@tescomobile Are ever going to add wifi calling or esim? I have poor o2 signal in mu area so WIFI calling is a must.

  • adrosen65 Tony (@adrosen65) reported

@tescomobile No not a SIM problem - appears that all O2 and tescomobile internet services are not working in my area. I have escalated this through customer services. What I cannot understand is why there was no notification to me that the service was not operational. This is poor!

  • EilidhCreates Eilidh Creates (@EilidhCreates) reported

@tescomobile ermm my phone is without a data signal all I can do is send texts, can't even make hone calls. What's going on? When will it be fixed?

  • Lll63629830 Lll (@Lll63629830) reported

@EilidhCreates @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve didn’t hours on the phone trying to suet it. It’s not acceptable demand compensation or leave they are useless

  • aheadless aheadless (@aheadless) reported

A couple of weeks back @tescomobile PAYG signal stopped working in my house. Multiple devices, same behaviour. It works 500m away. Tesco Mobile monthly contract works just fine though. Anyone any ideas?!

  • memike72 Boss (@memike72) reported

Is it just me or is @tescomobile @O2 signal terrible in BT9.

  • OTooleyAuthor Oliver J. Tooley, author. He/Him 💚🌍 (@OTooleyAuthor) reported

@tescomobile Utter crap, this was NOT a customer care issue it was a serious security issue. It should be possible to report a lost or stolen phone easily at ANY TIME.

  • steve3963 steve sommers (@steve3963) reported

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine off my new phone.

  • OTooleyAuthor Oliver J. Tooley, author. He/Him 💚🌍 (@OTooleyAuthor) reported

@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

  • bloomartsmanage Helen Mahoney (@bloomartsmanage) reported

@tescomobile tweeting in desperation! Been without functioning phonefor a week, multiple phone calls and two visits to your Clifton Moor store in York and no sign of any action. I have serious health issues, need to be in contactable with my medical team. This is unacceptable.
