    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile day 6 of no data now because you haven't ported my new number correctly. Absolutely no help given on live chat or DM. When I was told it would be fixed nothing changed. Might as well cancel!

    @tescomobile @WhichUK ....What about the calls dropping out due to lack of network, when on the phone to my sick daughter, or when calling the doctor etc? Told a manager would call me and they did not. Had £19.45 left on my account which wont be paid back to me. Just glad to be rid of you!

    @tescomobile discussed in your service ordered 2 sim only deals paid £14 upfront on the 11th of April called up on the 13th of April to cancel as u don’t do Wi-Fi calling was told the refund would go back into my account after 2 weeks but nothing !!!

    @tescomobile charging me over €150 for data I used (in 1 day) of despair is horrible. After years of being a loyal customer, they can keep that nbre bse I can't afford to pay 150 and it's extremely inconsiderate to not make allowances for these things. I would 100 not recommend!

    @tescomobile @WhichUK No refund issued though discussing service cancelled after 2 days 11/4 still waiting for refund !!! Nearly 2 months customer care say it’s not there fault

    @tescomobile (2/2) The only phone call I've been able to receive is the one from the previous customer service person. I have received no text messages. My phone is an Oppo A94 5G.

    @Stephanie_Jane_ @tescomobile Both me and my mum had the same issue Stephanie and I had to port my number out from Tesco Mobile to a different network because the advisers on live chat, over the phone and on Twitter were not bothering to help. They instead fobbed me off saying "everything is working fine" 🤬

    Hello @tescomobile . About a month ago I got a new phone (Samsung S21 FE) and moved from the BT network to the Tesco Mobile network. Since then, I have been having very poor connection in villages, and only get anything in towns/cities. Do you have a connection map I can look at?
