no internet, no messages etc. I have to switch to 3g which works consistently. Any help appreciated.

Called CS twice and they cant help only some customers effected and they don’t know unless we advise them! Insane! 😔
