    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldnโ€™t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for โ€˜loyalโ€™ customers, all of a sudden thereโ€™s โ€˜nothing more they can offerโ€™ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @tescomobile Iโ€™ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Please get an advanced tech team to look at this deadlock and DM me immediately to resolve this. #CustomerService #TescoMobile

    @tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him
