Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.
