Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your ‘care’ team.
