@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile This handset refuses to send MMS despite your App showing I have plenty of data allowance left until my bill cycle renewal date. I'll share the screenshot by DM but ask you to confirm how this is possible and unrectified after 10 months of reported issues.

@tescomobile sending me out an expired SIM card on my upgrade. Paying for a SIM card and a phone I cannot use. Cannot log into my remote access for work or anything. Only took 4 agents- x1 in store, x1 on the phone and x2 on the online chat to identify that I wasn’t the issue..👍🏻

@tescomobile Sean when we call, the call disconnects as soon as we select option 1 for payg. The same things happens with the pay monthly option, so we don’t even get to the stage we can go to “all other enquiries”. Is there any other way we can get help please?
