Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

👎WARNING: Don’t sign a new @tescomobile contract if ur thinking about getting an @apple iWatch, they’re the only network provider that doesn’t support it & wont let you cancel the contract. They forget to mention it when they read out the smallprint 🙄O2 do, but @Tesco don’t

@i_am_chan @tescomobile Interesting you had this problem too. I went to my local store yesterday at 6.10pm I waited and no one was there for over 10 mins so I went and got some shopping. Came back just after 6.30pm when she was finally there and she said she can’t help me because they shut at 7!

@tescomobile since 25/10 I’ve been requesting a number transfer. Since then you’ve deactivated my sim so I can’t make calls and then number transfer hasn’t worked. I’ve had to contact your support about 12 times and make a complaint, and nothings being fixed

@tescomobile It’s been over an hour now and no response from my DM. I’m more than a little frustrated. Constantly being promised contact from customer care and complaints department but still no one is responding to me. I get you’re busy but I’ve been waiting since 31st October 😢

@tescomobile Sorry, will be looking to leave for a network that doesnt charge for roaming. Reason I stayed was due to no roaming in home from home.
