    @tescomobile Phone isn't damaged. Has never been dropped or submerged in water. All apps and phone software are kept up to date. Antivirus is installed. Lost majority of my holiday snaps.

    @tescomobile Yes I have and was told I never paid anything from the 17th of April until the 30th of may that’s why there is a back date but that was a lie. I paid my old phones insurance on the 12th of April and then swapped to my new one of the 9th of may.

    @tescomobile Yeah the 4g speeds are very poor at most places, my home address and work place are miles apart and the speeds are painfully slow at both. To the point where 3g is quicker than 4g at home.
