    @tescomobile my elderly mother needs an itemised bill from more than 12 months ago, help agent said it wasn’t possible. There must be a way short of a DSAR to get hold of her call data. Can you please suggest how she can get a copy (digital preferred but any format would do)?

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.

    @tescomobile Hi, i did and she was so unhelpful. Apparently a manager was going to call me back in 30 mins but I'm still waiting. She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

    @tescomobile I’m offered an upgrade to change a contract at not additional cost. No matter how many times I try to take advantage of this offer, it won’t work. About to quit your network. The offer must be fake! #tescomobile #tesco

    @tescomobile been in your store 3 times to sort and contacted call centre and chat for the past 4 days, still nothing just told it’s being looked into. This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!
