    @tescomobile Hi Sean, I already raised this issue via chat, using the app and was told they couldnโ€™t help with this and told me to just upgrade online - which was not even the purpose of the chat!

    Wow! How disappointing the customer service @tescomobile has become! Promising better upgrade deals than on web for โ€˜loyalโ€™ customers, all of a sudden thereโ€™s โ€˜nothing more they can offerโ€™ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! Cancelling today!! ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mumโ€˜s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

    @tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days โ€ฆ 6 working days later nothing .

    Every time I come home from travelling abroad I am immensely frustrated by how crap our phone network coverage is. What would be classed as "developing countries" have far better infrastructure than the UK. Quite honestly its a disgrace @tescomobile

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    @BarbaraSutton15 @tescomobile Good heavens. That's really bad.I always buy Google as my son used to work for them for 10 years. I got a great deal when I sent my old 5 year old one back,too. EE offered me ยฃ20. Google offered me ยฃ50, but paid me ยฃ86.
