    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! 😡

    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldn’t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

    @tescomobile Hey, hoping someone can help, every time I dial out the person cannot hear me the first time the call connects, second time usually fine wasn’t today - third time was Is it possible to disable WiFi calling to see if this is the issue? I can’t do it within my settings

    Thanks to the people who have contacted me who have called to inform me that my backup phone/work number has been posted on a wall in Conventry. It involves ***** but not the feline version. Just phoned @tescomobile, the carrier, & I couldn't have had better customer service.

    @tescomobile visit for a phone end up being infected with god knows what. Your staff don’t wear masks, leave the snotty tissue all over the place, don’t wash hands or sanitise. I work in a Covid Hotspot but felt more at risk in your store. Never again

    @tescomobile how do I make a formal complaint ?? Visit in shop and three phone calls and still can’t get help with a service im paying for !!! take money monthly but don’t have any customer service skills at all
