Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Orson (@Orsonkartt) reported@tescomobile I’m still receiving very flaky service , went to my local Tesco phone shop. They reckon it’s to do with the weather and Recomended taking on another service like ee so that while Tesco is down, which it is often , I can still get data. Good idea ? Or no?
