    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldnโ€™t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for โ€˜loyalโ€™ customers, all of a sudden thereโ€™s โ€˜nothing more they can offerโ€™ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    Every time I come home from travelling abroad I am immensely frustrated by how crap our phone network coverage is. What would be classed as "developing countries" have far better infrastructure than the UK. Quite honestly its a disgrace @tescomobile

    @tescomobile But not a problem, i just transfered my number to Smarty and will be requesting a refund of my balance. You lost the balance and the costumer for being greedy :-)

    @tescomobile Hi, i did and she was so unhelpful. Apparently a manager was going to call me back in 30 mins but I'm still waiting. She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!

    @tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests youโ€™ve still charged me double my rate for a โ€˜newโ€™ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer ๐Ÿ‘‹

    @picklemonsterG @tescomobile If they have not ported your number or you have had enough you only great 14 days to tell them to stuff it. They had not ported my number and it seems to be a common problem with Tesco. Good luck.

    Whats going @tescomobile over a week now for a simple PAC and Port over from our old network! we are still having to go use 2 phones. Thatโ€™s 4 phones we have had to carry this whole holiday weekend. If not sorted we will be using our 14 day period to cancel 3 contracts!

    @tescomobile It's not good enough, I'm paying for a service that you are not delivering! You are a MOBILE network but I have to keep using WiFi if I want any sort of data, so what am I paying for every month?
