@tescomobile Again,just an excuse. It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

@tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

If not resolved soon I'll be bypassing Tesco altogether and taking my issue to the relevant ombudsman. So many folk having similar issues. So poor.

Gut in tesco irvine sorted the issue in 15 mins guys on phone had no clue I am looking around for new provider all 4 phones

Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco

@tescomobile customer support network is a farce. Two months of trying to resolve a problem; have resorted to lodging a formal complaint online (under the heading ‘please ask your question here’)…it’s not a question Tesco! Automation and bots = very unhappy customers! Unreal!
