@tescomobile Just I been told its a scam that dhould be illegal and therefore I want to cancel this contract as I was sold it being mislead .As I text people all time yet my 5000 free texts stay at 5000 cause u scamming me and changing texts in to chargeable mms WRONG AND WILL SOON BE ILKEGAL

2/2 I was promised some credit on a temporary number but I had to phone back in 2 hours to get it added on. I asked if the customer care line would still be open at 7:45pm assured it would be and surprise surprise - they’re closed. Absolutely no service from @tescomobile

@tescomobile have been nothing short of a shitshow!! I’m so angry with the customer service i’ve received with an issue thats taken over 4 months and now, after DELETING MY NUMBER, they’re refusing to call me!! It’s made me want to move away from @Tesco completely! 😡😡😡😡

Three days without phone signal and still paying for a full service 🙄 Full service might not even be resumed until 10pm on April 5th!! Seems completely unfair to be paying for a service I simply cannot use for what could be a total of 10days! @tescomobile

@tescomobile Selling contracts in an area where a mast is broken whilst showing someone an o2 network checker which showed good signal is just plain dodgy
