Spoken to @tescomobile & can use #powerofattorney to close down account & pay what’s owed - but are sending email to let me do that to Dad’s email, which he can’t use & I can’t access without verifying via his phone which he’s locked out of. Kafka help me!

@tescomobile absolutely disgusted with your service. I got a new contract with you in December and and transferred over from Vodafone pay as you go and im still unable to receive phone calls. Ive spoke to your customer support over 20 times and still no resolution.

@O2 & @tescomobile - large scale signal outage around the sellindge area in Kent. Especially dangerous as the electricity is also down, leaving no way to call anyone if there is an emergency.

@linda_whyman I used to be with Virgin broadband who were terrible. Moved to EE a couple of years ago and have no complaints. Also we’ve had our phones from TescoMobile for some years and have generally found them to be helpful & fair. (Ps I do not work for these companies & am not paid!)
