@tescomobile why does my phone signal/4G etc go down every weekend night making it impossible for me to make calls? For the last 4 weeks it's been bad 9pm till 9am Fri to Sun but fine the rest of the time..

  • amandal06348325 amanda locke (@amandal06348325) reported

@tescomobile Moved from EE to Tesco mobile for one of these deals. The difference in customer service is shocking. All I’m trying to do is transfer my number - 9 phone calls, a different response each time and now day 2 of no working phone number. Truly, truly awful.

  • RubyTinkerbell RubyTinkerbell (@RubyTinkerbell) reported

@tescomobile Yes it's over the 14 days; it's mainly at home. There's just no signal at all, so I'm unable to do anything! I shouldn't have to pay any cancellation charges if you're not providing the service I'm paying you for!

  • NoNW10dump Stop the waste plant #FBPE (@NoNW10dump) reported

@tescomobile Hi, I have a PaYG phone which has stopped working. Can you help please?

  • SzaflarskiM Maciek (@SzaflarskiM) reported

@tescomobile I've contacted your customer care by email already. The problem here is the fact, that a big company like Tesco is making it impossible to claim the refund for entitled people. I have a proposition for you. Donate all unclaimed refunds to some charity. I would be happy with that

  • molleeybroc MaryGerarda (@molleeybroc) reported

@tescomobile It said there were no issues, not helpful... there WERE issues, and they were spread out geographically.

  • ParsnipTart Ian Parsons (@ParsnipTart) reported

@tescomobile Probably the worst customer service on line and telephone in the UK today!

  • WrightICT P Wright (@WrightICT) reported

@tescomobile Is there a reason you don't support AppleWatch? Odd as O2 do and you use their tech.

  • Phoenixx89x Robbie (@Phoenixx89x) reported

Been a loyal @tescomobile customer for many years now and I’m being told that the options for my faulty phone are wait and see if a new one is in stock or cancel my contract? They also don’t phone customers back from the exchange department because A NEW CUSTOMER takes 1/3

  • Ed_Pritch91 Ed (@Ed_Pritch91) reported

Just joined @tescomobile left 1 of the big 4 networks to give this a try. Can't see any issues with being powered by @O2 #SupermarketMobile
