  @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

  Thank you @tescomobile customer services for ringing back (twice!) when you said you would. My phone had decided you were a spammer and wouldn’t allow the call until I put the number into my contacts, which took me a few minutes. You timed it perfectly. 👍

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

  @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back,too. EE offered me £20. Google offered me £50, but paid me £86.

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   I am a pay as you go customer @tescomobile and I just don't understand where my credit is going??? If I put £10 on by voucher, as you have removed the online top up service. and don't make a phone call or send a text, my credit reduces daily....Why is this? HELP!

  @tescomobile Yes, started with texting PAC from mobile and got a “technical problems, please try later” message. Tried 5 times, same message.
