    When I opened the box, wasn't the iPhone 12 and was some "Square Readers" £20-"30 which seems like some payment method device. I raised the question to Chat Online from Tesco mobile website Customer service, so far 45 minutes and no resolution. @tescomobile

    @tescomobile Sean when we call, the call disconnects as soon as we select option 1 for payg. The same things happens with the pay monthly option, so we don’t even get to the stage we can go to “all other enquiries”. Is there any other way we can get help please?

    @tescomobile disappointed to be faced with a 7 day wait for my number to be ported to Tesco Mobile, never taken more than 24 hours with any other network in the past.

    Called Customer Service and after more than 40 minutes to hear someone will open an INVESTIGATION and this will take 3-5 days. So no REFUND, NO Phone. I am very frustrated. The feeling is Tesco Mobile scammed me. What I should do? @tescomobile

    @tescomobile not the best day for your 0345 301 4455 number to be out of service. Neither the payg nor pay monthly options are working. My mum hasn’t spoken to family in almost a month and it’s Christmas. Please fix up
