Promising better upgrade deals than on web for ‘loyal’ customers, all of a sudden there’s ‘nothing more they can offer’ then trying to force me onto higher tariffs and terms!! Disgusting! I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.

Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

She just said there was an issue with monzo cards, i asked if she could waive the charge or put it on my bill but she just said no!!!
