@tescomobile Well what to say... Husband's phone broken.. Under guarantee.. Void due to some sort of misuse... Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

@tescomobile As soon as my contract is up I will be going elsewhere. I have had more issues with Tesco Movile in a few months than I ever had with over 20 years of owning a mobile phone. The #poorcustomerservice is just the icing on the cake as far as I'm concerned. Poor coverage also.

@tescomobile No not good enough, I was offered a partial refund for last month and if this is going to continue throughout April then you need to reimburse as I'm not getting the service I've paid for. I have pretty much zero reception at home and in the surrounding area

Appalling customer service @tescomobile. I persuaded my 78 year old mother to get a monthly contract with Tesco Mobile in Dec 2022. Still not working fully ! Get cut off , no call backs , spent 8 hours inc 2 shop visits trying to resolve - Exasperated!!

@tescomobile Hi. On the 23rd my phone was stolen, I called that day and requested a new Sim. That arrived on Tues 28th but after spending all day trying to activate it your help desk concluded the sim was blank. New one sent and arrived on 30th. That was also didn’t work..
