    @tescomobile last night my data was on 4.56 out of 5GB so i purchased a one off data bundle (5GB) and it now says I am on 9.56 out of 10GB when i clearly haven't used any..........since i've been asleep. any help?

    @tescomobile I have recently bought a new phone from Tesco Mobile and wanted to keep my old Tesco Mobile number. I have been in contact with you and transferred the number and was told it would take up to 24 hours. It's now nearly 48 hours and I still have no phone signal.

    @tescomobile poor customer services in the Prescot store. My elderly and deaf mum asked the member of staff to take their mask off and wear a shield so that she could lip read. He refused therefore discriminating against someone with a disability

    @tescomobile hi my dad's ordered a phone which was due to arrive Friday. It didn't and was rescheduled for today. It hasn't shown up and he hasn't been able to speak to an actual person through customer support. Help please.

    @tescomobile, was unable to resolve an issue (of your making) in store today because I left my shielding mum at home and I failed security. Might be worth reviewing your security. I had all receipts etc but ended up having to take a new number which isn't really what I wanted.

    @tescomobile The signal down our Close is universally bad and has been quite some time. We are in the shadow of a hill that seems to block the signal from the nearest transmitter. My company mobile is on O2 and I thankfully get WiFi calling. Don’t Tesco piggy-back O2’s service?

    Switched from @VodafoneUK payg, bought a @tescomobile n £10 credit tripled. Lasted less time than £5 Voda. Called Tesco about something else.. rude and put phone down on me. Binned Tesco chip 🥳 Good ol @VodafoneUK 👍🏻 I’m staying with u

    @tescomobile hi, i’ve been having issues using my internet data for a few days but now it barely works. i’ve tried the troubleshooting pages online which resolves the issue for a small amount of time before it just stops connecting again. would you be able to help at all?

    @tescomobile Not impressed about wasting 15 mins on hold only to be put through to an obsolete number - your advisors really ought to know better than that. That's simple stuff from a customer service point of view.

    @tescomobile Tried that - held for 15 mins, finally got through to somebody who couldn't help because the order is for a PAYG phone, said he'd put me through to somebody else and that was to an obsolete number...... 😡😡 So who do I speak to about a PAYG order which hasn't turned up ?

    @tescomobile you need to have a word with DPD - got email this morning saying they'd deliver between 10.40 and 11.40 am - about 12pm as nothing has turned up, I check their website and it claims delivered at 11.02 - but nothing has been delivered. Messaged them, no response. Poor

    Hey @tescomobile my number moved over a few weeks ago from my previous network. When I call people it comes from the correct number but when I text them it shows up as the original number assigned to the SIM card. How do I resolve this?
