Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I've done all that Liz. I've sent screenshots, talked to the chat people in India, spent 5 hours in DMs on Twitter, talked to customer services on the phone and in store. I have tried 3 different devices and 3 web browsers. Mi-Pay is broken.

It was so much easier when it was deducted automatically from my bank, before Mi-Pay Ltd screwed it up. 4 years without a problem, now it's time to leave.
