    @tescomobile @Tesco pretending they have called me when they haven’t. Not to mention how serious the call is since they’ve been taking money from a contract that was cancelled and they never bothered to cancel it and continued to take the money out.

    @Weegee02766453 I had a similar problem with Vodafone. I recorded everything and collected all my documentary proof. Took this to the ombudsman after two desultory offers. I won very quickly with compensation and promptly took all four of my numbers to @tescomobile who have been brilliant since

    Between @tescomobile and @SamsungMobile the s22 is the worst decision I ever made! Nothing but grief since day 1! I can't even make calls today so if somebody could get in touch that would be great!

    @tescomobile Dad changed from other network Mon:promised by agent old number would be transferred no later than Wed AM. Old number dead and STILL not transferred. He receives cancer treatment and calls regarding it and awaiting call for heart surgery and no1 is doing nothing-help

    @tescomobile wow 12 years running wining awards and no calling over wifi… just moved to Tesco and it didn’t even cross my mind to check this basic feature. So disappointing and making the network switch a downgrade. Please do better Tesco.

    @tescomobile Mast seems to have stopped working in Allonby, CA15 area. No mobile signal at all for Tesco or Vodafone users. Can you report this please?
