TescoMovile used to have the best customer service (& i tweeted that a few years back). But now.. as lazy & bad as the rest. I can't use webchat to resolve my issue because it doesn't work.. Fail TM.

Richard Fairbairn (@richybaby223) reported@tescomobile I have had mobile phone since 2014 and Clubcard points have been going nowhere. I spoke to Clubcard AND Tesco Mobile yesterday and was told this would be sorted within 24 hours. 24 hours later, nothing. So I call to find out that NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. PLEASE FIX!
