    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @tescomobile Hey, loving this new 'guess when you'll have network' game. Been going on since 28th Feb...getting told it's 5 working days then another 5 days. No one ever updates me. Is there a leader board or prizes?

    @tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please don’t use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!

    @Jaquix1X @tescomobile Hi Jaqui xxx I got there in the end, thanks. I was quite happy with my old PAYG, because I never use my blimmin phone. Got a 'bundle' now that I have to remember to top up or lose the bundle. Had to pay a charge to top up too. So I'm paying even tho I made no calls last month!

    @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?
