  Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

  After getting a new 🆕 phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, I’ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. 👍🏻💯

  @tescomobile How do you go about leaving for a different provider? I know it's not your fault personally (whoever responds to this) but the lack of signal and amount of times calls cut out is beyond a joke.

  @tescomobile No. I've spent over an hour already, and all your team managed to do in that entire time was confirm the postcode I gave THEM at the very start. They didn't respond to any of the signal data I sent. Why waste more time?

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
