Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Hessle and nearby locations:

  • ClaireAnne_J Claire Jordan (@ClaireAnne_J) reported from Welton, England

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

  • andyrobertshull Andy Roberts 🎗 (@andyrobertshull) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@tescomobile Thank you for the reply. Managed to fix it last night by doing just that thanks to a reply from someone else. 👍

  • OurSoundMusic3 O𝚞𝚛 S𝚘𝚞𝚗𝚍 M𝚞𝚜𝚒𝚌 (@OurSoundMusic3) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@tescomobile hi, new business customer (phone on its way) I can't login to account (not recognised) do I have to wait until phone is received activated? Please

  • ClaireAnne_J Claire Jordan (@ClaireAnne_J) reported from Welton, England

Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

  • ClaireAnne_J Claire Jordan (@ClaireAnne_J) reported from Welton, England

@tescomobile Appalling behaviour and treatment after being a customer for over 10 years.

  • richforr70 Richard Forrester (@richforr70) reported from Hessle, England

@tescomobile is there a problem with the network. Am not receiving SMS or calls but can send and make them.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Thank you Jade. My final point is that multiple phones on one account should all be able to get support when needed. That doesn't need 3rd party security, but an ID or PIN to allow that person to request help.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I'm running out of time here, and have wasted hours of the day. Why are we not able to get help when we have medically vulnerable people and need the phone?

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile and I would hate to have to leave your network when my contract is up because of this. Come on, do you customers a favour and get this necessary function enabled for us! 3/3

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile I understand that. If they need to speak to customer support, however, that falls rather flat, though, doesn't it?

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile your customer services sucks. My husband has a problem which you refuse to sort because he is not the account holder, I am. I am also over 3 hours away, and asking me re a phone I don't have is pointless. We've been at this over 3 hours now. Probably leaving Tesco.

  • blakey73 Steven Blake (@blakey73) reported

@tescomobile hi there I have a friend that can’t access 18+ and has no credit card. How can he change settings ? We have called but only automated answers. Help please

  • Jasmine52564820 Jasmine Grant (@Jasmine52564820) reported

Christ @tescomobile should be illegal worst phone company Ive ever endured

  • capod30 caroline (@capod30) reported

@tescomobile I used to have an icon in my settings for WiFi calling but have noticed since being with Tesco mobile (only a couple of months) this icon has disappeared I have googled it, it suggests some networks have to be asked about it being available, I live in s poor mobile signal area

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile Having paid Tesco Mobile £20, all my husband wanted was to be able to make calls. I'm sorry if I'm missing some really obvious point here, but that was the issue, and the question, and I can't believe I'm still having the same conversation.

  • LouiseLearJones The Ringmistress (@LouiseLearJones) reported

@tescomobile My husband has managed to speak to customer support, who still couldn't help him. Having all the family on one pay monthly deal means that if someone runs out of minutes and needs to buy more, they can't unless I am there too. This is unsafe for medically vulnerable people.
