@tescomobile disgusted in Tesco mobile customer service!! I was in store to get 4 sim only deals on Tues. they tried 6 times to get it verify! Tesco had a new operating system starting that day. Called n again still could verify. I’ve had a account 15yrs. Still waiting call back

My phone often just goes to answer phone due to no signal so I'm missing important calls (such as doctors, work calls etc) Messages don't often send, I'm replying on WhatsApp (when that works!). WiFi isn't that good and my phone data never works

@tescomobile Hi, I went in store yesterday as I wanted to change my PAYG tariff from the one where you top up and get triple credit to the rocket pack with 5000 minutes of calls. The guy said it will take 24 hours. It's been 24 hours and nothing has happened. Help please!

Anyone on #tescomobile used it abroad recently? Useless guides on their site just say ‘turn off data and use Wi-Fi’ which doesn’t help me understand how much it’ll cost.
