Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

@tescomobile so fed up will little or no service in my area. Over a year now with 1 bar if I'm lucky. O2 say mast is fixed but it's not. Struggling to phone you to complain.

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

@tescomobile @StanAHill He's not the only one feeling this way. Please check the nenthead noticeboard on facebook, there are multiple threads of loads of people having the same issue. We have reported pretty much every day, and seem to be getting fobbed off too.
