@tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

@tesco why is it so hard to return a phone? Been pushed between @tescomobile and yourselves, tweeted, phoned, waiting for calls and still no way to return this phone. Seriously bad customer service.

@tescomobile I’ve messaged them nearly every week since 1st November and they say a local mast isn’t working but it’s ongoing issue , I can’t even text my family or friends any more as texts don’t work hating every day being with giff gaff

The point if failure is at the manager who has control over both British and Irish operations for setting them in compitition against each other rather than looking more holistically

@tescomobileire Hi TescoMobile, Both my folks are on your network and have come up North where I'm living, they don't seem to have signal and can't change to a different provider because the rest are locked, all settings apn etc are correct, this is the first time it's happened

@tescomobile I've been extremely disappointed with my service and treatment from your so called customer care team in the last month. I'm owed almost £90 from payments that I made. I've been promised call backs that haven't happened. The list goes on.
