Julie Martin (@julesvb82) reported@tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

Bully in the alley 🍻 (@WeeLeeMcD) reported@tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

That’s 4 phones we have had to carry this whole holiday weekend. If not sorted we will be using our 14 day period to cancel 3 contracts!
