    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

    @tescomobile 2/2 needless to say the way she has been spoken to and treated us appalling, will never recommend Tesco mobile to anyone, someone in head office needs to get involved in sorting this out 🤬

    @tescomobile @Ofcom Thank you for the advice but it is not a mobile phone Callum, it is a standard landline telephone, no camera, no text, no apps or internet. Calling customer service 3 times asking them to help one of your customers hasn't stopped her texts being converted to annoying phone calls

    @tescomobile Faced with a £4000 bill from a debt collection agency for a phone number that was never mine. Despite reassurances all along that this is being dealt with from you, where am I supposed to go now????? @tescomobile please HELP!!

    Hi @tescomobile can you somehow make your phone signal better in the shavington area near Crewe...my relatives have to go upstairs to use their phones ...cheers 📱👍🏻

    @tescomobile can you explain please why my phone won't connect to a network in Sydney Australia. It found a network in Singapore as soon as I arrived there but in Sydney I just get "emergency calls only" any ideas?

    @tescomobile I have had the worst customer service from tesco this week. Two conflicting statements that cannot both be true. One of your agents has misled at best....or just lied
