Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! steve whitcombe (@stevewhitcombe) reported@tescomobile please advise why I have been waiting a month for a number transfer to be done. Worse decision I made was staying with tesco. Since October I have had endless issues from tesco cancelling my contract instead of upgrading it.

I have zero confidence anything is being done as shown from previous calls . Why has it taken from 18th of Dece to rectify something a **** up made by tesco!
