    @tescomobile Is there an issue currently with the website? Ordering just a non contract phone and each time after checkout it comes up “service unavailable”...checking my banking app shows payment taken and refunded 4 times, nothing shows in “my orders” & phone then reappears in my basket

    @tescomobile Why does it say it is using data then. I have more evidence to support my query than you have in your answer. Yes it's a free app to download but it is using my data, which it shouldn't be

    @tescomobile Somebody seems to have taken out a Tesco Mobile plan and linked it to my address (the Sim has just arrived in the post - I do not recognise the name one the account). Your Customer Care phone line is impenetrable to a non-customer. What do i do ?

    @tescomobile My other half cannot upgrade from a sim only to monthly contract. Trying to do this online and there's a problem with your upgrade journey as its requesting a pin which doesn't work, even though she is logged in. Can you please help. Live chat was useless.

    @Tesco @tescomobile Disappointed with Tesco mobile repair centre help. We sent a mobile phone in to them for repair which was under warranty, had to phone them as we had not heard anything from them for 3 weeks only to find they have lost our phone. An investigation is started

    @tescomobile Hello, please can you tell me if at any point during the day/night you restrict 4g speeds if it is tethered i.e. used on a laptop via mobile hotspot? I know you allow tethering, but i'm specifically asking if you slow down the speed if data is used this way. Thanks.

    @tescomobile I tried other devices and still had issues. It finally worked after 7 attempts and two different devices plus I was doing things by the app rather than speaking to anybody.
