    @tescomobile hello. The signal on my tesco sim has been quite poor for a couple days now. It says 4G but it's really slow and I only have 2 bars out of 5 for signal. A few times I've had no signal at all as the network kept disconnecting. I have a 12 month tesco contract.

    @tescomobile worst time with trying to cancel my phone to obtain a PAC code and now due to incompetent staff I am now locked out for 24 hours and apparently nothing can override the system even though in-store with the same security questions they were able to access my account!

    @tescomobile please update the PAYG mobile app on Android. It doesn't boot up and hasn't been updated since May 2018. Your PAYG website is also useless, it requires two logins to use (every time) and I can't get past the second. Password reset doesn't work either.

    @JackRDryden @tescomobile If you text STOP to the number within 24 hours, you should not be charged. Any problems (eg if they have already charged you and you need a refund) @Payforit_Sucks provides helpful support & guidance

    @tescomobile phoned up about free 2Gb of data from Dec problems. I was told I'd had it. They would not believe I hadn't. I offered proof. In my data records on phone. What a blagging slow network. GO TESCO IF YOU WANT DATA TO GOGO.

    @tescomobile The problem is she has no credit on the phone, it ran out whilst ringing customer service. She has tried several cards which are not being accepted online. The only other phone she has is £6 / min.

    @tescomobile Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately when she enters her registered card the card number is being misread each time she enters it. If someone in the uk buys a top up card and she enters the number it may not be accepted. Can she be called by tesco customer service.

    @O2 I’m with @tescomobile so in effect it’s your network yes. Doesn’t matter who I’m with it’s your mast causing all these issues for months. Try having a member of your family dying in hospital and you can’t get hold of each other….

    @tescomobile Thanks, I appreciate it’s out of your hands but if you can politely kick them up the bottom it would help. We had family in hospital Nov/Dec and my parents couldn’t even call us on mobiles during stressful times, it’s never improved and very poor it’s still not rectified

    @tescomobile @tescomobile the issue has been resolved now. I had to u install the app and reinstall it . I would suggest the IT to hire decent tester when thinking of launching an app. Silly mistakes likes can cost defame of the @Tesco brand .
