@tescomobile It would help if u read the impossible situation im having with the sales team. I've been charged for full insurance and the phone sale was blocked by the computer before it even got to the visa credit search at the bank. Im paying for insurance for no phone by the sales team

@tescomobile Nobody has got somebody to help me in store they just guess and their manager on phone guesses & tells me its barclays and thats not resolving anything they shouldn't guess as its sending me on a wild goose chase taking longer to get the actual problem sorted.
@tescomobile The only thing I will say its really bad practice to blame the bank they said my credit is fine its a tesco technical fault. And I've got a tesco insurance on this phantom phone now because over the phone sales the system allows me to go a bit further than in store.
@tescomobile Could someone help direct me to a person who can over ride the system so I can buy the phone today and put this stress behind me as its been going on for 10 days and im going round in circles in store and on phone because no one is qualified to know what to do. My bank are fine.
@tescomobile My bank customer services who have full access to see my account said I've never defaulted on any payments im out of phone contract with 02 for 3 years and I didn't know it would be this difficult to get a new provider. This resolve requires a reset of all my information stored.
