Vince Binns (@VinceBinns) reported@tescomobile No issues - Just says can get busy. Surely this wouldn't mean she can recieve or make calls for nearly two day's? Phone rebooted about five times a day, sometimes works but phone is pretty new so surely a signal problem.

Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

Your team told me the they couldn’t change it either and yet when I asked the question if that’s the fixed period for EVERY Tesco Mobile customer I was told no. So I don’t understand why you cannot change it for him?
