    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

    @tescomobile can't make or receive any calls, texts, or use data 😒 I've contacted you 3 times already, over the last 3 weeks and 0 help. I want this month's payment refunded please. And yes of course I've restarted my phone.. Still waiting on a new sim I asked for weeks ago

    Try to deny they could of sent me a damaged phone or that it could have got damaged sitting on my doorstep until I got home, but now there's a problem it's all down to me, the paying customer. Faulty phone cost £1000 + and still paying for it. AVOID @tescomobile guys!!

    @tescomobile im new to Tesco mobile and everytime I leave the house and use mobile data my network connection is awful and doesn’t work half the time.. I don’t live in a rural area what’s going on 🙃

    @tescomobile No it’s not been referred yet! Still waiting for a reply from 4 days ago! Did get a email yesterday to say still waiting for back office to reply. Shocking service!!! Come on ‘back office’ sort it out!!!!!!!

    @tescomobile Hi Harry already spoken to them and they are refusing to help as I need to cancel the delivery and spend yet more time sorting your system issues out. Why is it down to me to constantly call and do all the work to correct your mistake.

    @tescomobile currently engaged in online chat with an advisor who is trying to tell me that there are no Clubcard points due to me, despite my having the screenshots I took when I selected my sim deal with £40/4000 points…what kind of customer service is this???

    @TGE_LDNM Oh dear , I am with @tescomobile it’s cheap and I get club card points too! I moved over from Vodafone too. Hope you find a new network
