    @tescomobile hi is there any issues in Blackpool? Appear to be really struggling with 4g we have signal but neither of us can actually get web pages to open up.. nearly everywhere is order online!

    @tescomobile I’m trying to upgrade my phone and it’s saying the phone I want is out of stock, so I click the thing to get notified when it’s back in. Then it emails me at midnight saying it’s in stock, so I go on the website to order it and it’s saying out of stock?? Help pls

    @tescomobile They told me to contact you. You guys needs to speak with each other. I have paid for an order up front then was told it could not be fulfilled and now I have to chase for a refund! It is unacceptable! What kind of service is this?

    When your phone decides to give up the ghost, 4 mths ahead of being able to upgrade. (Occasional intermittent issues, nothing major.) Unplanned trip to @tescomobile to fork out for early upgrade. Except major issues due to not remembering all passwords. OH now trying to sort out.

    @tescomobile after speaking to Callum today who refused me his manager, Paige, I realised I have been mis-sold into a contract which I did not ask for. I have been charged premium texts when I had a safety buffer and TM will not refuse. More shocking is the poor customer service

    @tescomobile @O2 I haven't been able to make calls or pick up voice mails for weeks in my local area. Paying for a service that I'm not receiving. Complaints link on website is a 404. #notgoodenough

    @RobBell24009932 @tescomobile Their customer service has gone to the shitters. U probably best switching providers as their customer service sucks. I was refused a manager today despite asking 3 times and oh yes I was mis sold a contract to but advisor couldn't do anything neither let me spk 2 a manager

    @tescomobile I needed to reset my apps to their factory settings to resolve problems with my settings. An unfortunate side effect of doing this was wiping out my PAYG balance which is more than annoying so can you possibly restore my balance.
