@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile What is wrong with the login on your website? I tried to login last Fri - put my username and password in correctly - it said it was wrong, tried again, same thing, so i did Forgot password process.. got in ok & changed my password. All ok.. logged out.

@tescomobile omg, your customer service is appalling and slow. My Mum has been waiting since Friday for a number transfer from 1 tesco contract to a new tesco contract and still nothing!

@tescomobile I've done all that...multiple times. Always no issues in your area. But it's not just one area. Most of Norfolk where I travel to I hardly get a good signal. I use to praise the network but its become a joke

@tescomobile According to the status checker everything is fine but it is extremely slow majority of time or I cannot access websites as it crashes and my partners phone has had issues with calls and data signal same household

@CatherineKissMe @tescomobile I have a friend that had the same thdream no happen, robbed of their data by #Tesco ...so much so they changed network, and Tesco STILL tried to charge them, even after they'd been on their new network for 2 MONTHS!
