@tescomobile Since Tesco outsourced their Customer Service to Crapita it's been truly awful. Had to take them to the ombudsman for a resolution. Please avoid folks!

@tescomobile I've been on Live Chat for 40 minutes to return my phone and cancel my upgrade but all I get is "it'll be 2 minutes", or "sorry for the delay" after providing all account details. Terrible.
