@tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

@tescomobile I am receiving scam calls from Tesco mobile numbers roughly once a day claiming to be @HMRCgovuk . Never the same number twice, number disconnected if I call back to try and identify them. I think your SIM provisioning system has been hacked.

@tescomobile why is it since my phone got updated with new version of @SamsungMobile and it went to version 11 or something my phone has been horrible, slow, my WiFi keeps loosing signal even in same room as router. And keeps freezing. Is there anyway to undo the update

And: @tescomobile : no, you can't speak to a supervisor, they can't speak to customers And best of all: T: We'll have to ask for an unlock code and it could be 20 days to arrive. Can we have a number to call you on? Me: only a landline T: no, it has to be a mobile Me: wtf?

@tescomobile 2nd call to option 4 was a girl, she was helpful but her system only accepted mobile numbers: my mobile isn't working! Then I got cut off. Then spoke to man who checked code had been requested. It had. Nobody could offer a solution to me having no calls or data for 7 days tho!

@tescomobile @O2 not sure which of you might be able to help me but I'm being absolutely bombarded with unwanted spam calls from O20 numbers. As quick as I block them they pop up again with a different number. Latest one 020 3768 9411

Morning @tescomobile , do you have a known problem in Central Slough with coverage, both me and another colleague had no service yesterday in and around the bus and train stations also happened one day last week, never had an issue before, be grateful if you could look into it?

@tescomobile Yes it’s obviously lost in transit and they have been in contact with Tesco mobile regularly, including today. It’s just very, very frustrating for them. If not resolved soon will have to take the complaint further
