    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldnโ€™t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for โ€˜loyalโ€™ customers, all of a sudden thereโ€™s โ€˜nothing more they can offerโ€™ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @tescomobile I upgraded the 4 sim only contracts I have with you, & decided to add a 5th contract with a new S26 over 3 years. Ordered, paid, & nothing arrived. Cust ๐Ÿ“ž service told me it was deemed suspicious & cancelled. I tried in store , but it wouldnโ€™t go throughโ€ฆ1/2

    I am fcukin furious with @tescomobile I put ยฃ10 on mobile 1st March, haven't made a phone call, or text or used internet and credit has evaporated. Noo credit today. No explanation from Tesco/Twitter or cust svs. I will now leave/find another provider and never shop in tesco agai

    @tescomobile Can you please help with an issue I have. I was due to receive a new phone yesterday but as yet have not received it . Is there a problem with this order ?The funds have been taken from my account for the first payment .
