@tescomobile is seriously not impressed at the moment. I deferred a payment in October to be paid in November and wasn't informed at the time that my credit file would be impacted. Now I've got a red mark on my folder. Doesn't help when I'm trying hard to rebuild my credit.

@tescomobile I have tested the links on three different machines, using 5 different browsers and three operating systems. Even with popups unblocked it does not work. I've asked for a customer service email address. Apparently such a thing does not exist!!!!!

The helpful people at @tescomobile have directed me to multiple online chat services to try and replace my SIM. The bad news is that none of these diferrent pages has a functioning chat service. So I am still going round in circles in between work meetings to sort this out

@tescomobile i normally pay around the 20th, because thats then i get UC, ill try calling in the morning and explaining properly and the fact iove been with you for more than 5 years and this is one of the very few times iive had problems. your website your responsibility

@tescomobile I've contacted your customer care by email already. The problem here is the fact, that a big company like Tesco is making it impossible to claim the refund for entitled people. I have a proposition for you. Donate all unclaimed refunds to some charity. I would be happy with that
