    @tescomobile I’ve done that Jade, still the same. Gone into town when there’s a working mast and got 4g and 5g with signal bars, so it’s not the sim or the phone. This mast has been causing trouble for over a year now, many in the area are affected. 1/2

    @tescomobile Can you help? I have been into your store to report issue with phone. They tried to deal with it but couldn't get it 'logged in' on their repair system. They gave me a phone number. I phoned the number they said they would email. Nothing arrived. I went via the live

    @tescomobile 2/ A local was chatting to the workers working in the mast, said its about time you fixed it. They told him it would never work properly, and they could only patch it up, it needs a new one. The mast has definitely changed a year ago.
