CS in effect called me a liar!!

Yesterday It was confirmed by your staff member at Streatham store on the O2 webpage there were interruptions of service and no service in areas. The issue is no coverage in every area I was in and no warning. O2 customers were sent texts about this.Tesco advisor in Streatham looked st coverage issues. Your CS implied he was a liar!

It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!
