    @tescomobile hi do you have issues in making calls on your network as I have tried 3 peoples phones on your network and they can't make out going calls

    @LS19Rob @tescomobile I went to the link as suggested and put in my postcode to get the standard first line support response message. There doesn't appear to be any problems in your area, try turning your phone off and on again. The IT Crowd strike again 🙄 Down Detector tells a different story.

    @tescomobile changed to tesco mobile 4 days ago. Got a PAC code from my old provider and my number still isn't over and I can't connect to the network. It's unavailable and no matter how many DM's I've sent with online chat, nothing has helped. 'Give it 4 hours,' Still nothing

    @johndexterjones @tescomobile @tescomobile have lost my husband's business number in a switch from O2. No flexibility comment relevant - absolutely no way they're going to allocate someone to sort the probem, no way to talk to technical people about problem. Inflexible (and incompetent!)

    @tescomobile just got off the phone with cust. services. Nice guy. Helped me how he could. But the answer to a reasonable enquiry made me want to leave tesco mobile for good and never set foot in a Tesco again. Amazed at the lack of flexibility. 14 years of paying u. No loyalty.

    @tescomobile absolutely disgusting service from tesco mobile u should be embarrassed!! 3 weeks and my sim still don’t work. My 10 year old daughter has no phone access!! Taken my money and charging me still for a service we can’t use.

    @tescomobile To who? Why? Can they change what’s ‘possible’ ? If they can’t then why would you give them feedback? It would be better if I could give ‘them’ feedback, but I’m just a loyal customer of 14 years and you’re the gatekeeper. Seems pointless you giving feedback to anyone really.

    @tescomobile I have received some of the worse Customer service when contacting your customer care team. I am due a refund of just over £400 for a final bill even tho I have not left Tescomobile,I was told the refund would be 3-5 days and still waiting!! Called again got no help.

    Hey support @tescomobile Something wrong with your network in the Leeds area? Can't call out, cant receive calls inward.. Have restarted the phone, no joy.

    @tescomobile Just ordered a new sim card. Assistant said while the new sim is on its way to me service will cease until my new sim arrives. I thought the service was only interrupted during the actual swap? Could you clarify which is right…thanks.
