Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

That repulsive @tescomobile ad where they suggest using your mobile to google the Spanish for "full English" this summer - before they end free roaming across the EU, which is the part they don't mention - makes me very pleased I'm no longer a Tesco Mobile customer.

@tescomobile Done this online before & postcode specific is ok. I can walk down the road and it goes to no signal, if I'm driving around its the same. I can have full signal & the next minute it cuts out & I've got nothing! Whole family on Tesco having same problem, it's all over Cheshire!!

@tescomobile . I was hugely disappointed with the level of service @Tescomobile in Henley-on-Thames. I have been a customer for well over 10 years . I was served by Zeshan who clearly had no customer service skills.

@tescomobile very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?

@tescomobile @danbrusca Liz, after being told by customer services I could leave Tesco w/o penalty due to issues that TESCO ACCEPTS ARE THEIR FAULT, I now have an early termination fee of almost £300! This despite being told I will owe nothing. No help again on phone today. WHO IS GOING TO RESOLVE THIS?
