Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! When he thought he had just upgraded his phone. The other one was never cancelled.. all we are asking is for that money to be taken off our acc??
