Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!
